I work all over central Indiana and have tried shops during my work day from Plainfield to Greenwood to Fishers. I am left disappointed at every other place I've tried to go to. Camlan and Don and the others are all extremely detail oriented. They listen and my nails always look fantastic when I leave. I live an hour and a half from their shop and yes I go out of my way to visit them for a fill, a gel and a pedicure. They are all awesome and I will keep going back!

I asked for ballerina shaped nails and as you can see, these are almond. It's a common mistake inexperienced nail tech's can make if they aren't familiar with standard nail shapes. It was a bit of a red flag, but I didn't ask for them to be fixed because I'm not picky about shape. I loved the feel of the gel-x set, they were lightweight and looked very natural. Unfortunately, the gel polish began to bubble up and peeled off within the first week of having them. She had another tech come and assist her with curing the polish. Between two people, I would expect one to catch a curing mistake especially due to the risk of contact dermatitis. I can only assume this salon has low standards for hiring and it wasn't just the one inexperienced tech. Which is a much bigger issue. I'm not sure how they have stayed open because it appears I'm not the only one who has had these issues with Thy Nails, but based on how empty the salon was when I went in (save one person getting a pedicure) I imagine they will not be a lasting business. The vibe was good, but unfortunately that cannot make up for low quality services and work.

No filing the sides of my nails too far, no harsh chemicals for the most part, no acrylics. They do use gels and gel polish if you wish or regular polish. THEY HAVE MOVED TO A NEW GREAT LOCATION!!! I told him no. He then later randomly wipes off my toe nail polish I just got done. And then when I was getting a manicure, he came and sat next to my son playing loud, rowdy, rolling on the floor, and then HE SPIT TWICE ON MY SON! That was where I drew the line and told him NO! She wiped off the spit off my son and continued letting the kid be so rowdy. Even another customer had to get involved and tell him to not keep running out the door where it's near the road. He definitely shouldn't be allowed near customers or in the work space. Overall very unhappy not even a little discount to make up for any of it!
