So after having to pay to finish the job that Alex Casimiro and Pristine Flooring attempted to do, and left us hanging before they finished, now more problems have started popping up all over the house. What appeared to be done right in the beginning was an illusion. More flaws in the installation have continued to appear. Just to be clear all of the problems that we are seeing are not product issues, although there are some. Bad trim work, uneven edging and installing the product (flooring) over non leveled floors that were supposed to be leveled by the installer are solely the responsibility of the installation company. Substandard work! He can't complete tasks correctly the first time, and even after returning ten times, the job is still unfinished. He overcharges and sends extra bills for work that was never discussed or priced--he just hands you a bill. His attitude is extremely rude. He is frequently under the influence while on the job, never arrives on time, and often leaves without informing you. They never clean up after themselves. He claims to have over 20 years of experience, but I believe he just watches YouTube tutorials and attempts the work. I've done all the tasks he has done, and although I'm not an expert, my work is hundreds of times better. Save your money and do not hire this person. I have to take him to court. Walls, tile, trim, and paint are all poorly done. He ruined our $2,000 jet tub and didn't inform us. It wasn't until after installing the tile that we fiund out and he said we would repair it, what. We recently installed flooring for our remodel. Alex and his team did jot finish the work. They left the flooring unfinished and have been following up since March. They left the edges and corner incomplete, did not Finish install the moulding around fireplace and behind the appliances, and is not willing to finish up the work. Alex was supposed to install custom transition piece as our bathroom is few inches high. He keeps postponing the work and doesn't notify or respond in a timely manner. Have to follow up multiple times after paying thousand of dollars. Alex, the owner of Pristine flooring, was very professional and flexible during the quoting process for the job to replace the carpet in our 2nd floor bedrooms with LVP. We ordered the LVP from a supplier since we needed a specific brand and color to match the flooring on the 1st floor. Alex helped procure the baseboards and beading for one room to match the wall to wall shelves. Alex went and got a piece of hard plywood to replace a small piece of flooring that had some water damage. His installation crew was open to our ideas on how to move our heavy furniture across rooms so that they could finish 2 rooms on Day 1 and the remaining 2 on Day 2. Overall it was a smooth and stress free installation. My wife and I recommend Alex and his team. He said he is looking to get into design work and we plan to reach out for some minor remodeling work later this year. read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Do not hire this guy. We had a flood they sent two non English speaking young men here with no supervision to demo our floor. We ended up with pocket door, kitchen cabinet, molding, door trim, base board damage, wall damage, fireplace hearth damage and to boot he ordered wall paneling instead of flooring so thin with broken tongue and groove and not enough to do the job. He was sub contracted by All County Environmental and Restoration and he walked away from the job and never heard from again. All County restoration has still not completed our flooring after a year so run as fast as you can from that company too. All County was dropped by our Insurance company also.
