I went to the nail salon on a Saturday after my eyelash appointment next door. I have wanted to try this place for a while because I liked the outer establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a big mistake. When I walked in, I explained what I wanted, and the staff told me it would take about 10 to 15 minutes. I decided to wait, but after five minutes, two other women walked in and were told they would only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. However, they were taken before me. After another 15 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on. They said the women got stuck on their nail designs. I inquired why they were prioritized over me, and the staff member tried to say they had appointments. I overheard them and knew that wasn't true. Then, the manager came over and stated that only one particular lady could do my nails, even though five other staff members were just standing around, and two other people had come in without appointments. I was told it would be just another five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and despite several staff members being available, I still hadn't received any help. Frustrated, I decided to leave after almost an hour. If you value your time, you should choose a place that treats all clients fairly. I do not recommend this salon. Did not pass the vibe test
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience due to a serious health concern. I came in for a pedicure for my birthday and was really looking forward to it. The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation.
My favorite nail salon in Gilbert. It's so clean and nice inside. Comfy chairs and overall a nice calming aesthetic. Everyone who works there is so nice and always does a great job. Love that they have stamp cards too. Jojo is my favorite but everyone is lovely :)
I was walking out of another shop when I noticed this place and it looked clean. The guy at the front desk said I would need an appointment or the soonest I could get a pedicure was in 1-hour which is totally understandable so I went to get a bite to eat a few doors down and came back even 10-minutes early. I was undecided on color but I wanted something neutral. I asked if I could get a mani and pedi but the response was "no only one". The gal who did the pedicure was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She said she doesn't like to give pedicures when I mentioned I am very ticklish at the feet. The massage part was short and not much pressure just felt like she was patting my leg. The polish looked good when she was done and I waited almost 30-minutes to let them dry. Then the loud young guy told me they were closing so I needed to go, I asked if my toe polish was dry enough to put my shoes on because the paper flops I can't drive in. He said yes they were fine and ushered me to get up to pay. Well, I get home only to kick off my shoes and see the polish has all smudged and looks horrid! I called the next day to share what happened and was told I would need to come back that day only to get them repaired. Unfortunately my work schedule stopped me from getting back in and today I wanted to wear sandals to brunch and looked down and decided they looked too gross to do that. I think they may have used gel polish instead of the regular so now I'm stuck with this until I can get them fixed or removed. What a waste of time and $45, the manager was left a message but so far no call back.

Your attention to detail from the "cheese grater" making my feet silky smoothe so much I almost slipped in the shower..because they were O so soft and silky.. to making sure you used the sander on my nails to make them smooth and shiny buff. The massage just the right spots with the hot stones for just a bit longer, almose like she knew I had a leg cramp the other day.. On to nails... basic manicure for me for fancy frills still was amazing!! Now remember that both were basic no polish jobs. I will see sending my wife and daughter in . After posting this review the owner reached out to make it right. I went back in and had Jenn redo my nails. 10000% a better experience and better result. Jenn made my nails look so much better. I will return to the salon just to work with the owner and Jenn. Thank you again ladies!
What in the world. I needed a last minute appointment for 2 people. And the staff was able to fit us in! Great! Last appointments of the day, boo! Asked to be put on a waiting list, get told no. The day of the appointment arrives. Parking is an issue. Hardly any parking up near the location. It's in the back where you want to go and be careful not to park in the reserved area. When you walk in, you are greeted, in a rushed manner sort to speak. Everything is done by iPad or tablet to check in. We were 20 minutes early for our appointment. (Thankfully they were able to fit us in) I get to my nail tech, away from my sister, who got her nails done 30 minutes AFTER I started mine. This nail tech was coming back from break. (Which is understandable) I waited, and she immediately touched her face, then my hands. I didn't see her wash her hands or anything, so she asked me what I wanted and I told her. And she just said.. "mm" and then whispered to the dude next to her. Throughout the ENTIRE session. I think she only asked me 3-4 questions throughout the visit. As she's doing my nails, I'm looking at her hands, I don't know if she had some chemical reaction from doing nails, or if she had a rash going. But it was all over her fingers and hands. I kept trying to keep my fingers from touching her hands, but she kept wiggling my fingers. That some of my nails were crooked. She was 1/2 way through the session when she told me it was $55. And my sister texted me hers were $75. I figured my nails would be around that range but it was kinda pointless she asked me if I had an issue with paying 1/2 way through the session. While I was getting my nails shaped, she grabbed my phone and moved it away and told me not to touch it. I understood but I was dealing with something and needed to use it briefly and she moved it again but in an angry manner which kinda threw me off. When she finished, she told me to wash my hands, said thank you and DIPPED. I was so confused, I stood there like an idiot looking for the area to wash my hands in. I had to ask a customer where it was. The dude who was taking care of my sister, was in a rush to finish so he could go home. He glued my sisters skin to the nail, and burned her with the machine, she started bleeding when we exited the salon. It's been a week and my nail color is FADING. There's an air bubble in my middle finger on my right hand. For a last minute nail appointment, this definitely is a no go for me. Maybe in the future? Maybe with the right nail tech and proper scheduling. For now, my 2 is staying.

