If you're looking for silence or tranquility to zone out and read a book, this may not be your ideal spot. No wine or champagne offered here. My inner bougie was slightly disappointed. Umm...bring cash! You can't leave a tip on your card, which was a little frustrating, and they didn't have the techs' QR codes readily available for electronic tipping. It looks like they offer a rewards program, so be sure to use the same phone number each visit to make the most of it. Everything appeared very clean, which matters a lot to me since I'm definitely a stickler about sanitation. I was watching closely, and they passed the test. I wish they had a new buffer, emery board, orange stick, etc for every mani, but I don't think they do that here. So, you may want to bring your own to be extra careful. The 24k gold oil was super cute, but not as good as oils I use at home. I also appreciated the diversity among their nail techs. It felt like a welcoming and inclusive spot. I have a regular tech in the city, but still I'll be sure to return.

She is one of the senior stylist at Clipzone and is as knowledgeable and skillful as she is friendly. This visit when I got on the table it broke and I fell into the wall before catching myself. I over heard the chatter between the girls working and how the table had broken before. Then they tried to cancel my appointment saying there wouldn't be time to complete it after resetting the room. When I went to leave the esthetician seen that I was crying and ended up doing my appointment. When I went to leave the lady at the desk body shamed me and said from now on we will make sure to have tables for body types like you. I did go back once more but was treated the same and body shamed again. No one ever asked how I was or filled out a report and my arm is still messed up from falling. Be safe if you go here forsure.
