Went here on our last day for breakfast since we were staying just around the corner and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience here! We came right at opening at ~7am so we were able to be seated where you had a great view of Waikiki Beach. We were expecting it to be pricey because we understand you are paying for the view, but honestly it's pretty worth it if you're sitting at the seats facing the view! My husband got the Lulu's Moco and I got the Breakfast Sampler with Portuguese sausage and Kailua pork, both were delicious and we finished it all! Also got the smoothie of the day which was strawberry pineapple, but I just don't think it was worth $14... the ice coffee was also $7 and don't think it was worth that much but again, we understand it's the price to pay for the nice view. Overall, service was great, there's many seats, and I think it's a unique Hawaiian brunch spot. They serve breakfast and lunch right at opening so that opens up the options. We had dinner at Lulu's in Waikiki and wanted to give a special shoutout to Josh, our waiter. He was incredibly attentive throughout the meal and really went above and beyond. at sunset, he even pulled up the shades for us so we could enjoy the view and take some great photos. That small gesture made a big difference and really elevated the experience. The food itself was just okay. The loco moco was unfortunately very salty almost like it may have been seasoned twice by mistake which made it inedible What really stood out, though, was the service. The second one was a hurricane with water down the bartender. We ordered the Sunset Lemonade, Guavalicious, and chips and salsa for lunch. Everything was tasty and served reasonably quickly, which we appreciated. The drinks were refreshing and perfect for the Waikiki vibe. The only downside was when we asked for extra salsa, it was charged at nearly the same price as a full order of chips and salsa, which was a bit of a bummer. One of the best places to eat if you visit Honolulu/waikiki. The salmon dish is absolutely phenomenal. The serving size is also perfect. The wait staff were so nice and accommodating. There was a long wait time but they allowed us to be seated for drinks while we wait until we can order. The views are spectacular. You're right across from the beach. There's no ac (typical in Hawaii) so bring your fan and comfy clothes. The drinks are fantastic also. We ordered Mai Tai's and Blue Hurricanes. Lulu's for breakfast with a view. It's on the second floor with ocean views. It's open space, so we were seated under a birds nest that formed on one of those exposed piping on the ceiling. It was pretty gross bc I sat directly under it and when a bird flew on it, I was scared I would get shitted on. A few branches would fall several times too on the table. So gross and unsanitary. Just the one table directly under it. The food is good though. We got the Bloody Mary, kalua burrito, kalua Benedict and some mochi pancakes. The burrito was quite tasty and plenty of pork and fresh jalapeños gave it a good spice kick. The salsa that came with it was good, not spicy but a good addition. The mochi pancakes were super good and chewy. The best pancakes we had in Waikiki. We enjoyed breakfast beside the birds nest. I get weirded by birds nest because there's a lot of chiggers that live in the nest, and chigger bites are no joke! read more

Tourist First time in Oahu - overall the food was ok. We came here after Diamond Head and we were starving. We came on a Monday morning and got window seating right away. I was excited to get the guava French toast I saw on Yelp, but it was discontinued. I decided to get the their signature stuffed French toast. Unfortunately, it was bland. The toast was thick and the filling was not flavorful enough. It was too hard to try to finish - maybe if there was more fruit to add some brightness to it. Park at the zoo, cross the street and watch the ocean and blue skies and tourists all while you enjoy some food and drinks! Service is good, however on a busy day like Sunday, possibly you should staff more servers so it's not so hectic in there. Other than that, our server was kind and helpful. We had two of us with alcoholic drinks. I tasted one and definitely the alcohol is present in it! This is a plus for the price of a drink is now about equal to the price of an entree. However, on specialty occasions, who is counting? We shared a burger and fries and an order of the mochi pancakes. That I have to say was a ton of food. We took some pancakes home for we were so full with half a burger and fries!! The burger was juicy and the fixings were great. The fries were crispy and tasty so no complaints over here. The pancakes were huge and we asked for more sauce for the first round was enough for one and a half pancakes! The atmosphere on a Sunday during football season, one can imagine=loud. It's fun. Waiting 30 minute after placing an order is a bit excessive. But let's get to the loco moco. It is the one to get on the strip for sure. The gravy is incredible. The burrito was a let down. It really needs tomatoes inside of it because the salsa outside doesn't offer enough acid or brightness. I regret not ordering the French toast instead of the burrito because it looked incredible. Pretty shocked that a lot of the reviews were less than five star. The service here is amazing, the manager, Patrick, took time to genuinely chat with us and gave us a preferred table with an incredible view.
