The pedicure was top notch, and I didn't have to watch them, their polish application was perfection. For my manicure, I get my nails "shorter" and with dip. This is literally the best mani pedi I've ever had. I got the lavender scrub pedicure and basic manicure; my friend got an intensive cucumber pedicure. The staff here are extremely professional just the right amount of conversation. The facility is super clean and bright. The massage chairs are of very high quality and are well maintained. I went in to get my nails done yesterday, and I was not happy with them- 90% of the problem was just that the polish was so translucent. I told them I did not like it and Jenny told me to come back the next day and she would redo them. When I arrived Jenny was very apologetic and said the person who did my nails usually just does pedicures. I left with the best gel manicure I've ever had. My wife and I went in to get acrylic nails for her and a pedicure for both of us and I left with an open wound on my toe from the woman who did my pedicure. It took almost a month to heal completely and required constant attention. There was also something that happened during my Wife's nails that was honestly just disappointing and hurtful. We asked the nail tech very politely if she would be willing to skip one of the nail file things because the sound was unpleasant and bothering my wife. We asked very politely and they chose to ignore the request and continue to use the nail file. My wife has Autism and has sensitivity to harsh sounds and sensations. This was not something brought up in the moment because there shouldn't need to be a reason to be kind. We posted a review not too long after our visit addressing these things and the owner responded saying that we were rudely complaining about the sound the entire time and it was an unreasonable request. It didn't seem like very much to ask to skip a tool (my wife says the one they were using wasn't necessary and could be overlooked in the process while not changing the end result too much and she knew of and was okay with the tiny visual change that came with skipping the tool. It is a difficult thing to ask for help from other people, especially strangers and double especially when it comes to mental health and disabilities. My wife has overcome a lot to get to a place where she can stand up for herself with strangers, and is aware that not everyone responds the same, but it hurts my heart to receive the lack of sympathy we received for what feels like a very small request. We didn't ask for everyone in the salon to not use it, just this specific set of nails on only my wife. My wife's nails were also very cut up and cut too short and were really jagged and poorly applied. I wish I could say that we at least were given a decent end result, but that isn't the case. Compassion is so important in our society, and it's unfortunate that such a cute salon can become somewhere we feel discouraged about revisiting. Don't waste your time here unless you're into horrible nails, dangerous pedicures, and a complete absence of sympathy. read more

Literally do not go here. My roommate and I made an appointment for TWO pedicures and TWO full sets for a set time. We get there and have to wait 30 min. They finally seat us and there is only one man working on all four procedures for the both of us. I didn't even end up getting a pedicure because they were closing!!! Whole thing took 3 hours. I never write reviews. I have never been so pissed off at the customer service. I called to make an appointment and made an appointment. I was getting my dog groomed and tried to get my nails done at the same time. I asked if they can do my manicure and pedicure at the same time, they said yes and asked if they can see me at 1:30 pm and they said yes AND took my name and phone number to book. So I get there a few minutes before my appointment and let them know I have an appointment. They said say they don't do same day appointment but said they did on the phone, why else did they take my name and phone number? Then they said they will do both mani/pedi same time and that it'll be 5 minutes. Over 30 minutes later after MY SCHEDULED APT I was still waiting for them to start. At that point it was too late for them to get started. They LIED when I called to get me to go there and acted like they booked my appointment and when I got there they said they don't do same day appointments. So I wasted over an hour and gas and my schedule for the day got screwed up because they lied on the phone. I could've gone somewhere else instead if they wouldn't have lied about the appointment and kept me waiting. They continued to lie and say "only 5 minutes" while I was there. Over half hour after my apt I was still waiting .... Never had worst service and never been angrier at how inconsiderate a business is. read more
