If I could leaVe zero stars, I would. My voice as a woman has never been so questioned…read more The owner who took our reservation mixed up the drop off point. Instead of marking down Ocean Street in Hyannis he put it as Ocean Street in Boston. Our driver was lovely and addressed the issue quickly. However, this morning my husband had multiple missed calls from the owner. When he returned the call he was addressed by a very angry, very aggressive owner who accused my husband of calling him a liar, told us the driver could be fired over this, and then when I chimed in he asked why I was even speaking and that I was part of the original problem. The owner then asked us to pay more for his mix up instead of just assuming the responsibility and eating the cost. The overall approach to the situation and lack of professionalism was shocking. Maybe if he wasn't trying to do business while traveling in Italy he would have gotten our reservation correct and we could have avoided this entire situation. My advice - look elsewhere. I travel for work at least once a month and use Boston Preferred for a car to and from the airport. I have never had a problem with them. Reservations are easy to do online and they also have a useful app. The drivers are always on-time, polite and professional. I feel completely safe with them. They always arrive at my house for pick up 5 minutes early. As soon as a land, I generally receive a text that the driver is waiting for me. I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes and at that, I think they were only delayed once or twice. Based on my schedule, I frequently get Gustavo for my airport pick up and it is always nice to be met at the Airport by such a friendly and professional driver. But, really, all the drivers are great. And, when I had to change flights or my flight is delayed, there is never a problem to change the pick up time. I highly recommend Boston Preferred.

That one ride was all it took. He was fantastic, and we've used CCW for every car service need since. Over time we've gotten to know Wilton and his business partner Christian, who together run CCW, and they're exactly the kind of people you want handling your transportation: prompt, professional, helpful, and just genuinely good guys. On the rare occasions they couldn't personally take care of us, they tapped into their network of trusted contacts and made sure we were still well taken care of. What really stands out is that this is a small, family-run, local business. And in a world of impersonal rideshare apps, that matters. You get consistency, reliability, and people who actually care about getting you there safely and on time. We love being able to support a local business like this, and we recommend them wholeheartedly. If you're looking for a car service in the Boston area, do yourself a favor and call CCW Transportation. You won't be disappointed.
