I LOVED how my nails turned out. Lupe and Gemma worked on my nails they both did an a AMAZING job! I had a very pleasant experience the ladies were very friendly I found my new nail place. I'll definitely be returning.

Gemma is amazing, and so is Lupe. Gemma has the most gentle hands, it doesn't even feel like I'm getting my nails done. Her prep work and her art is top notch. The set is sooo beautiful. Gemma and Lupe make you feel so welcome. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. You've got a customer for life! Thank you Lupe for all your help and thank you for giving me a chance Gemma!

First time coming here and I was excited. The location and salon are cute but unfortunately my nails were not. After $75 my nails were uneven, bumpy, lumpy. I asked for a simple French and the French tips were uneven. I came back to get them fixed but they still looked bad. Will not be returning. :(

Viridiana does an amazing job, and I love her work, as well as her great communication skills, patience, and sweetness.

Customer service was above and beyond Gemma did so well with my set, I am in love!!!!

Got a pedicure and full set by Brittany and I loved it! $120 for both and it's worth the price. Brittany takes real care of her clients and puts her all in to her craft. Would come again in a heartbeat. :)

Love coming here! Everything is so clean and nice. I love that they keep the door locked and you have to ring the doorbell to come in, makes me feel like they prioritize client and employee safety! I get my nails done by Brittany and she never misses!!! 10/10 recommend. I always get offered water or tea which I've never been offered at any other salon before. Everyone's so nice and the vibes are always great :) I don't take pictures of my nails bc I don't like my hands, but here's today's set. Simple yet elegant

Cinthia is an amazing nail tech. I have gone to her twice, and each time, I have asked for specific designs. She has delivered each time. My nails come out beautifully. She is a true artist. If you are looking for a nail place, I definitely recommend Luminous. It's a clean and very friendly environment.

I posted a review about a negative situation that happened the day my daughter was suppose to get her nails done. We weren't happy, right away the owner contacted me and wanted to make this right because it definitely was not a reflection of the shop or the owner. I have never deleted a review I wrote because it's a factual experience that happened. I did receive a message from somebody who started a Yelp page just to tell me off. I want to let that person know I didn't delete my review because of you. I could care less what you think. I made a decision because of Lupe, wow what an amazing lady that deserve ten stars. She is someone that truly cares about her business and the customers happiness and satisfaction. Because their wasn't anyone available the day we came down for the appointment she scheduled my daughter on a Sunday when the shop was closed and no charge to my daughter. When my daughters arrived at the salon on Sunday it was Lupe and her daughter Jeanah. So welcoming, sweet and so apologetic about the situation. Both my daughters absolutely loved how Jeanah did her nails and enjoyed talking with her, not only nice but said she is so beautiful. The nails are gorgeous, and you can tell she cares. I am looking forward to meeting Lupe, she is an example of how owners should respond to Yelp reviews.

Viridiana was an amazing nail artist. She was thorough with her work every step of the way. She would ask me if I liked the length, shape, and included me in the process. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she gave me great reference options to help me decide. She is dedicated to her craft and commutes to her booth from far away to have a convenient place for her clients. She was clean and kind with fair prices. Pay her and book her because the work she does is worth it! This is my new nail artist and I can't wait for my nails to look beautiful and be healthy all the time!

$35 for a design that looks like it was done by a toddler. At least my gel nails look ok. I'm confused to how you let someone walk out with nails like that. I think my techs name is Myesha. The gel manicure is not the worst BUT if you want a design save your money go somewhere else. Came here cause they had a last minute opening, won't be coming back.

I made appointment on June 18, 2024. Overall the girl that did my nails was nice but she was a beginner soon as I left my nails. I only get a overlay on my real nails and one of my nails needed a fake nail look too thick and so different from my other nails never again I said I made an appointment for a pedicure with somebody else at 1 o'clock they never showed

After yet another bad experience at the nail salon I used to go to, I decided to try a new place. Everyone was so nice, and Amy, my nail tech was great! Then a couple o& days after my treatment, I broke a nail, through no fault of the job done. I'm just really clumsy and hard on my nails. I made a last minute call to see if anyone could get me in for a repair. I got a return call straight away and Lupe worked wonders on my repair. I found them here on Yelp, so I thought I'd help pass along the word on a great salon. They're by appointment only, but go see them for your future nail needs. read more

