The service industry is down the drain! 1st time came in, Chicken was burnt and Kobideh is burnt and they hide it by flippin it, and rice was bathing in water because the put the salad with it. 2nd, visit less crowded 2 people late noon on cafes, food came in 20-30 mins late for chicken kebab and gyros??!!! 3rd came in August 16th 2026 1:45 pm, Staff felt rush and 2 people on the floor and manager at front guy yelling at me its ok and get my order rushing it, coz he has to help the loud family behind me squezzing in my line!!! I waited over an hour for my to-go food. Whoever was packaging the food needs to learn faster or find something else to do. My lunch break is only an hour and I had to move my entire afternoon work schedule around for what was supposed to be a delicious lunch. When I finally got my food, it was cold and had to be reheated. So much for good quality service and meals. Do better. read more

So sad. I was craving koobide for so long. What I got was completely burnt on one side and very dry. There was literally only 4 spoonfull of rice and no more. I've seen Luna Grill passing by and noticed great Yelp reviews. It was our first time here for lunch with my coworkers. Parking was easy and close by and plenty of spaces available. We walked in towards the front to order and there were maybe two people in front of us. The restaurant was about half full of other patrons. There was a positive vibe with the staff and the overall energy in the restaurant. There was a good variety of songs on their playlist, which I enjoyed. I ordered the Santorini bowl which came with grilled chicken and basmati rice with a side of pearl couscous, hummus, kale medley, and I requested no olives, pickled onions and tzatziki sauce. I loved the variety of different textures and flavors in this bowl. I really wish it would've been a little bigger though because I felt like it was a decent sized bowl, but the contents were a little bit sparse. The traditional chicken kabob with rice and hummus is close to $17.00 The wonderful part is that this is enough food for two people. An extra kabob is $5.00 Their bowls are also a great deal. Stopped by today for some lunch with my husband. Unfortunately I did not get any photos of the food but we split a chicken kabob plate with tzatziki, garlic feta sauce, and a larger side of hummus. Our total came out to about $26. In all honesty, the chicken was good, as well as the garlic feta sauce and the hummus. We did not like the tzatziki and we got some undercooked rice (a lot of hard granules). We also thought it was strange that the plate only came with 3 slices of pita bread. Overall, don't think the price is worth the quality. Upon finishing our meal, we noticed a man walking around asking everyone how they were doing but he skipped us, not sure why but we thought it was a little strange. Ambiance is ok, our cashier was very nice and informative so that was a plus. We might come back, might not. read more

I was completely indecisive about what to order, but she was so patient and took the time to walk me through the menu and make recommendations without making me feel rushed. She was absolutely right--the food was amazing. The chicken was incredibly juicy, the steak was cooked perfectly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. I also really appreciated the ambiance. It wasn't loud at all, and there was no music playing, which made it easy to relax and actually enjoy the meal and conversation. What really stood out, though, was Claudia's customer service. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. So I thought I would check it out and was throughly disappointed. The food in the picture looked great, the food looked completely different and was cold. My plate had no presentation, they just threw everything in a pile. The whole place was basically empty and took 25 minutes to get my food. The whole place is staffed with unenthusiastic 20 yr olds. This staff was amazing. They were hustling to get the mobile orders ready while servicing people in person with a smile. They are like a well oiled machine! I stopped in on my way to tennis lessons to pick up my mobile order. My food was ready right on time. Aaaaand there were napkins, utensils, and sauces in the bag. Has Luna Grill fallen from grace or were they just ok to begin with? Luna Grill was the answer when the first Greek chain in this area stopped living up to the hype. They had more options, fresher flavors and an overall better vibe. The flat cut chicken might have been the best protein in fast casual dining period. So what's happening now? Obviously they are having to pivot a bit to keep up with the new players in the market. Bowls are clearly where it's at but they're missing the mark. Only allowing guests to "build your own bowl" online is absurd and limiting. Sometimes we want to see our options IRL before making decisions. The predetermined bowls look chaotic and I didn't feel like I had the time to nitpick through them to see which aligned with my cravings. And the kicker? The flat cut chicken is "not allowed" on the build your own bowl. So am I getting what I really want? No! Why not just uncharted for crying out loud. I get it, by not displaying the food in the way that the others do there's more of a "fresh made to order feel". Too bad my gyro was dryer than the Sahara. And why not have the food out so one could watch her bowl being built. That would havr fixed two issues. I was giving the wrong cheese and I didn't see the pickled onions so they had to give me a side. In conclusion, they tried to give me cold fries and the rice had little flavor but overall the food was fine. The price is fine and the portion may be a bit too heavy. The staff was good too. Ambiance is dirty the walls need cleaning and tables are not maintained. I counted at least three that needed cleaning. The food is ok but there are many other places that are better in flavor. The service was the worst part of our visit. The lady who was working was extremely rude to my parents and even to my senior father who wanted to request a simple side of sauce. It is not that hard to give the customer a single item with a smile! Beyond unexceptable! I watched as she neglected my father's needs and acted irritated at my mom. This place is good! Love the food options, and actual food. I have their app, and usually get $10-$20 rewards which is nice! Only downside is the wait time. The food usually takes a bit, but I will say it's usually pretty busy so it's not like they're just sitting around doing nothing. We come to Luna Grill pretty often, and it's always a solid value and consistent service. Today I decided to write in because they went above and beyond for my fam. But first I wanna talk about my faves here...The chicken kabob plate is really done well here... the chicken was succulent and juicy, and I like to get the spicy hummus because it has a nice kick without being overpowering. My toddler absolutely loves the kids chicken kabob meal and the fries. They also really care to keep the restaurant clean and ready for new customers. We came in during the lunch rush and saw it die off. They were picking up and wiping down tables fast. We didn't wait more than a minute before a table was ready for us despite the house being full. Consistently good food, decent portions, friendly staff, and easy for my family. Happy to recommend. The entire staff are awesome but a huge shoutout to Claudia and Khari! We were intending to have lunch at Texas de Brazil on Monday 2/2, but discovered that they only serve lunch on Friday and Saturday. We have seen Luna Grill several times before when here, but didn't know anything about it. A quick look on the Internet revealed that it's a Mediterranean place, which is one of our favorites. So we walked on over. It was an excellent decision! We ordered two of the new Medi Macro bowls with grilled chicken and a "shareable" Lunatic Platter. What delicious stuff! The falafel are on the smaller side, but very tasty, as were the hummus and tatziki. The pita was fresh and soft, the couscous was perfect, and the dolmades were flavorful. Very happy we chose it. The bowls were also much more filling than they appeared to be, and deserved two photos because when served, the bed of salad greens is completely hidden by the chicken, beluga lentils, and other toppings. So the second photo shows the bowl after being mixed. The vinaigrette dressing is the perfect accompaniment. It was a nice day, and we chose to sit outside in the sunlight. Service was prompt and the staff were very friendly. They have a loyalty app, good for $10 in savings for every $100 spent . . . pretty generous savings. Through the app, we discovered another Luna Grill location just a few miles from our home, so we'll become regular "Lunatics" for sure. read more
