This was the best expierience I've ever had at a nail salon. Cute environment, friendly faces, coworkers laughing and being noticeabley friendly to each other. Most important part was my nail artist Jorde. She did an amazing job. I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year simply due to bad experience and bad nails. LOVELY! I just moved into the area from Studio City (where I was honestly totally underwhelmed by the nail salons which peppered every other block). I'm nearly speechless at the difference - in a good way, of course. Lupe was wonderful on the phone, making my close-to-Holiday-last-minute appointment so cheerfully, and just as wonderful in person. The salon reflects its owner in its warmth, authenticity and homey feeling. Even as a first-timer, I had the sense that I could literally make myself at home: make myself a Keurig, bring a blankie...in fact, today was "pajama Friday" which was SO MUCH FUN! (Please do it every Friday, Lupe; at least in the winter!). The whole salon is fun, including the clientele who know that everyone is invited to the party and no one gets excluded. I came to this salon based on all the positive reviews. I was pretty disappointed. The salon was clean but the staff was very unprofessional. they spent the entire couple hours that I was in there talking about a pending court case against a past employee and all their drama. My nails came out ok, got a gel manicure. The "spa" pedicure was awkward on their shoeshine chair and my toe was a little swollen the next day. I wont ever go back there again. read more

Only got to come in twice, my friend was super excited to start at a new place, so I came for an appointment, the owner is rude to her employees, and can't seem to keep anyone very long for this reason, how can you tell your employee that if they don't want their stuff taken then they need to lock it, and then start a fight when they do? My nail girl is fantastic she does great work and she was always there staying till the late hours to help, but she is thanked by her stuff being stolen by other girls and the owner condoning it? I typically don't get my nails done and half of the time I don't understand acrylics process therefore I'm very oblivious about correct preparation. Recently on Saturday I got my nails done and the acrylic is already lifting from underneath the nails so very loose and the design I had was not similar to the picture I provided at the end of my nail appointment I was asked if I like my nails I stated yes not to offend. I painted over the design. However I am unhappy about how the nail is already lifting underneath I feel afraid to even scratch my arm feeling like some of the nails were fall off that's how loose they are. I'm not sure what to do since I'm not familiar with acrylic nails a how to fix these issues so I'll probably have to find another shop to help me. read more

I've been going to this place for awhile now and let me tell you how amazing the workers are here! They're all so friendly and always accommodate my needs. Always welcome you with a warm smile and an offer for something to drink. It is a spacious studio with plenty of nail techs who are all great and easy to talk too. The phones are always ringing because this place is THAT good, people will always come back for their best nailfies and positive environment. The ladies' artistic skills really show through their work and I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Zoe is my lovely nail lady who makes me say "my nail lady is better than yours" because she always has me feeling some type of way with my beautiful hands! Our talks are always full of genuine conversations and good laughs, what more do you want than a good relationship with your nail tech while getting pampered?! Lupe the owner of the place is also the nicest woman I've met, she's always helping the other ladies and doing her best to make sure each woman gets a chance to become a hand model with those bomb nails. My gel set is peeling off. I got it Saturday and today is Tuesday. That's the fastest any gel polish has ever gone off. My cuticles were poorly trimmed and I can still see them at the nail bed. I paid $125 for two basic pedicures and a gel manicure. The only thing I enjoyed was the pedicure service rendered by the owner. We found this place after going to another nail salon across town and being turned away because they were too busy. Not a ding on that salon, but a lucky occurrence for us. My girlfriend and I were in town with her sons activities for the weekend and wanted to pass some time and treat ourselves. We rolled past the salon because we didn't see the small letters on the door (Noted and acknowledged by Lupe). But when we entered my girl immediately notice that this wasn't the typical salon with many Asian women ready to get you in and out. This was the epitome of American made. And what we experienced was what you expect from home grown service. Lupe and her staff (which included her daughters) welcomed our business even though it was the end of their day and they were ready to pack up. No strong odors of nail chemicals. Just pleasant aromas. And she worked on my ingrown nails like she had done it many times before. My feet were smooth after the rubdown with cream. Loved it! And my girl was very pleased with her nails and charcoal skin treatment also. Your gonna pay more than the other places with the "foreign" girls but believe me you won't be disappointed. read more

If your looking for a relaxing spa experience this isn't the place. The owner has a rule of "no children" however on more than one occasion there have been kids there and they aren't quiet. It seems she picks and chooses who she wishes to enforce that rule with...furthermore the owner is on the loud obnoxious side. One time I was there and she was rudely yelling over the phone with a company and apparently the person on the end didn't appreciate her attitude either because they hung up on her. She then proceeded to call back and was even more loud and demanding. Completely unprofessional and the girls who worked there you could tell were embarrassed in front of their clients. read more

The employees here work with you until your expectations are met. The nail technician is truly spectacular. She is so friendly and wonderful and does amazing work. The best nails I've ever had! This was the nail salon I chose after multiple times of searching on Yelp on a mission for a good nail tech. I figured any place with 5 stars was a good idea. Soooooo glad I found this place! And actually Zoe specifically, my nails are flawless. (See photos lol) My baby and Dog photobombed lol. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction shows. There is no gel running in to my cuticle or off the sides of my nail as usual, that I end up filing off myself days later. They are very thin but the color is solid, it's amazing, I didn't know that was possible. I compare my nails to professionally perfect ones on Pinterest and never thought I'd have ones like that, so happy I found her! She's not only a great nail artist but a down to earth nice person, I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. I'm looking forward to my next fill to see what great nails she creates.
