I don't understand the bad reviews but I can only speak to getting a pedicure...it was the best pedicure I have ever received! I'm a shy person so I don't mind not having a conversation while getting my pedicure and just being able to relax. I got the Sun-Kissed pedicure which comes with paraffin dip, hot towel, massage etc and the massage was amazing! The paraffin and hot towel were so relaxing. And my nail tech was accommodating to adding extra sparkles when the polish wasn't working very well. Definitely returning! The only thing I would say negative is that the water got cold too quickly. read more

I don't recommend going to this nail salon because they charge you for the length, the shape, color and design. The people that work here just sit on their phone and avoid getting a customer. When I went to get my nails done, the girl sitting next to the guy who was doing my nails was complaining how she didn't want to do it and was looking annoyed. My friend came in from out of town and we planned to get our nails done. My friend had a $50 gift card and was gonna pay the difference. Once we were set apart from each other at different tables and they started putting the acrylic on is when they told us the price for our nails $110 each! Ik nails and techniques are expensive but $110???? Once the nails were all said and done we went to pay, my friend went to use her gift card and they told her that there was only $40 on the card and she said no there should be $50 he said no so the remainder $70 had to be paid. Work stations, equipment for nails were dirty. They would get upset when u point out that your nail is cockeyed! Took almost 2 hrs for a fill, charged double. Got home. My nails weren't properly filed on the sides. My mom had a fill at the same time, hers was done less then 30 min She had to keep pointing out crooked nails and ask to filed properly. I was concerned about the quality when it only took 25 minutes for a fill-in, however i figured after being charged $65, it would be a good job. Less than 24 hours later, my nail polish was peeling off and i had to go to a different shop to get them repainted. It is a toss up depending on who does your nails. "Q" and "Sam" do well but are frequently booked. The man who manages the front register has done my nails once (gel) and did not seal it correctly. It chipped away and was sticky. I gave this place another shot after that. Scheduled an appt for a fill. It was accepted; however when I got there I waited two and a half hours before they started on my nails. After about 35 min after my appt time I asked the woman who manages the phone about why others who were walk ins were going before me, I was met with rudeness and still never told how long my wait would actually be and waved off. She then proceeded to speak to the customer in her chair about how they were running behind and seemed to make a mockery of me asking about when my turn would be. When I checked out 3.5 hours later I expressed my dismay with the management of appts that day, the man was uninterested in my comments. No apology or accountability. I told him I won't be returning and his reply was "thanks for that." My nails were decent but never decent enough for a 3.5 fill in appointment. Proof of this business wanting customers to pay their high prices for subpar nails but delivering poor customer service. I will not return to this place. read more

Great place!!! The service was nice and they worked on my pedicure for almost an hour. They made sure to scrub well and give me a good leg/foot massage. They set an actual kitchen timer though so that was not relaxing to hear the ticking. It put me on edge. Then my pedicure cost 45 plus a tip which was 5 so $50 total. Expensive for just a pedicure. However I did get hot stones. The stones burnt the bottom of my feet which I told the guy and he said sorry. It would be more professional to check with your hands if the stones are too hot. Also they do not wear gloves during the pedicure which seems like a health issue. On the bright side my toes looked good. read more

Worst nail experience ever! I was going in for a dip mail fill in. She took all of my natural nail off down to the nub. I mean I have none of my natural nail at all. She refused to add a tip to may already nubbed nails. My nails soaked in acetone for 45 minutes, when I let the tech know she was hurting me she said, "It's okay, I make your nails look good." I left crying. They made me pay 45.00 for the worst nail experience. I'm still in tears just looking at them and I have pictures in 3 days. read more

I got a fill and had two broken nails they charged me $50... he didn't smooth my nails out and left a big gel bubble on one of my nails

I have been going there for a long time, but since they changed owners the service and the wait time is horrible. My nails on a couple occasions havent been done correctly at all and for $50. you would think it would be done right. On one occasion my finger was hurt. I make appt's. days a head of time and have to wait an hr to an hr and half to get in, so whats the since in making an appt. I wont go back. Very unhappy read more

I went with my grandma and my mom. Everything was decent except the way my grandma was treated and she didn't tell me until we left or I would've said something to the lady that did her pedicure.... My grandma needed her toenail fixed and asked the woman doing her pedi & she acted irritated that she needed to fix her polish... my grandmas 2nd toe touches her first toe and the lady kept trying to pull her 2nd toe over and ended up making her toe very sore the following day AND her polish was messed up anyways... This is the first I've been to this salon and I made an appointment for 3:30pm and waited over two hours to be seen. The nail techs didn't speak to me and weren't accommodating to my time whatsoever. They didn't have any remorse for the wait and disregarding my appointment. I'm not a business owner myself, but this operation is quite ridiculous. I drove half-an-hour for my manicure and pedicure and it was an absolute waste of an entire afternoon. Do. Not. Bother getting your nails done at this salon. Especially if you're from out of town. Wanted to treat myself to a full set, which i do extremely rarely. The guy who did my nails was very rude. He would slap my hand out of the way when he wanted the other hand or wanted me to move something. When he almost cut my skin and I flinched, he yelled at me to look a different direction. I was obviously tense after that and he kept telling me "look somewhere else!" I understand it is frustrating when other fingers get in the way while a person is working on someone's nails. Instead of moving things out of his way, he would swat at my fingers saying "STOP!" I messed up a nail while they were drying, but I was so afraid of saying anything and wanted to leave as quickly as possible so I ended up repainting my nails myself when I got home. The experience was terrible. I left the store shaking and cried later when I told my husband about the experience. The only positive thing was that there was no wait to get in. read more

The guy who done mine seemed very inexperienced. He done a bad paint job and was very rough. I understand accidentally hurting you once or at most twice, but when he was sanding them down, he hurt every single finger. My friend started about 25 minutes after me and was done way before me and we got the same thing. I went in for a regular pedicure service and asked for gel polish instead of regular polish. The owner upcharged me an additional $20 dollars on top of my pedicure service for the polish. I have never been up charged $20 dollars for gel polish. It's always an extra fee but never more than $5 dollars or $10. When I asked the owner why he didn't tell me it would be an extra $20 or I would of never gotten the service. He laughed it off and said maybe he should have mentioned it. I typically get my nails done in Indianapolis this was my first and last time coming to this salon. Due to me being in town for the day I decided to go here. I am new to the area and accidentally ended up at this salon versus the one I actually intended to. I went ahead and decided to just give them a try. I needed a full set with gel polish in almond shape and I specifically asked the man towards the front (who I believe was the owner) that I needed the best person who could do this for me as I am picky. He assured me he would. The lady he sat me with didn't even talk to me, barely understood me and continued to repeat she knew how to do it. I agreed and let her go ahead, almost the entire time the lady next to her kept looking over and talking back and forth about my nails. We finished up and when I looked at my nails all I wanted to do was cry. They were all a little misshaped and the polish was not applied the greatest being there were areas where you can see ripples. I was so upset I couldn't even say anything to have them correct it and my husband and kids were also waiting by, so I didn't want to make them wait for me further. Not only did they not do a good job but they are ridiculously expensive especially for the area and the work done.
