I didn't feel rushed during my pedicure. I got the $45 pedicure and I feel that it was worth the extra $10 from the basic. She put a lotion, exfoliating scrub, and then another lotion + hot towel on my legs in addition to the callous removal and normal pedicure. Very relaxing! Chairs were nice and comfy and didn't feel worn down like at other places. I paid cash but they do have credit card machines. The only odd thing that stood out was they didn't have fans to blow for a non gel pedicure but not a dealbreaker for going back.

I did not like the under color he chose for a red French ! I assumed since he is the nail artist he should know how to do that. He was kind of rude once I told him I didn't like the design and then when I go to check out, it's $80 for short almond French tip. Got a call 10AM Saturday to say…read morethat I'll need to reschedule because I didn't confirm my appointment and someone now has that time... and that they had called me at 9PM Friday evening to confirm. This makes zero sense because I had a confirmation email, never got a call the night prior like they claimed, and how can it be that in the span of an hour since opening that my exact time was booked over and no longer available? I would have rather appreciated honesty and transparency that there was a mistake, the time was accidentally double booked, there wasn't a wax specialist available, whatever. That would have been better than shifting the blame on me by saying that I missed a call 9PM (that I never got) the night before and therefore was automatically canceled/removed from the system.

I walked in without an appointment (the sign and website says they welcome walk ins ) It took several minutes for the woman to come out of the back room. She didn't greet me or say anything at all, so I told her I was there for a brow wax. She asked if I had an appointment , when I said no, she was very rude and told me to make an appointment in advance next time. She said she could "squeeze me in this one time". There was absolutely no one there waiting and no one came in during my visit, so I'm not sure why she was rude and dramatic about me being a walk in. Normally I would expect they would be thankful for the extra business, especially during COVID times. As the cherry on top, she had headphones in BOTH ears and was speaking in other language and laughing on the phone the entire time she did my brows. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up and get the strays, as it hadn't been more than a month since I last had them, the shape was still clearly there. She made my eyebrows extremely narrow and with almost no shape/arch- just a thin line. I would NEVER go here again.
