I needed a place to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to LAX. It was 3:46 PM and there was a limited menu. Girl dinner? YES! For $35 you get a martini- classic your way. Little Gem Caesar- plum tomatoes, croutons, reggiano, white anchovy dressing. And fresh cut Kennebec Fries with chipotle aioli and ketchup. The patio was so lovely and one of the staff members (I forget his name but he has kids in college) went above and beyond to accommodate me (when he found out that I'm a teacher) with a change in cocktail and A+++ service. Another staff member was thoughtfully setting up the patio for the dinner rush and mentioned upcoming special events.

I am obsessed with this whole restaurant, from the beautiful interior design to the delicious food, and the fantastic service. If you want an intimate setting where you can have a conversation with the disruption of a loud setting plus good food, this is the place for you.

My friend said, oh I bought you 2 your favorite chocolate croissant from Lunetta. Oh mine, these turned out to be the worst croissant I ever had ( worse than those cheap croissant from Vons )!! They were dried and crispy ( Yes, burned crispy) and the amount of chocolate inside was like non existing!! If there was a zero star, that will be my rating! Common Lunetta, if you are charging that much for a croissant, pls at least make it worth the buck!!

A very pleasant environment with great food to pair it up with. I came here midday on a Tuesday, and it was extremely quiet although about 30 minutes after we arrived it started slowly getting busier. Busy place would seem is a norm for this venue. We had a very relaxing plunge, and we did not feel like we were being rushed out and received great service all along the way. We only ordered three items, including a latte which was actually pretty good and well worth it, and also ordered the avocado toast which was very good although a little small and the lemon pancakes which were absolutely outstanding. Some of the best pancakes I've had in the while!

Came here at 10 am on a Saturday after picking up some friends from the airport. We had a reservation for 10:30 am but there was almost no guests there yet so we were able to be sat early. I think the main entrance is in the back, facing the parking lot which is a decent size. They have an outdoor seating structure, completely shaded, in the parking lot as well as some tables on their patio. We didn't see much of the inside except for the bathrooms because we chose to sit on the patio which was the perfect option for us. The sun started to get a bit more intense so they opened large blue patio umbrellas to protect us which was very nice. I decided to get the crispy jidori chicken & pancakes ($24) while the rest of the group got the two+two+two, OG breakfast sandwich, and eggs Benedict. They also got 2 coffees and Bloody Mary. Everything was out quickly since we were some of the first guests. The chicken wasn't completely crispy all over because of the marinated peppers but had great flavor. It went well with the syrup and melted butter. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. A lovely brunch spot! I would be interested in seeing their dinner menu sometime as well. Would come again as it's convenient on the way up and down the 405. It is a little pricier for brunch for me personally but the prices make sense for the area.

My friends and I enjoyed a refreshing brunch that was inviting and refreshing. The outside back patio is pretty and could be perfect for a sunny day when the weather is right like it was for us. Their chic wooden aesthetic really dresses the space up and staff was very personable and courteous. We were greeted promptly, sat, and even had the umbrellas adjusted for us to avoid too much direct sun. The food and drinks are certainly tasty but do be aware there, menu prices are a bit on the higher end given circumstances and environment. My Bloody Mary came out and was plenty spicy, tomato taste with some fresh green crunches and an olive. It was strong liquor and had been made well for my idea of the perfect starting treat for a brunch with friends. We all had enjoyed our drinks and food. The ingredients on our entrees and apps were certainly fresh, and all delivered amazing breakfast flavors. The meal was filling enough and the atmosphere was perfect. Lunetta will be on my brunch list to consider when I'm back in the area

Gorgeous presentation and even better flavor!