The ladies that work at this salon are fabulous. They turn out beautiful nails and have wonderful clients! Courtney, has her own room where you can get a facial or eyelashes, or even make up. Lupe has been doing my nails for almost 9 years now. I have followed her from 3 salons to. 9 years and I have never had a nail lift off, I am always happy with my fills. Not only is she great at what she does, she is the nicest woman you will ever meet. She accommodates most schedules and will always do whatever she can to ensure her clients are happy. LOVE THIS SALON! i first went to maribel to get my christmas set and she did an amazing job! not only did she pay close attention to detail (and did a really good job at it), she was super sweet and easy to talk to. the salon itself is such a good vibe and very friendly atmosphere. i went to alyssa a few days ago after she was able to fit me in last minute and also did an amazing job. she was super fun to talk to and did my nails so good, have been getting so many compliments. seriously love it here and would recommend it to everyone :)) i've been to plenty of salons but no salon will compare to here! read more

Awesome, Awesome,awesome!!! Did I say awesome? Well I meant it. This gem of a nail shop is now my go to spot. After having a TERRIBLE experience with my former shop, I needed to find a new place to keep my talons looking up to par, so I hopped on yelp and found Luminous Nail Studio. I inquired about an appointment through Yelp, and got a quick response from the owner. She set me up with an appointment with Zoe. Let me tell you, she was amazing! My nails came out flawless with the design I wanted. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this place! Zoe was attentive, took her time and made sure I was happy before cashing out. I have been to many nail salons in the area, and Luminous Nail Studio is by far THE BEST!! Jeanah is amazing! She is very detailed oriented and truly cares about her clients. I just recently started going to Lupe for my nails. I found her on Yelp and I'm seriously so grateful I did. I work in Valencia and live in Cal City. She's amazing at fitting me into the schedule in between my drive. The atmosphere at the salon is so comfortable, it's just like going to hang out with the girls for a bit. I love it. I have been a client of Lupe (Owner)for several years. I am so proud of Lupe for her sincere need to provide quality service at an affordable price. As the appointments have rolled by, Lupe has helped me to break out of my comfort zone when it comes to my need to always have my nails the same dark reds. I have gone rogue with pinks and blues. I'm new to the city of Lancaster and was looking forward to my first session. After waiting about 2 weeks for our appointment,today we arrived very excited with my daughter for a fun mani/pedi day and was immediately turned away because my 7yr old son was with me. I'm new to the city, meaning I don't know any babysitters yet so it's hard to go anywhere without my kids. Anyway, I'm upset because nobody mentioned anything before hand. If it's a "policy" then it should be posted somewhere and mentioned when you're making an appointment. I never give bad reviews because I don't think it's worth getting upset BUT I think that maybe my review will help at least one other mother like me. If you have kids or anyone with you that does not have an appointment then you CANNOT go in. (I'm about to drive an hour back to LA to my nail lady where they don't discriminate). read more

I have been going to this salon and seeing Lorin for a few months now and let me tell you from my first time here I have been treated so well. The owner is always so sweet, welcoming and nice. Lorin (my nail tech) is sweet, attentive, detail oriented and overall a great person. Lorin has never told me she couldn't do whatever I asked regarding my nails. I wanted to remove my acrylics before I had my baby and she didn't tell me no or go somewhere else. She removed them and gave me a gel manicure. A few months after having my baby I contacted Lorin for a full set and she was more than happy to accommodate. I went with Gelx and wow this girl killed it. Not knowing what Gelx was and her taking the time to explain the process to me just goes to show you that Lorin truly cares about what she does and her clients. I really do love this salon. read more

