Visited 5 Star Nails today to get my nails done for the first time in years. The design wasn't quite what I asked for (pics attached) and the nails don't really feel like they'll hold up, but I'm interested to see if they do. My boyfriend got the deluxe pedicure and said it was great for the price. I understand the nails were probably a hard design, but I would've rather been told it's not doable because I even asked but then felt too bad to say I didn't like them. read more

customer service was great they are very nice and offered me water. as far as my nails.... horrible. I showed them a picture of what I wanted just a solid color pink w pink polka dots in a different color. the guy who did my nails had to keep asking Mike (the owner I believe ) how to do my nails. on top of that I had very long beautiful natural nails and asked for them just to be shaped and he cut them all down. now it is my fault for not speaking up which I need to work on but why tf do they have a man who doesn't know how to do nails doing nails lol. first time ever getting a design and I'm now traumatized and have to go to florida w horrible nails and I can't in my heart show my face in there again cause again I'm too kind and it was my fault for not speaking up. but also crazy how bad my nails turned out. If I could insert a pic I would but for some reason it won't let me ... hmmm wonder why read more

My first experience back in 2019. We went here on a whim. My cousin and daughter went with me. I had a pedicure. My daughter and cousin got a manicure. We were happy with the results. We would return again. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to have gel removed from my toes, regular paint applied, & a gel manicure. Who did my toes first, did a poor job. Paint was streaky, chunky, not painted to the cuticle. I asked who was doing my nails to just take it off. He insisted he repaint them- he did multiple coats & said it wasn't enough. I asked if it was the paint, giving the benefit of the doubt, & if I needed a different color? He said no. Went back to do my nails & he rushed. My nails hurt, multiple were bleeding, all different shapes. There is paint all over my skin. He then took the paint off my big toe to re do it for the third time. After 2.5 almost 3 hours, I couldn't stand to be here another minute so I left with my big toe unpainted. He then offered me the paint bottle & charged me full price. (: (: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE read more

Very friendly staff. No need for an appointment, but it doesn't hurt. The deluxe pedicure is to die for. Highly recommended. Being a man, I get a mani-pedi, but I usually trim my finger nails as needed and let them just even them out. read more

I was greeted right away :) very nice staff great pedi and massage. Cute little spot to try out.

Fantastic experience. Nina was amazing. Got a gel pedi and mani and she was so thoughtful and detailed. I am visiting from out of town and this was near my hotel. I was coming around 7pm (they close at 8pm) and everyone was so gracious and welcoming. Will absolutely return when in town. 5 starts! read more

Best experience I've ever had. I called several places today, looking for a walk-in mani/pedi and every place was either closed or booked. I called 5 and they accepted walk ins. I showed up 5 min later and they were quietly busy. Every chair was occupied and I ended up waiting 20 min for a chair to free up. So pro tip: if you're hoping for a walk-in appt, give yourself 30 min of wiggle room. I haven't had a pedicure since I was pregnant with my son and he's about to turn 4! and this place brought back some serious sense memory. They're Korean and female run. The staff was quiet and pleasant. The woman who did my nails was the same age as my mother and had a familiar graceful demeanor. The whole experience reminded me of my 20s when I used to get my nails done bi-weekly at this Korean family owned salon in Bethesda, MD. The service was some over due mental/emotional self care and I will make it a point to come back once a month so I can feel like I'm 20 again. Another tip: tip in cash and pay before you get your nails done so you don't run the risk of scuffing your fresh paint. read more

First time here. Had a great experience! My request of different shades of purple was met! And when she didn't think a shade went with the others she fixed it! I greatly appreciated it. I will definitely be back. read more

I payed 40$ for a full serif gel acrylics... The shapes are all different. I asked for square oval which is just a little curved which that part was fine, but she cut my left hand super short and my right hand super long. She did it within 30 minutes which is probably a little rushed for nails considering they usually last longer. I paid 40$ for a rushed job and no one else was in there. read more

I am in town for a short time and stopped in at 5 Star Nails & Spa. So happy I got Tony! He did a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure and his Mom did the lip wax. This is a very friendly salon but Tony really pulled out the stops with attention to detail and also lots of great advice and information about my options of procedure and color. He is very professional, yet friendly. Check out 5 Star Nails and ask for Tony. (I am sure everyone is just as good!) read more

They do not take their time, not all nails are the same length, very messy job and acrylics chop off not even after a week. Total waste of money. read more

Never spent so much money on nails before and they weren't even what I asked for each nail is cut at an angle! They lady probably cut be like 3 times and was very rude. read more

5 Star Nails - Never had suck a bad experience at a nail salon before. Asked do a different shape and they aren't even close to being even. - Nail Salons Near Me - Noblesville, Indiana

My favorite nail salon in Noblesville! Very professional, always kind, and they do great nail art. I have been here at least 15 times for both manicures and pedicures and have had a variety of different nail techs and have never been disappointed. They never make me feel bad about asking for fun designs or multiple colors like shown in my pictures. Gel nails always last at least two weeks and pricing is not bad at all. Highly recommend this place! read more

I went here for a few years before they had a fire, and I was forced to go elsewhere while they were closed for the remodel. I just went back today for the first time, and the remodel is gorgeous! The whole salon was updated and looks very modern. Kevin, Helen, and their children are great. They always remember me when I come in and are kind and courteous. They do an excellent job with gel manis & pedis. I haven't tried the dip yet with them but plan to! read more

