When we first walked it in there was not that many customers in there which was good for us because we were able to not have to wait. The workers had asked us what service we were looking for. We both wanted pedicures. I got the Luxury pedicure with gel polish on my toes. While in the chair I was able to explain to the worker I wanted my toenails trimmed down. The will working on me noticed my big toe was cracked so she had put glue on it but I explained she could clip it down. The quality of my pedicure was great. The message and the paint job looked good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very relaxing in the shop and they had offered us something to drink which we had took some wine. They had massages on the chairs. It definitely made the experience great. The price for my pedicure was not bad at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning. I noticed that my big toe the toenail somehow chipped off so it had small missing piece. I had came back to the shop and explained the issue and asked if I could get my one toe fixed which they agreed to do. They had ended up having to put acrylic on my toe to fix it and repaint it. I have never had acrylic on my toenail so this was something different. I was appreciative that they were willing to fix it with no issues.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of options of nail colors to choose from ...even colors I had not seen before!! I only got a basic gel pedicure. It was fine. They do not use a base coat of color and I had never had that happened before. They also do not offer hybrid gel which I like to get on my hands. If I'm in a pinch and need to cheat on my regular nail tech, I'll return again :).

Will was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. He worked carefully, paid close attention to the little details, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear he takes pride in providing great service and making sure his clients leave happy. We were immediately greeted by an associate who helped us pick out colors and put a little on our…read morenails so we could see the actual product. I sat in the foot spa and put my foot in lukewarm water. I look down and there is polish all over my shirt... and I later found out the same happened to my mom and she was googling how to get it out the whole time. I ask the tech for some acetone but she didn't understand and just stared at me. She barely scrubbed my feet (mind you I'm on my feet 40-50 hrs a week... so they're crusty) and rushed to get to the polishing part. I asked for gel. She put the polish on and put the lamp over it... and it falls and knocks into the polish several times on several layers. Once everything was done, she didn't put my flip flops on but instead threw them on the ground and walked away to her next customer. I won't be back.
