I went through the wash and half way through my car felt like it hit something which included a substantial thud on top of the bump. I reported the issue as there was damage to my rims from the car wash. Pics and video were taken and I was told someone would contact me after reviewing the video of my car going through the machine. Since I've been going there often as I have the monthly Titaniium membership and never had an issue before I assumed it was a fluke. So when my car invariably got covered in pollen I took the car back the next day Saturday and it happened again. A bump and thud halfway through the machine which led to more damage to my rims. The damage was minor but the car isn't very old(2024) and I've kept it perfect till these 2 incidents. I made a report again but they tried to tell me the damage was there before I had gone through the car wash but I know and I emphasize know it wasn't. I'm very anal about my car. They took pics etc, and again said I'd be contacted but no one ever did. No complaint number/Incident or reference number given to me which means they didn't adhere to Mister Car Washes corporate policies. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I couldn't stand seeing the rims damaged so I paid out of my own pocket to fix the rims immediately. And it looks like Mister Car Wash got away with damaging my car. I'm leaving this review to inform other customers so they can protect themselves. If you choose to use them I suggest taking pics or video of your rims before going in or better yet having a dash cam to record any problems you experience going through their car wash so they can't do to you what they did to me to you.

Despite that, they continued to charge my account for 7 more months--without my knowledge and without notifying me of any issue with the cancellation. I didn't use the service after I canceled, so I had no idea I was still being billed. When I contacted them to resolve it, they weren't helpful and offered no refund, even though I clearly stated I had canceled. This feels like either poor internal communication or an intentional billing tactic. Either way, it's unacceptable. If you decide to cancel, make sure you get it in writing and monitor your bank account closely. Very disappointed in how this was handled!

Al salir del túnel de lavado mi vidrio parabrisas estaba partido, partiendose durante el transcurso del lavado y NO me dieron ninguna solución, dicen que NO se hacen responsables y no quisieron mostrarme el video de las cámaras del negocio para certificar que mi vehículo entró sin ningun problema en el parabrisas y una maquina realizo el daño a mi propiedad. Fui atendida por el Gerente Sr Nicolas Castro quien me indico que no el establecimiento no se hace responsable por daños a los vehículos, por lo que tomare otras medidas para obtener la solución correcta a la responsabilidad que ellos tienen y deben cumplir.
