The previous owners had heavily stapled and glued fake wood on top of the original wood floors. My fiancé removed the fake wood, which left the floor with numerous holes and splintered, broken pieces. Richard is very knowledgeable, fair, and he takes pride in his work and in doing it well. He answered any questions we had and explained what he was doing throughout the process. We changed our minds about the stain we wanted, but he was very patient and wanted to make sure we were happy with our floors. Came to Yelp to get some quotes and super happy I went with Interior Flooring Solutions! Here's why: 1. Quick service. Ruben replied to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule my free estimate (he was on time for my estimate). Something to note and why the quickness is appreciated- my work room is pretty small so obviously I'm aware my job wouldn't be a huge money maker (just being honest here, lol). With that being said, I was still treated like a valued customer with how eager he was to respond to my inquiry and take me on as a client. Also, I was turned down by a few companies since my room is small. 2. Once again, QUICK SERVICE! After my estimate, his team was able to work on my room within the next few days! We scheduled a time and they were actually there early! I still can't believe I finally found contractors who actually show up on time. A lot of times I've worked with contractors for various things and they are never on time or reschedule last minute. I'm super grateful to this company for being punctual. Lastly, they finished my flooring really fast. 3. Great quality. My floor looks amazing. When the team finished, they waited for me to inspect which is also appreciated. 4. Fair pricing. I'm happy with what I spent for my floors. To summarize: Swift service, great quality work, worth the money, and Ruben is just a really nice guy. You won't be disappointed with him and his team's services.

After putting flooring in just 1/4 or 1/3 of our house he stopped coming for several weeks! We were left with a partial floor and he wouldn't answer calls or texts. When they finally came back after a month he had the excuse that he and all his crew had a sore throat. After finally completing the rest of the flooring, the doors on my daughters closet were so tight that they literally were stuck in place. His crew were going to leave it that way and said there was nothing they could do! We pushed back and said they couldn't leave with a closet full of my daughters things that she could no longer get to! They said there was nothing they could do. We insisted that they try again to adjust the doors which thy finally did and the doors work fine, but they were planning on leaving them no longer working! As they were finishing we noticed the flooring in the kitchen was making loud cracking and popping sounds every time we walked on it. Alex had one of his workers cut out a couple planks (taking off the interlocking edges),and glued them back down. (It is meant to be a floating floor!) within a day or two they were popping and cracking again but even worse now and it is spreading to many other planks. As soon as he got his money he disappeared. He wont answer any calls or texts or messages. We are very frustrated to say the least and will now need to talk to the contractors state license board and his bond company and other avenues because our floor can not stay this way! It you are even thinking about doing business with Odvin "Alex"ander Casimiro Rosales and Pristine Flooring, DON'T! I wish someone had warned us and saved us from this experience. He talks a good game and seems so nice but the skill of his workmanship is not good, he doesn't stand behind his work, and as soon as he gets your money he will disappear. To not even respond to so many efforts to reach out and try to work out a solution is really unbelievable! It has been over a month of trying to contact Alex and he clearly has no interest in being a reputable, reliable or responsible business. After my experience I have looked him up on other review sites and see that others have had the same experience as me, so his terrible flooring installation skills and customer service is obviously the way he operates. I wish I had known all this before I hired him!!!!

Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!

I reached out to at least 20 different epoxy companies, and he worked hard to give me the most competitive quote. I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out. Our garage had existing tiles that were glued on, and I was looking for the cheapest way to epoxy. Worried about the cost, he found a solution that worked best which was to epoxy over the tiles since they were really stuck onto the concrete below. A couple other tricky areas were (1) there was carpet glued onto the stairs in the garage, (2) there was existing cabinets that required epoxy to go around, and (3) there was a small closet in the back of the garage. He said no problem to all, and that he can remove it as part of the work scope and price he quoted. Within 3 days after meeting him in person, he sent one of his guys, Ernesto, to epoxy. Ernesto was so friendly and showed up on time. Throughout the process, I would check in from time to time and he worked hard to get it all done that same day. He came around 9:00am and finished the job around 5:30pm. My garage flooring looks so nice and modern now. Overall, I highly recommend Filiberto and his team. Incredible work all around, and I'd would happily hire them again.
