Chairs were nice and comfy and didn't feel worn down like at other places. I paid cash but they do have credit card machines. This makes zero sense because I had a confirmation email, never got a call the night prior like they claimed, and how can it be that in the span of an hour since opening that my exact time was booked over and no longer available? I would have rather appreciated honesty and transparency that there was a mistake, the time was accidentally double booked, there wasn't a wax specialist available, whatever. That would have been better than shifting the blame on me by saying that I missed a call 9PM (that I never got) the night before and therefore was automatically canceled/removed from the system.

So pro tip: if you're hoping for a walk-in appt, give yourself 30 min of wiggle room. I haven't had a pedicure since I was pregnant with my son and he's about to turn 4! and this place brought back some serious sense memory. They're Korean and female run. The staff was quiet and pleasant. The woman who did my nails was the same age as my mother and had a familiar graceful demeanor. The whole experience reminded me of my 20s when I used to get my nails done bi-weekly at this Korean family owned salon in Bethesda, MD. The service was some over due mental/emotional self care and I will make it a point to come back once a month so I can feel like I'm 20 again. Another tip: tip in cash and pay before you get your nails done so you don't run the risk of scuffing your fresh paint.

I've been many many different places including ones in malls, Walmart, and even beauty schools with students. This was the worse experience I've had. I walked in without an appointment (the sign and website says they welcome walk ins ) It took several minutes for the woman to come out of the back room. She didn't greet me or say anything at all, so I told her I was there for a brow wax. She asked if I had an appointment , when I said no, she was very rude and told me to make an appointment in advance next time. She said she could "squeeze me in this one time". There was absolutely no one there waiting and no one came in during my visit, so I'm not sure why she was rude and dramatic about me being a walk in. Normally I would expect they would be thankful for the extra business, especially during COVID times. As the cherry on top, she had headphones in BOTH ears and was speaking in other language and laughing on the phone the entire time she did my brows. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up and get the strays, as it hadn't been more than a month since I last had them, the shape was still clearly there. She made my eyebrows extremely narrow and with almost no shape/arch- just a thin line. I would NEVER go here again. Customer service was one of the worst experiences I've had getting waxed/threaded and it was a terrible job.

I agree they did look full... but farrrrr from natural. The glue and extensions made my lashes/lids feel so heavy. After only a day the ones on the ends were coming off and sticking out. Day three I gave up on them and removed them, the photo is how they came off. So clumpy!! Maybe I'm not very experienced and should've asked for a different size and/or a different colored glue.. but this is a very very disappointing experience.