This place is a hidden gem in an unexpecting parking lot next door to a Rite Aid. The food was EXCEPTIONAL and we didn't even realize there was a whole indoor section with cozy seating and inviting ambiance (we sat outside on the lovely patio). The grilled artichoke and sourdough with truffle butter were the stars of the show, but the hanger steak frites were also incredible and so tender. The head chef/owner personally thanked us and even gave us a little walkthrough of the whole restaurant. We were treated like regulars even though it was our first time there. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful day to enjoy a late lunch... We used to live down the street from this venue before the pandemic... it is a familiar neighborhood to us and a very special one for our family. What a lovely venue with so much outdoor seating... The weather yesterday was a bit chilly, so my pal Jack and I dined inside. I had the chopped vegetable salad with grilled chicken atop of it. The best chopped salad I've ever had, seriously!!! I am a big fan of a chopped salad and have never found one that was better. Jack had the salmon sandwich, and he was blown away by the nuanced spices. He loved that this sandwich was so delicious and different than usual. We had a wonderful repast together. The waitstaff is superb and the manager was so lovely and attentive. To be honest, dining here, even at lunch was a bit pricey. However, they do have an interesting "specials of the day" menu for lunch that you could share with someone. ( a complete meal including dessert that intrigued me). I definitely will return to try. Absolutely a great lunch experience! This lovely restaurant is part of our local westside community and I highly recommend it! Plenty of parking in the back or on the street...

I went here for lunch. The ambiance was so cute, service was good. We got the Salmon sandwich, Steak, and shrimp ceviche. Everything was ok, but the flavors could have been enhanced for each dish. It felt like there was something missing from every bite we took.

Ask the Community - Lunetta All Day

Are the tables on the patio far enough apart that a table of 4 can hear each other without difficulty?

Hello, The patio area is our quietest space. You should be able to hear your guests without any issues.

Is there space for a private party?

There is a back area adjacent to restaurant. Not sure of what the capacity it holds but, I am sure you can easily reach out to management. They are lovely.

What is the outdoor area like? Would it be ok even if it is raining?

    Nice and yes!

    Good for kids?

Yes we go here all the time and their kids menu is fantastic and a great value

What time is brunch on Saturday's? Is it all day? Should I make a reservation or do they accept walk ins?

8:00 Am to 3:00 Pm, and yes they do accept walk ins.

If you wanted to go for a Sunday brunch, is street parking easier than parking in their lot?

Their lot is huge and free v the street which is metered.

    Do they have happy hour?

The website Eater Los Angeles says they do: "Monday through Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. Come for $5 draft beer, $6-$7 wines, and $7-$8 cocktails; and stay for $7 crispy chicken wings and $9 octopus tacos."

Do they allow dogs in the outdoor seating area?

Yes, as long as the dog doesn't bother other customers, you should be fine. The staff are very accommodating and very polite.

It had a cool vibe and tons of allocated bottles on the bar (tequila and whiskey and whisky to name a few categories). The staff greeted us quickly and supplied us with some menus. I opted for the Idyllwild cocktail and loved it! It had the most complementary flavors and was so refreshing with the bourbon, yuzu, chartreuse, honey, and lemon flavors. My husband opted for a neat Caballito Cerrero Puntas pour (high proof agave spirit). They only had 0.5 Oz for their bottle and only charged for the partial pour. People came in and ordered anything from cocktails to neat pours to flights. It was a cool spot and the bartenders seemed pretty well versed in different cocktails, giving a few suggestions to different patrons. Even making a few Espresso Martinis for a couple of girls that didn't really like their initial cocktails. Staff was cool, attentive, and pretty quick and efficient with the pours. I'd definitely be down to try more drinks here if we roll through again. Luckily, we found some close street parking and it wasn't super busy so we easily found parking in the area. It also wasn't super packed in the venue so we could've opted for other seating--lounge areas, a few tables, or just at the bar.

Most of the bars are dive bars in downtown Santa Monica, and parking is quite accessible for this place. So I'd recommend for that reason. In terms of the drinks, I'm a huge fan of cocktail but I would say their menu selections are a bit limited. Nothing in the signature cocktail looks interesting to me, so I had the bartender make a classic cocktail instead. He's very attentive and friendly, didn't take forever to get a drink either, no attitude. Drinks aren't watered down either. Nice! You come here to grab quick drinks when you don't feel like being at a loud dive bar in the area, it's in a hotel but not too upscale, no strict dress code. Music is not loud and they have couches and booth if bar table if not your thing, you don't have to yell or pretend you hear everything to hold a conversation here (lol). ** Keep in mind 20% gratuity is automatically included in bill, it's my first time here. But I think I've other spots I'd prefer to be in, even at Santa Monica. Wouldn't be self-motivated to come back because there are better places that specialises mixology, and there are also better upscale hotel bars to be at. But if you're around the area it's a great intimate bar for date night that's not overly pricey. Wouldn't travel all the way to here just for this (if you know what I mean).
