Before doing anything, she would show him first: she put lotion on her own arm and let him touch it, then slowly introduced it to him. She tested the temperature of the warm towel on his wrist so he could feel it safely before wrapping his legs with it. She narrated each step in such a calm and reassuring way. She never rushed him and followed his comfort level the entire time. Because of her approach, he was able to stay calm and relaxed throughout the experience, which is a huge milestone for us. She went to clip around my toe nails to trim any dead skin and pulled off too much to the point where after I left the salon and looked down my toe was bleeding a bit. What really is the cherry on top for me was that the same night my paint on my pinky toe is coming off. It lasted about 6 hours... I'll not be coming here anymore because for $68 I would like for my pedicures to stay on and didn't appreciate the roughness on my feet.
