But even more importantly was the gracious and attentive service provided by Audrey-- whose caring solicitous table side service was worthy of a high end dining establishment. Ive dined in upscale 'fancy' venues but Audrey's manner of warm and friendly checking on our meal experience took it to 'next level.' The whole staff was cheerfully welcoming and personally made sure we enjoyed the well-prepared delicious food. The falafel was tasty with crunch and complex flavors-- tender rice and creamy hummus-- and fresh kale salad brought contrast and variety . She was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to make sure we had a great experience. A few other team members came by to check on us too but didn't get their names. Been waiting awhile for this to open. Live right around then corner. Been eating at Luna Grill for probably 15 years. Staff was nice. Wife ordered chicken plate and I ordered gyro plate. Taste of everything was just avg. not enough flavors on proteins and the rice has zero flavor. Pita and hummus was good. I know they have a lot of locations now but definitely seems quality has gone downhill. Also being a cashless restaurant is so bad. Not what our country is about. .I got a takeout bowl from here, and it was delicious! The falafel tasted fresh and flavorful, and I especially loved the crunchy chickpeas. Although I didn't interact with the staff, the restaurant itself seemed clean, bright, and inviting. The parking was a little confusing, but that may have been my fault for assuming there was parking on both sides of the restaurant. I was thrilled to see a Luna grill being place in San Clemente, we love mediterranean food but we only have fancy mediterranean restaurants near us and want the flavors without the fuss. So once the dust settled from opening day we grabbed some dinner from here. I enjoyed my wrap the gyro meat is seasoned well as was the koobideh. I had the Santorini bowl from Luna Grill and it was really good! The only downside was that the chicken was a little cold, but they were really busy, so I think it may have just been sitting for a while before I got it. The new crispy pitas are amazing definitely a favorite! So happy to have Luna Grill close by. Looking forward to coming back! read more

The food was amazing. I got it hot and extremely flavorful. Everyone was super nice. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was very colorful and I have no Notes except for it was awesome. I ate inside where they were playing some throwback hits I was jamming to the music as I ate, shout out to Andrea and Audrey for checking on me multiple times and making sure everything was to my liking which it always was. Needs improvement - opening day left them swamped! Although not any line when we came in, took 45 minutes to get our 2 dishes out. The ambiance is very stark and cafe like. A shorter girl with dark hair in a bun (I didn't catch her name) really stood out. She brought our food out, checked on us while we were waiting, offered water, and made sure our order was correct. me and my buddies pulled up today. We heard that this place was finally open and couldn't wait to try it. The food exceeded my expectations. Everyone was super friendly London took my order and recommended. I try the lunatic sampler to get a feel for all the food as it was our first time there when we sat down, we ate in a booth, which was pretty nice and marissa checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. We had a great time overall the bathroom was also exceptionally clean, which you don't see a lot in this area. There was some parking on both sides of the building and in front the lemonade is really good here and I highly recommend. read more

We ate here about 30 minutes after they first opened on 9/27, and despite the crowd, the service was impressively fast for opening day! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and organized. Parking is limited, but that's to be expected. The food was excellent! My husband and I split a plate--he had the sirloin kabob, and I had the salmon--and we also ordered rice and a Greek salad. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked, not dry like you sometimes find at other places. The pita bread was warm, soft, and fresh. With two drinks, our total was $45, which is pretty typical these days. We will definitely be back! read more

We paste your order. For three people. We live right around the corner were so excited to think that we actually have an eatery nearby. I tried to do the online pick up would not take my credit card though. I tried three separate cards. They're all good. It just kept showing error error. Also I had a five dollar gift certificate or promo and it would not take that so we called. place the order at upon arrival and we had the exact amount of cash. We were told it was cashless Nothing had been printed nothing had been said there was no offer to take this and next time you come bring a card we left. We'll never go back. After a long time waiting for restaurant to open, I got disappointed that flat chicken kabob plate is not on their menu for this location. And I have,to drive to another city to pick up that.
