He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business. I wouldn't ask for better more prompt and professional service than what Aaron provided me. He will be my "go to" tech guy from now on. No one else has even been in the same universe.

It was unclear where to park and where the business was located. After parking and walking a long distance to the entrance, I went up the stairs of the difficult to find building only to find myself very confused by the vast number of businesses in the building. There was a large map posted on the wall of the second floor above the staircase that I found very hard to understand. I walked a short distance down each available hallway and was relieved to get some help by someone who was familiar with the building who was able to give me directions to the suite. When I got there, I was told that they could not fix it and to take it to Walmart.

Then went to the store today to get the repair done and I heard the same gentleman lying to a lady stating that Bluetooth requires internet to work. Strike 2. Not a great customer service. When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3. Honestly, I don't recommend this place as they didn't show great customer service, didn't show me any honesty which lead me not to trust them.
