Boutique Feel, Friendly Vibe, and Plenty to Buy Lululemon in Lower Pacific Heights is always a fun stop, even though it's not the large flagship-style store I'm used to at Ala Moana in Hawaiʻi. This one has more of a boutique feel--smaller, but still bright, organized, and with just enough variety to find what we needed. On this visit, there was a police officer posted at the entrance, which made us feel safe. It's good to see businesses doing something to curb theft--because let's be real, when stores take losses, we all pay for it in the end. We had a great time shopping here and even made it an adventure--we took a driverless car to get there, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Service inside was friendly, and though the store is smaller, it had a solid selection. We ended up spending over $500 on clothes and left happy. The area around the store also adds to the charm, with cute boutique shops nearby to wander through after. All in all, this may not be the massive store I'm used to back home, but it's got personality, a good selection, and a safe, pleasant shopping environment. Disappointed in the Quality and Customer Service I bought the Everywhere Backpack (Black) from Lululemon in April 2024 and within two months the top strap started fraying. By August, it was already partially detached. I only carried a MacBook Air and a few daily items to and from my office--nothing heavy or rough. I continued using the bag carefully, hoping it wouldn't get worse. I stopped using a bag a bit because I was not working. Then in April 2025, the strap completely tore off, making the bag unusable. I contacted Lululemon with photos clearly showing the issue started just two months after purchase. Their response? They claimed it was "wear and tear" and that I was outside the return window--despite photo evidence with dates and a clear timeline showing the damage began well within the one-year Quality Promise. It feels like they're using the policy as a shield rather than standing by it in good faith. The evidence was solid, and they just didn't want to take responsibility. For a company that positions itself as a premium brand, this was incredibly disappointing. The backpack cost nearly $80 and didn't even last a few months under light use. I expected better quality--and definitely better customer support. Buyers beware: not everything Lululemon makes is built to last, and they may not stand behind their products even when they clearly fail early. This isn't about a bad in-store experience--this is about product quality and brand accountability, which I feel is what Lululemon is supposed to stand for. John and Joelle were both extremely helpful at this location. They balanced giving the right amount of help while also not overwhelming me as a curious customer who wanted to browse. They noticed I started gathering some items to try on and started a dressing room for me. While I don't think the employees earn a commission on sales, John was still patiently assisting me by constantly grabbing new sizes and garments when some didn't work that I tried on. Joelle was also helpful in providing information about seasonal trends in the colors they offer and also ordering a size from another store for pick-up. I don't often leave reviews, but their amazing customer service skills really warmed me that day and left me with a feeling of great satisfaction. read more

My previous experiences with this store have all been positive. But for the first time, Danny's service made me feel uncomfortable shopping here. Following a considerable wait for the fitting room, I was planning to accompany my daughter to assist her. However, Danny told me that only one individual is permitted inside at a time. I felt very awkward with how my daughter had to come out of the fitting room and show me what she tries on in front of other people each time. But Danny insisted no. At first I just found this confusing as I never faced any objections with this store previously. But what ultimately destroyed my patience was when Danny used a very impolite and rude tone to say "that's the rule!" At that point, I had absolutely no desire to keep shopping here any longer. I felt really bad for the other excellent employees who had genuinely helped me, beacuse I left without buying anything. Danny definitely needs more training and needs to learn how to communicate with customers in the right way. read more

I genuinely had the BEST lululemon experience at this location! Every single staff member I talked to was so kind and helpful from the time I walked in to check out- I wish I got everyone's names. John at the fitting rooms was so knowledgeable about everything I pulled and paid attention when I asked my bf to find me some shorts lol John wouldn't let the him get lost because he just knew the pickings were plenty. Instead, john took the time to grab me everything I wanted with options! The lady at the back table was also SO sweet- we let her know that we were running the marathon the next day and forgot to grab pins for our bibs. No hesitation, she goes to the back and gifts us extra pins just in case! Thank you lululemon at Fillmore- you guys set the bar high! read more

Most of the staff at this location are extremely helpful and patient. I personally like to stack all the things I need to get done at Lululemon into one visit (e.g., hemming, returns, exchanges, etc) because I don't live close. Whenever I come, I'm always met with a smile and they get things done quickly. However, this review is mainly for their hemming service and honestly a one-off interaction I had with one of the staff. The hemming quality here is by far the WORST I've experienced and I get hemming done frequently because the 23's are too short and the 25's are a TAD too long. I've been a long-time buyer of LLL and know that they do their best to prioritize quality. For some reason, the Wunder Train's I received in the mail began to quickly unravel at the crotch area after one run and wash (and no I do not chafe there). So I took it in, along with some other items to get hemmed/fixed. Once I received the leggings and brought it home, I noticed a loose stitch from the "fix" and one soft tug caused it to unravel AGAIN. I brought it in once more and the Educator I worked with didn't even listen to my full story... and stated she couldn't do anything for me despite it being their tailor's error (honestly not even sure if she heard that part). The Educator only gave me the option to exchange it with another pair of leggings in store and I would have to pay the difference. Similarly, I got another pair of leggings hemmed here and there were loose threads. Thankfully they did not unravel when I gave it a slight tug. Honestly, it did not leave a great taste in my mouth because 1) these were brand new leggings and 2) THEIR tailor had made the mistake. As a long-time customer I am pretty disappointed and wished they offered me more options to make it right. I'm writing this review for folks to BEWARE of their tailor. read more

Wonderful location and staff! I've enjoyed popping in on a weekend or weekday lunch break--everyone there's been warm and welcoming, the space is bright and clean, it's consistently been a great experience. Also, finally leaving a review because the team working there today really went above and beyond--when I was getting out of my car this afternoon to get new workout gear, a random unwell stranger on the street started yelling at me. I felt pretty shaken up, and when I stepped into this location, everyone was so kind, checked in that I was alright, etc. Shoutout to this exceptionally kind crew, especially Taylor. All of the sales associates were super friendly and helpful except for the girl who was working the register today, 8/15 around 1:15pm. I came in and smiled at her and she looked me up and down and couldn't even muster a greeting, but the very next person through that door, she was very welcoming. I've worked in retail both in store and corporate and this is the type of fake AF worker you weed out.