I originally got acrylic almond shape with gel polish and then came back to refill them (only because I couldn't get in anywhere else). The nails themselves were fine the first time and much better the second, however BOTH times the different techs made me bleed with the drill. Also when I got them refilled I think she drilled my nail bed too hard because a couple of my nails won't stop hurting. I wasn't overwhelmed with the cleanliness or hospitality of the place either. read more

I religiously go to this place! My nails always look amazing and the prices are unbeatable! Would definitely recommend for acrylics (: staff is friendly and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! read more

5 Star Nails - chipped nail, got them done not even a week ago - Nail Salons Near Me - Noblesville, Indiana

amazing place to go to for simple nails for an affordable price. this used to be my normal nail salon but they don't do many designs/well at designs so i started to go to Tipton Nails (which is HIGHLY expensive). however, my sister and i returned there today and got our nails done. i got pink nudes and got them in matte and my sister got a deep wine red with a silver line design on the ring fingers. i recommend NOT going the cheap route and definitely get Gel. i got regular polish and kept ruining my nails. the lady who did then was sweet but then started to get rude, probably due to them overbooking themselves. there's 4 nails of mine that are ruined but i only brought up one to her to fix. then it got ruined again. i didn't want to deal with the attitude so i didn't say anything. only spend $28 for a regular fill, matte and a new nail put on. read more

Love the people here. They are fantastic. It is best to make an appointment time t because the wait is typically long. They do a fantastic job with gel nails. I don't get acrylic but I am sure those are great also. read more

So I went in today to get a full set. Everything was fine until the lady started getting super aggressive with what she was doing and it seriously freakin hurt. Then she preceded to tell me "don't move! you talk to much, you move to much" I was out with friends obviously then my friend was like hey is it okay if I get some of that water and she was so rude she just barley mumbled didn't even look up at her. It was like she kept saying mean ass things but while whispering so I didn't know what to do. Anyway long story short my nails are pretty great so I still tipped good and the price wasn't bad, but by far the worst customer service I've ever had at a nail salon read more

They aren't the BEST, but they're affordable. They're not the best at following instructions, but when they do, they do well,, but they're not very polite. They always act too busy to help you or give you their full attention Once you get them though, they're pretty good. But don't DARE to show up on a busy day, or you won't get helped for at least half an hour. There have been people that come in, wait an hour, and then just leave because they haven't been helped. The ladies will tell you to pick a colour, and then ignore you. They're short and impolite with my grandmother, and I do NOT appreciate that. Good for a quick trip, though. Not the greatest experience. read more

I went in to get dip powder. I sat down and she started soaking off my old powder and told me to pick a color. They only had 12 colors of dip powder to choose from. Had I known this before they started I would've gone some where else. They didn't even have samples so i couldn't really tell what the colors looked like done. I have gotten dip powder for several months and the lady did not follow the same steps as other places I've gotten them done at. She filed my nails unevenly and several are slanted. I left and went home and just could not stand the way they looked after paying $38. I called and they said I had to come back in. I went back in and the lady argued with me while the guy working their said they looked back and he would fix them. It took over 45 minutes to soak them off because she put it on so thick. I will NEVER go back here. read more

Service was good . They have a very very large selection of colors . Their gel polish is really nice , new and you can tell they take the time to clean out the polishes onces they get old and aren't in good condition. I enjoyed my time there, relaxed, I was a walk in an they had me in and out with a mani and pedi within a hour and a half . Very nice people when they aren't busy. But also where rude to people who walked in when they had appointment. Kind of unprofessional. read more

I have gone twice recently to get acrylics done with one time being today. The guy rushed and my nails are not even, are shaped correctly, and I still have polish on the sides of my nails from the last time I got my nails done. My husband said my nails look wavy to him and aren't smooth. I had gone here for years and will not be going back. :( It was a waste of $30 for a gel fill-in. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I would have been perfectly fine if it had just been costumer service issues because everyone has bad days but my nails came out looking like the rocky mountains. I had random dips in the acrylics and bumps and the shape is not coffin on some nails. The lady was rude and never spoke to me but did think it was okay to cut my fingers without saying a thing abt it while filing my nails. She also yanked my arms and smacked my hands multiple times not even trying to kindly ask me to move. I tried to tip good halfway through so she would do better and fix what she had messed up on. She did not. Such a bad experience. Never coming again unless it's to get a refund for the nails i just got. read more

Did my nails just the way I like them. Took extra care on my pedi as well. Will be coming back!

I have been going here for about 4 years and today was my last visit. The quality of the work continues to decline. Today, I was in and out for a pedi in under 20 minutes-and that is not good. There was a non-existent 2 minute massage and a quick paint and that was it. Guess my feet will be walking to a new salon read more

i went in there about a week ago and spent $110 , i got a new acrylic gel set and pedicure. i got different color french tip which was charged $60 and all of my nails have already fell off . the lady seemed like she was rushing because they were about to close and my nails didn't stay glued on well at all , they just popped right off . i'm highly disappointed. read more

Went and got a pedicure today. I chose the deluxe one for $35. I asked if one had a longer massage than the others. This is the one I was directed too (I'm sure it's because it cost the most). Everyone was friendly there, and I didn't have to wait so that was nice. Even though they used different lotions, and a stone massage I wouldn't go back. My feet weren't actually ever massaged. SHOCKING for a pedicure to say the least. They put the paraffin wrap on my feet, massaged my legs but literally NEVER rubbed my feet. The massage chair was also horrible, I am pretty short by the should massager was above my head LOL! I'm 5'0, but never had an issue before. I'm not sure what the issue was... read more
