However, when I explained to him that we had an early morning flight and needed a pick-up at 4:45 AM he immediately said "Oh... I can't do that, we're all booked up." I'm quite sure the problem was the time was inconvenient for him and not a case of them being too busy. My experience with TAZ Transportation: Can't count on this company if you need early morning airport service or if it is inconvenient for them in any way.

I live in Plymouth and my Lyft driver, that I reserved days before, cancelled 20 minutes before my pickup time. I frantically tried ordering Ubers and Lyfts over the course of 45 minutes and absolutely no drivers were taking my request. By that point I was already late for my flight and had to reschedule to later that morning. I then starting calling different cab services. Liberty Cab was the only company that answered the phone at 6:30 and kindly took me on as a passenger. They promptly picked me up and got me to Logan safely. I will continue to use this company since they are super reliable, excellent customer service and they have clean cars. I highly recommend them.

The booking process with Von was easy, we received excellent communication from Taylor, and the ride with Benney was great. We felt we were in the safest hands with Benney at the wheel in steady rain from Boston to Providence. The car was super comfortable too. Would definitely call them again! Thank you All-Savants!

He reached out in advance with his phone number, willing to answer any questions I might have. He kept me updated on her flight. He not only got her to campus safely, but waited while she got checked in, took her bags to her dorm, and sent us a pic of her in her new space. It was so much more than we could have hoped for. My daughter was delighted with the surprise of chocolates and water in the car and she loved chatting with Todd. He is an absolute gem. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Truly. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there.
