Came in as a walk-in client about 2 weeks ago and requested a gel manicure with french tips and polish change on my toes. It took over 2 hours for both services. While I admire and appreciate the detailed work... that's a bit too long! The tech was very kind but I had somewhere to be! The total including tips was $62. Which is average for this area. After a few days, while on a vacation, the gel polish started peeling at the base, especially on both my thumb and index fingers. When I got back home, I reached out to Tianna, the store manager and she was able to fit me in and re-do my gel polish perfectly with no charge. During my nail session, I learned a bit about Tianna's family and her favorite local restaurants. She also provided an amazing hand/arm massage. This family owned establishment is very accommodating and I now feel like a friend instead of just a client. read more

I stopped in for a pedicure which is located in the shopping complex. I was able to get right in which was great since I was on a schedule. The pedicure service was what I would normally pay a lot more for which I was surprised. The massage was great and I would highly recommend. The color selection is a little hit or miss though. I use to love going here for the quality they produced, but that has clearly gone down hill. This is the 3rd chance I have given them in hopes of getting the same service I was use to and once again was let down. 1st and foremost Make a appointment or you will waiting and passed along to different people that are available! I asked for my nails to match my toes and Karen acted like that wouldn't be a problem. She did my toes a Then my nails and they clearly DID NOT match! After sitting with her for 2 hours and 45 mins she refused to fix my toes because she had a pedicure waiting. Told me to wait 5 mins for Tianna which was fine, but as soon as Tianna came available she pulled a walk in client to do her nails. She told me wait an additional 20 mins or come back tomorrow?!? Which I was not ok with so she didn't charge me for my nails. I am so upset with the quality especially after paying 60$ for just my nails! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!! I've been going here for my pedicures for the past year and a half and until my last 2 visits, I've been really happy with everything. I've had to wait for over an hour both times, and the last time I went in with my daughter they told us my wait would be a few minutes more after taking her back. It looked decent but the tech lacked skill or probably just didn't care to fix the little mistakes like a crooked nail, uneven acrylic... etc. I am rating it a 2 because of service mainly. We made an appointment for 3 girls with Lucy Salazar. Lucy mentioned she would have the other nail techs begin and prep our nails so that she could finish them off. I stated 3 times that I wanted Lucy to do my nails. I was ignored by 2 different staff including Lucy. The first time I came here, the place smelled so strongly of chemicals that I almost walked right out. But I really needed a manicure so decided to stay. Karen very nice and, though I was worried at how aggressive she was being with the cuticle nippers, I'm glad to say, it was three weeks before they started getting scraggly again, which is impressive. I was not worried at all with the polish application, you could tell she was a pro. While we were chatting, I asked if she liked her job and she said, without hesitation, "I love it." How many of us can say that? It shows in her work: I have never had a manicure stay in such good shape for so long. It was four days before I got the slightest chip in one nail, several before a second chip, and so forth. It was a full two weeks before they were chipped enough to take the polish off but my hands still looked very nice for another week after that. And that was just with my own Essie polish, not gel! Back for a mani and pedi today. Karen did an impressive job on my short, scraggly nails. Came in before lunch, the smell is much reduced so I recommend coming in as early as possible. Still, minus a star for the strong smell and the annoying tennis match on tv that was incredibly annoying and no one was watching and the annoying country music. They need a better ventilation system and trash tv on at all times. read more

My friend and I were here some time last year. Tiana is lovely, and the rest of the staff is nice too. There was an issue with another customer while we were there -- a guy was getting a full set and had the girl redo it 3 times because he kept changing his mind about what he wanted. Then he tried to get out of half of his bill, having been there taking up this poor girl's table for more than an hour and a half... the girl was needless to say very upset with her customer, and justifiably so. But Tiana settled things and was very professional -- you can tell they want to keep their customers happy. My friends mani/pedi took a little while, but there wasn't anyone available when we first got there. By the time we left, 2 people had helped her and got it done as quickly as possible. read more

As soon as you walk in they greet you and ask what they can do for you. Very friendly, nice relaxing environment. Usually I go after work and TRUST ME it helps :) There staff is very professional and comforting. They treat you more like a friend than just another client. My first time here. 4 nail tips off my $45 full set popped off within 3 days. I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seated. Staff was not friendly. Nail tech didn't say 3 words to me. She rushed because knew I was walking out the door and manager talked me into waiting 3 more minutes. And to top it off the manager wouldn't even honor a 10% off Yelp coupon I had, saying Yelp should have removed the offer. It wasn't like it was $25 off or something. It was a misely $4 (I could have become a lifetime customer. They gave that up over $4). Nails looked good, but the experience was awful and nails didn't even last 72 hours. What a waste of time and $45. I will never return. The other reviews on here may be friends and family because my experience was totally opposite. read more

I would never return. They told me that they would be ready to give me a pedicure and my sister a manicure in 10 minutes. At about 30 minutes they sat me down in the chair and put my feet in chilly water. They then assisted a woman who got in five minutes after I arrived. Then 15 minutes later (now 45 minutes have passed) I asked for a towel so I could leave. The lady who sat me down came hustling out of the back room saying not to go and seemed frustrated that I was leaving. My sister wasn't even seated though! If you can't fit us in, be honest!
