My daughter and I enjoyed our time building a lovely puppy! I totally recommend this place ! Staff are friendly and very helpful during the process!

AHHH SUCH A FUN ACTIVITY TO DO WITH UR GIRLS I recommend!! The staff were also very friendly & did frequent check ins :)

Such a cute spot! We went in on a Monday evening as a walk in. They took us immediately and explained the rules for creating your own phone case and jewelry case. There's a huge selection of unlimited charms and icing colors to choose from. But warning!! Don't grab too many charms because whatever you don't use, you have to put it back. The table stations have all the tools you need to decorate your items from tweezers, glue, scissors, etc. The employees are super sweet. They showed us a demo and assisted us in putting our charms back. The parking was easy and cheap. There's a del mar parking lot right around the corner across the street from the gas station. We'll definitely come back to make our own plushies next time.

Our group had such a great time creating these super cute Moro dolls! We chose the option to create the actual doll and then dress it up and it was so worth it. Favorite part of the session was customizing our doll with clothes, accessories and make up. Everyone made very different dolls. They had a really nice assortment of clothes, bows, jewelry and accessories to put on your doll. Loved that they gave us a nice dust bag to take it home in and a keychain. The girls who work there are really nice and patient and really went out of their way to make sure we created the doll we wanted. we spent 1.5 hours creating our dolls and had a wonderful bonding time.

This was an amazing experience! I came here on a whim, I was able to make a same day reservation for tufting/carpet making and the staff were very experienced and patient as it was my first time. I'm definitely coming back to make more of these

I love all things cute, so I was so excited to discover Lumee. It gets my creative juices flowing, and it's so much fun! I've been there 3 times, and I am already planning my next visit! There are a ton of options to choose from to decorate with colored glues and adorable charms. The moro doll is too cute and the accessories are to die for! The staff are always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are a few lots to choose from and street parking (if you're lucky).

This is such a cute concept. I went with my kid and we finished the jewelry box in less than an hour which was $48 +tax ... the attendant said as many charms and glue piping colors as we wanted. The store instructions said max 5 glue colors and some charm limit but we didn't go over so I think we were ok. We used three glue colors and a lot of charms. The attendants were very nice and they do a quick demo and explanation once you pick out your charms. The instructions said to book 2 hours for the box but it didn't take us long (again I helped the kid). The store is small but we went on a weekday so it was not overly cramped but I can see on weekends how it could be crazy. Parking can be bad as there isn't a lot or structure. You can park at the Del Mar metro parking. It's a decent value for the experience. However if you don't like crafts it won't be worth its. Also I'm not a super crafter but it still came out decently.

This place is very cute! The charms and glue are all you can pick and use, with the caveat of putting what you don't use back, which is fine! It does smell heavily of chemicals, so I recommend wearing a mask so you're not inhaling the chemicals.

Took my daughter here for a crafting session to make a Moro doll as a Christmas present, and we had such a fun time! They have a wide variety of accessories and super cute outfits to dress our dolls. My daughter now wants to come back for her birthday.

A black beaded brooch featuring a face with white beaded eyes and a textured surface is held between fingers. The background shows a display case with multiple small decorative items, including bunny-shaped figures and other small objects, arranged in compartments. The image emphasizes the brooch's detailed beadwork and face design.

Great experience, friendly staff. Street parking is available for 2 hours and there are a good variety of items to choose from. My friend chose to make the hair brush for $28 and we had just a good time hanging out and crafting. Charms and paint are unlimited! They had a fun selection of charms and colored paint/glue. Recommended to do with your girlfriends and/or kiddos.

An Absolutely Charming and Creative Escape at Lumee! I stumbled upon Lumee on Instagram, and it instantly struck me as the perfect creative outing to share with my daughter. My first impression, even before visiting, was how adorable it looked! We made an online reservation for a 2-hour slot, which was simple to do. For parking, we found the suggestion on their website very helpful. While Del Mar traffic was bustling, we easily parked directly across the street at 200 E Del Mar Blvd (labeled as Houston's Additional Parking). It was a convenient $5 for 5 hours (as their cheapest option), and payment was easy via a QR code on the wall, plus the parking attendant was very helpful. The moment we walked into Lumee, we were enchanted! The shop is truly kawaii, with beautiful natural light streaming through the big windows, delightful pastel-colored charms neatly organized, and adorable squishy characters adorning the shelves. We were warmly greeted by the ladies, who exuded such a playful energy in their charming aprons, hair clips, and phone charms. Our 12 PM reservation led to us being seated right away. We decided to make a phone case and a standing mirror. The staff were fantastic, patiently showing us different icing techniques to achieve various textures. Having unlimited charms and piping colors was a dream come true, even if a little overwhelming with all the choices! It was an incredibly fun and shared experience. We enjoyed ourselves so much that during checkout, we spontaneously decided to book a second reservation for 3 PM that same day to make even more creations! The shop was much more crowded in the afternoon, but the atmosphere remained vibrant. We made another phone case and a wallet, and with some time to spare, even crafted some gifts for our friends. It definitely takes a bit of practice to perfect the icing droplets, flower designs, and squiggles, but the entire process was wonderfully therapeutic and relaxing. It felt so good to just be creative and play! Thank you to Ivy, Cassie and Caroline for a special experience! We will definitely be back!

Honestly, I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to needing repairs--because it means I get to come back and see Christina. She makes every visit feel personal and fun, and you always leave in a better mood than when you walked in. Such a wonderful shop with a truly special owner. Highly recommend checking it out.
