(06/21/25) I haven't even left yet, that's how good the food is! Went for Saturday/weekend brunch and had the TerraTorry Breakfast with over easy eggs (nice and runny but not undercooked at all), smoked bacon (perfectly crispy without being even a tiny bit burnt), smashed potatoes (warm on the outside and warmer on the inside), piece of toast with a side of butter and the best name I have EVER had, as well as the Buttermilk & Vanilla Waffle which normally comes with brulee'd banana (but I'm allergic so I substituted for strawberry's), whipped honeycomb butter and maple syrup (but I also highly recommend using the jam on the waffle) and it was one of the best waffles I've ever had! Our server was very friendly and the dinning area as well as outdoor seating is absolutely lovely for a summer's day.

Me to my friend: do I need to take my phone to the bathroom? Friend: (serious face) YES! Say no more, lol Came here after looking for a cute spot to celebrate her braces taken off that day, lol. The yelp reviews were in point, this place is a whole experience. Parked down the street, and seriously happy with EVERYTHING. Jessica was our waiter. We sat inside but then asked to be moved outside. The decor is MAGNIFICENT. We felt as if we were in France. The food was fresh and you can taste it in every bite!!!! The service was upscale and relax. The music was a perfect touch, excellent selection at the right volume. This place is crafted for an outstanding experience in every single way. Even the smallest details were curated to be unforgettable. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Go and thank me later!!!!

TerraTorry is a new favorite for us! Charming little farm-to-table restaurant with an ever evolving menu - we've been wanting to try them for a while and finally had a child-free opportunity to check them out. We sat outdoors and the only downside was the lack of space heaters and the fact that most diners were inside so it was easy for the staff to keep getting caught up with them and forgetting to make their way outside. Fortunately, it wasn't too cold the night we were there, and we had plenty of time. When we had our server's attention, he was very friendly with many helpful suggestions. The look of the place is charming, and we loved the music they were playing over the speakers - more big band and jazz as opposed to the pop or synth you hear in so many other restaurants. We ended up ordering a bit too much and ran out of stomach space for dessert. Here's what we got: - Mussels: These were delivered to the table in the Dutch oven they were cooked in, and they tasted as good as they smelled when the lid came off. The broth was curried and just mildly spicy and sopping it up with the piping hot baguette it came with was the most satisfying experience for a mildly chilly evening. The mussels were tasty but the meat was disappointingly on the smaller side despite the shells being fair sized. I would totally get this again, and I think our kiddo would love it. - Kashk-e bademjoon: This is apparently the chef's mother-in-law's recipe, and it is a must get. Better than any other eggplant dip I've had at a Persian restaurant. It is served warm with hot puffy pita bread, and between this and the mussels I've had more carbs than I have in months, but it is so worth it. The fermented yogurt and mint add a depth of flavor, and the crispy onions on top bring a nice texture contrast. We are definitely getting this again. - Terratory burger: This is the one dish I would take a pass on in the future. While there was nothing objectionable about it, it just didn't have much flavor and lacked the write-home quality all the other dishes were imbued with. - Chilean salmon: The fish was outstanding. It was well cooked with a perfectly crispy skin that my daughter would have loved along with the sprinkling of chives. The bed of beluga lentils it was served on was creamy and heartwarming, and it was hard to stop eating this even when I was full. We will have to come back another time to try more dishes and get dessert!

I dined her with a few girlfriends and will be bringing my Husband back. The poke was really good, the pancakes (chefs kiss), and the salads!! So many options and but some of my favorites were the many juice and tonic creations! The owner was so pleasant and warm!

The experience at TerraTory was such a lovely surprise as it was my first time dining! The warmth of the service down to the exceptional quality of the food provided a memorable moment. Everything was so yummy and loved the ambiance. The grain bowl and spicy fish tacos were my favorite! I'm going back with friends soon because of the great time I had. Extra plus that it's by the beach and you can walk off your food afterwards.

Such a delicious brunch at Terratorry! We honestly had almost everything on the menu with our group of 10 and not a single miss. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and you can really feel the farm-to-table intention in every bite. From savory to sweet, each dish was flavorful without being heavy, the kind of food that feels indulgent but still clean. Perfect spot for a relaxed, elevated brunch that actually delivers. Would absolutely go back with the food and service!

First time dining at TerraTorry and it was a perfect experience. We were drawn in by the beautiful table setting and aesthetic and stayed for the food and service. Our server Joey and the entire staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. When my girlfriend said she was cold they went and grabbed the heater expeditiously. The food was delicious! You could taste the farmers market quality and their burger is genuinely one of the best I've had in LA. Since we're local to the community, we're excited to come back soon!

Stopped by to try this new spot for brunch. I would say it's okay nothing special. I got the breakfast plate and tried a few juices.

The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh and full of flavor. Definitely try the flaming Halloumi experience! I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great steak and great relaxing spot. Great vibe, fun and pleasant service. This place has such a warm atmosphere perfect for a relaxed evening out.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere and wall painting are elegant . The service is warm. Perfect spot for a special night out -- flaming halloumi is highly recommended. Overall great experience

What a gem!!! Everything was so delicious and fresh! I'm usually not even a big lemonade fan, but decided to try it and it was incredibly refreshing! The fish tacos were also such a delight! Perfect texture with the fish, and they had a nice spicy kick to them. Can't wait to come back again!