My pedicure felt like torture. The water was so hot it was simmering when my feet first made contact with it and I yelped when I took my feet out. It took a while to cool it to an appropriate temperature. But that was just the start. The technician cut the cuticle on my right toe down so much, it was bleeding. That would have been enough for me, but then came the harsh chemicals being poured over my new open wound. My foot was on fire the whole time. The scab over my cuticle (pictured below) is the result of her handiwork. I'll never go back. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and this one was stressful and painful. read more

I finally found a salon that can deliver on gorgeously crafted nails!!!! I cannot get over how beautiful my set is & how the coffin shape ACTUALLY looks like a coffin. No dull corners, no badly applied paint, just pure art. The professionalism of the team at Lush goes a long way. Where do I start with this place honestly! The service is outstanding, the workers are all so fun and kindhearted and their work is amazing. I have had Ann multiple times do my nails and she is by far the best nail tech I have ever been to out of all the previous nail salons I have been too. I drive 35 minutes every time to come to Lush Nail Bar! She is precise and takes pride in making sure her clients are happy with how their nails turn out. The salon is extremely clean and bright which gives a whole different vibe to a nail salon.... most I have been in are outdated, dim and play boring music but not this one!! Lush nails is terrible I got my nails done by the owner and she proceeded to tell me when I gave her a picture of my nails that she could do it I sat in her chair for about three hours and then she experimented with colors on my nails because she couldn't find the right one. I had to go get my nails redone the next day because I was so upset at JT nails and they did amazing quality amazing shape it looks just like the picture!!!! Should have went there first! read more

I showed a picture with a design that I did not think was that complex. The shape and length of my nails could have made it difficult but she gave me something completely wrong. It was pretty bad, so I decided to go back and get them fixed. The guy in charge was so nice and set me up with a new lady to fix them. This was my first time here. I was a walk in on a Monday early afternoon and they got me in right away. I'm glad I gave it a try. It's really nice inside and they play good music. They all seem happy and easygoing here. Which makes for a good environment. They have so many options! I had Leo do my nails and he did an amazing job. I could tell he cared and put a lot of work into them. He was quick but made sure everything was even and to my liking. I will definitely be booking with him again. I was able to book pedi appts for my 5 yr old and I pretty easily thru Yelp app which was ideal since it was prior to their opening time. I was told that they have 20% off services on M - W with an appt made. So we got there pretty promptly for our 11:30 appt and were told that they just tried to message me to see if we could move the appt to 1pm...but agreed to take us. It is very clean & lots of color options. Wouldn't say it was my favorite nail experience as I feel like I was questioned a lot on my choice of color, nail shape & type of polish that I wanted even thought I was the one paying for them. I had decent length to my nails going in and asked they be rounded a bit and they were filed down to my skin. I came home and in different light realized how messy my nails really looked with gel polish on my skin and little bubbles in the polish? Probably wont be going back after $70 later. read more

Second time I've been here. I asked for coffin shape. One side was very bulged and rounded. Not what I wanted. After 3 weeks, my pinkie nails popped off. My one pinkie nail actually took half my bail bed with it. Extremely painful. They don't trim your natural nails underneath so the nails just lift very quickly. Sad state of affairs. My go to nail bar! The owner gutted and redid the salon and it's clean and beautiful. Holly is my nail technician and she does a fantastic job. I get short acrylic nails with gel and she makes sure they're never too thick. She's been doing nails for 30 years, as have many of the techs here. Along with experience, everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend coming here. You won't go to another nail bar again! read more

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and beverages offered during services. Massage chairs and great music. BEAUTIFUL location! Very reasonable prices. I was recommended by my sister and I've been hooked every since then. They have a great selection for pedicure options. My nails look great and I'm happy after EVERY service. I don't usually usually have to get a fill-in for sometimes up to a month. Quality work!!!! They also follow COVID regulations which I appreciate. My favorite and highly recommended tech is Loanie! She's been doing nails for years and it shows in her work. Plus, the host Cameron is always a sweetheart. Visit and you won't be sorry. I love my French gel pedicure and French powder dip manicure from Alice! She did a great job of checking with me on the shape of the nails and the thickness I preferred for the white tips. Lush is a beautiful nail salon, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. The massage chairs for the pedicures are state of the art. I loved the whole experience and look forward to going back. It was a tad pricey: $105 total, but that also included adding an acrylic tip to a nail that had broken, so all of my nails would be the same length. Alice was wonderful, and next time I'm looking to take her suggestion of doing a pink ombré French manicure! read more

Hello, do you use new files and completely sterilized tools on each person?
We use brand new disposable files buffer and pumice stones. All of our tools is washed cleaned, disaffected, put in a sterilizer and put into a sterilized pouch.