I'm giving this place five stars because each and every person here was absolutely amazing. These girls made me feel like home and on top of that they were overbooked and i was in need of a manicure and the owner took down my number to let me know if she had openings she would call me.. and she did!! Cute nail boutique. Tucked away just off the Blvd. I get my nails bone by Brittany and followed her here. She is the best I have found in this Valley and I have tried a lot of places. I get gel for my job which is customer service with the public and lots of typing. Last two weeks. And doesn't peel off like most places do. Your missing out if try her. I just recently found this nail studio and I am so pleased!!!!! Right when you walk in you are greeted right away and everyone is so nice.. they ask you if we would like something to drink when we are getting our nails done!!!! I feel like I am at home!!!The studio is so welcoming and a great place to relax and enjoy a spa day!!! They are right off the Blvd in a very well decorated shop:) it shows off each of the nail artist perfectly... anyways I got my nails done by Jenn and she is absolutely wonderful!! After trying to find the right person I finally did!! The product she uses lasts! You don't have to worry about a nail falling off!!! I will keep coming back!! I love the way Lupe does my nails. I haven't gone any place else after I've discovered this place. Lupe listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen. When I went in for my first appointment everyone was super friendly!! The owner, Lupe is so kind and when I booked with Jeanah she was the best! After about a month of having the nails they were in perfect shape and none had fallen off. I've continued to book with Jeanah and she always does such an amazing job! If you are looking for a nail tech who takes pride in her work and who pays attention to detail then look no further; Brenda is the ish. She hooked me up with a long round shape and matte polish. I love my nails. I am so picky and usually leave the salon dissatisfied but after trying Brenda at Luminous for the first time I had no problems at all! Love you BRENDA! read more

I have gone here since they opened a couple years back. I don't go routinely, just when I have an event and more often in summer for pedicures. I got a text March 20th inviting me for 10% off and a birthday gift (pic attached) so I decided to go in today for a pedicure. The person who did my nails was friendly. I picked a color but it was much more bright (neon almost) than it was on the tray. He grabbed a couple options, but all of them were too bright, so I chose to go with a different color. Before he got the different color I asked for, he brought me over a tray of Easter egg colored nails that had a nice color, however, he told me they were gel. I told him I didn't want gel. I have never had it...until today (relevance later). He said ok and brought over the other color I asked for. While he was doing my cuticles, he stabbed me with the tip of the cuticle scissors very hard, which made me jump. He kept pressure on my toe for a couple of minutes before putting it back in the water. This is the second time and the second tech from this place that has cut me with tools! Once he started the paint, he brought over a machine that I now know is for gel. Never having had gel, I thought the machine was just to dry them and he put the machine on after every coat, and kept ramming the tips of my toes with it and it fell twice, once almost into the water. This is where I guess I should have/could have asked what the machine was for, as I'd never seen it before, but again I said I didn't want gel at the polish choosing stage, so I didn't know to be looking for it. When I went to pay, I was quoted $15 over the amount stated on the service menu. I asked why. The person who checked me out did not seem to speak any English, so he asked the tech what I was asking I guess, and the tech said I got gel and that's $15 extra. I said "I told you I didn't want gel." He said I asked for gel, and I said "No, I very specifically told you when you offered me the color from that other sheet that I didn't want gel." He said "Well the color you got is gel too." The color I chose was from the panel of nails they give you to choose from when you come in. Nowhere did it say gel, and I specifically told the tech I did not want gel. So how that all happened, I don't know. So, with the 10% discount, which they did give me, I ended up paying $10 more than the service I wanted and when I asked the person who checked me out what the birthday gift was, he just stared at me. I asked him if it was the 10% because the text says 10% off AND a birthday gift. His response was "Yes I gave 10%." At this point I got frustrated and just left. My nails look good and I guess will last a long time now, but after this experience I definitely won't be back.

I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

My Nail Tech @viridiananails_ Is amazing extremely professional very flexible and beyond sweet, she always asks if I like my during the process is there anything that she could fix or change before she starts the next process of my nails until she is done, which is very considerate! This nail salon is absolutely one of the most homey and relaxing places that a person could go to relax and get themselves pampered. One of my dear friends Britney is the lady who did my gel polish manicure and she is so lovely and make your experience thoroughly enjoyable. l can't remember the last time I've left a place with satisfaction and a smile for such a beautiful manicure and good company after getting my nails done . The shop is super chic as well as clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the vibe was relaxing and fun. My gel nails were done by Brittany and they are amazing! She is funny and nice to talk to. She really listens to what you want, takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed, has a great creative eye, and is incredibly skilled. I did some research on this salon before going. I only went to check the place out. Lupe, the owner, got up and introduced herself to me. I explained that I was shopping around and had bad luck with a previous salon. She took a look at the shoddy work and offered to remove them for me. I get my nails done by Viridianaa! She makes my nails come out perfect every time. It is always coming out like the picture even with add ons, she is like the perfect copy and paste nail tech. Found the place on Yelp, called to see if I would be able to walk in with my cousin and they told us to come back in an hour so we could be seen.