Yikes Was skeptical to give this place a try due to the crazy prices but figured breakfast wouldn't be that bad....I was wrong. Service - seemed very short staffed and the waitresses were very scatter brained and unfamiliar with the menu or the fact that they were working? Took 1 hr to get eggs finally served. Food - fine? Portions are really tiny for the price and sad considering we were ordering eggs and potatoes. Overall - waste of a great location. If the price is going to be so high the food and service should at least match? See attached pic for what $30 of egg whites looks like here.

Place is painfully slow. They definitely need to work out some kinks. I came in for a glass of wine & appetizer and it took 1 full hour. When I arrived, there was a lot of empty tables inside & outside (for a weekend lunchtime). They asked if I had a reservation. Reservation for 1 person? LOL. Then I was told I needed to wait 10 minutes for a reservation. Umm.. sure? I think that was possibly to manage the kitchen or the waitstaff, but again, it wasn't busy at all but I waited. After I sat down, it took another 10mins to be greeted, another 10mins to get my glass of wine. The appetizer I ordered was great - so I'm torn about this place. Trying to close my tab also took 10mins. Service is just really slow. I can't imagine what this place would be like if it was super busy.

If we sit indoors, is it too noisy for normal conversation?

Not really. There aren't that many tables inside and they're nicely spaced. I guess it could be noisy if you get next to some rowdy group, but I have been inside a few times and never had a problem.

All dishes are carefully crafted with its colorful details, and its simple but bold flavors prepared for you through an open kitchen. This place gets busy the minute they open their doors so make reservations prior. 1. Korean Aguachile: fresh tilefish sashimi with finely sliced cucumber and white floral decor simmered in ice cold kimchee broth they pour at the table. Soooo good. Must order. 2. Soy Marinade Blue Prawn: My favorite dish of the night. Huge raw blue prawns (head attached) marinaded with soy sauce. Served with barley rice topped with Ssam jang (type of bean paste sauce), and seaweed paper. You wrap all ingredients in the seaweed paper to make a hand roll. Soooooo delicious. Can't walk out without trying this. 3. Beef short ribs: good but nothing unique in its flavoring . Beef steak(medium rare and super tender) that's lightly marinaded/glazed (so not overly sweet) with kbbq/short rib sauce. This is one of their fan favorites so I suggest you try it.. 4. Chilled Acorn Noodles: chewy cOLD noodles made with acorn (just like the acorn jelly side dish we eat). The noodles are seasoned with Korean Cho-go-chu-jang (Gochujang paste), crispy cucumber slices, loads of dried seaweed flakes, and perilla oil. And you just mix them all together. Sooo good and paired well with the short ribs. Incredible. 5. Bluefin tuna and trout Bibimbop: like a poke bowl but so much better. Rice at the bottom with loads of lettuce strips, bluefin tuna sashimi, radish slices, and cavier. Seasoned with Korean Cho-go-chu jang (Gochujang paste with a twist of vinegar). Very good as well. For drinks we tried the shikhye slush (shikhye is a Korean sweet rice drink dessert). They used a slushy shikhye base with warm cinnamon and ginger spices and pisco for a kick. Also tried the Sujinggwa manhattan which is sujunggwa (traditional Korean cinnamon ginger dessert tea served cold) and a single malt. This was fabulous. Overall fantastic experience. Fantastic food, cool ambiance's. And great service. Highly highly recommend this place!

Tables looked available around 5pm though so walk-ins could be possible. Ambiance: Outside was nice and inside looked dimly lit and romantic. We were seated promptly and service was good. Food: Rice slushy had a strangely strong cinnamon-like taste to it that traditional rice punch doesn't have which was so overpowering, it made it difficult to go back for more sips. Oysters - good though small, enjoyed the kelp mignonette Korean Aguachile - Delicate tilefish completely overwhelmed by cold kimchi broth with actual icy slush in it and small amounts of fish Steak Tartare - The hot stone bowl seemed to defeat the purpose of a tartare, as it cooked the steak once mixed. The perilla leaves were also cut in large strips relative to the beef. Chilled Acorn Noodle - The perilla oil was nonexistent in flavor though the dish didn't need it and was good without. Overall, portions were small for the price and dishes weren't well-executed so despite being excited for more Korean options in West LA, I'd much rather make the drive to Koreatown for better portions, prices, and flavors.

The beauty of Mediterranean food is that it's perfect to share with large groups. Because I had some fellow vegetarians (and veg friendly people) with me, ordering was quite fun. We almost ordered every vegetarian mezze, which included: Mezze sampler: the Muhammara was my favorite of them all and the naan was amazing. Very soft, but flavorful. Sprouted cauliflower: interesting way they made it. Golden tahini had a nice touch. Pickled vegetables: loved them Greek fries: can't go wrong with that Roasted sweet potato: surprisingly quite good and a very different palate from the fries. Baked feta: interesting, but this wasn't a fan favorite amongst the group. While our non-vegetarian colleagues enjoyed the octopus, we were nearly full with just the mezze. We decided to go ahead and order the mushroom skewers while the other side enjoyed the tomahawk. Everyone was full after all this food. The cocktails kept flowing. I stuck with just one Urfa mezcalita while enjoying the views for the remainder of the night. This lasted until dessert where plenty were ordered. I got a chocolate gelato not realizing I'd get two scoops. Sadly I could only finish one scoop. Anyhow, there are heaters all over the rooftop so that people can enjoy throughout the year.
