Walked in to the recently remodeled store. No acknowledgment from front desk person or the 3 people standing there who obviously worked there. I looked around for a few minutes and asked the 3 people if they did in fact work there and they said yes so I asked for what I wanted. I first thought ageism they don't care about me. Then I thought that's misguided on their part because I have money to spend on my kids. Either way they didn't care I was there. read more

I placed three online orders. "Shipping label created" orders never shipped. I never received orders. Lululemon still charged me, but never refunded me. Dealing with their GEC team has been absolutely pointless. I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service AND lack of professionalism. Needless to say my days of shopping at Lululemon are done. Shame on you Lululemon. read more

I shop at LLL all the time (usually online) but I dread having to go into this store for any reason despite living 10 minutes away from it. First of all, it feels like a museum in there. Not a lot of product, people staring at your every move as if you're going to steal a faberge' egg from the Met. Even a security guard who never took his eyes off me once. SO AWKWARD. There is one girl there who is always nice, and kind and friendly. I wish I knew her name, because she's like the only one. Today I went in and I took two steps in the door, and 3 employees standing behind the desk like mean girls in a high school cafeteria, yell "CAN WE HELP YOU?" in a way that felt like "why are YOU in here?" I'm 45 so much older than all of them, but very athletic, and I was even wearing LLL shoes and carrying a LLL bag but apparently I still didn't belong, despite being an athlete and looking younger than i am. Wake up LLL, your target demographic should basically be me, a sporty adult with a grown up job...... not college kids with no money. I think this every time I go in, but the level of awkwardness and unwelcomeness I felt today was next level, i'd rather drive an hour to another location or shop online. read more

Customer service could use some work, cashiers are normally friendly and sometimes find someone willing to assist. Parking is challenging though not impossible. Store small, selection limited. If you have time and want to drive away from this area, give Somerset a try! I will stick to online though, as their products are nice. read more

I stopped in this store the other day and have no real complaints. It was during COVID and during the day on a Monday.... so the store was almost empty, the service was friendly, and the parking ample. I have driven by this store and noticed a line out front... so that would NOT be a day you would find me in this store. I do not wait in line. Especially outside in Michigan in November, January, February.... well, you get the point. The selection is a little on the low side... and obviously that is due to the size of the store. It's great for trying things on and then buying online though - so that works for me! read more

I was going to surprise my two teenage daughters with a few things for school. Walked in, no acknowledgment and several sales associates walked by without a hello or a smile. I was ready to spend some money but that will never happen again. LuluLemon, you really need to work on customer service! read more

I walked in to support my daughter (back up wallet) and I almost bought a mirror. Looking forward to coming back on Sunday to get the mirror. Great job with marketing Matt and Lauren!!! I enjoyed the positive experience. read more

I love this location and their clothes and usually their customer service is great but today I went in with a online order to return it because it turned out being see through anyways to the cashier said that I'm unable to return it I showed her the recipt and she said that I can return it or exchange it because the pull off tag was pulled off but I showed the tag to her and she still said the same thing i ended up leaving with losing $78!!!! read more

Recently I bought a few items with my healthcare worker discount and I just tried to return them here today. I had a pair of men's joggers and a few other women's items. When returning the items this employee tried to tell me I couldn't buy men's clothing with my healthcare worker discount ... I didn't think I needed to explain to her that I like to wear their men's joggers because they fit me better... like do I owe you an explanation? Absolutely not. Since when are women not allowed to wear men's clothing or vice versa? Such a shame. One star for the fact they're even offering a discount, thanks. read more

I was shocked by how rude the customer service here was. It's a shame that this is the only location in Ann Arbor. I will be avoiding this store at all costs in the future. read more

Casey was willing to help with an exchange, staff was helpful answering questions and helping fun what we needed.

Walked in to the Lululemon Ann Arbor location today with my husband for the first time and felt insulted. A sales associate (with brown curly hair) came came up to me and asked if I walked in with the jacket I had on because she thought I was "walking around trying it on". I didn't think anything of it at first until a few minutes after, she walked up to my husband who was in the opposite side of the store and asked him the same thing because the jacket he had on was one of the "newer items". She also asked him if he had walked in with someone (referring to me). My husband answered saying "Yeah, my wife. She's over there". I'm assuming she wanted to confirm if I was telling the truth. So disappointed but more so embarrassed. I don't think anyone should be greeted or talked to like that. I will not be going back to that location again. read more

If I didn't need something fairly urgently for travel, I would've just ordered online and avoided this store. Am shocked when a staff person is nice and/or helpful. Have been there multiple times and almost always leave annoyed by the service. read more

Went into Lululemon Athletica Ann Arbor location today. Customer service was awful as usually. I've been to this location many times but went in today again to give it another try. I thought maybe I just came in on a bad day. Nope. Walked into the door there was a girl that worked there by the front, door. Didn't greet me just literally looked at me and said nothing. Proceeded to walk towards the back of the store, two employees were talking amongst each other. Once again no acknowledgement. So tired of bad service every time I come to this store. read more

Bad customer service and they haven't been able to do pants hemming in over 3 weeks for various reasons.

I used to love this store. I had a pair of black align leggings that I thought were registered in my lululemon account. The employees kept telling me they saw nothing. I knew for sure that I bought these using my account. The pants had had multiple holes in them including holes in the inseam. This proves that something is clearly wrong. The employees told me that they could not do anything since they couldn't find a receipt. In the past, i have always counted on Lululemon for amazing customer service. Now I am not so sure. The only thing that they said to me was to go to a tailor and get them fixed myself. read more

I love shopping at Lululemon and this has been my favorite location in the Southeast Michigan/Northeast Ohio area. The store is centrally located, the staff is friendly, and the store is typically clean and tidy. The only downfall is that the store is small and tends to get crowded pretty easily. This lulu store will always have my business! I look forward to shopping here each time. read more

This store wasn't organize and customer service sucks. Lululemon store in Colorado Springs is amazing. Customer service is great and all employees are so helpful!! Ann Arbor store was a mess and no employees must work there. read more

It's too small and it's loud and too many people and no sales and no parking, oh and it's all those things times two.

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a sale associate, who asked if I needed any help. I responded I was browsing. Instead of taking my answer as honest and letting me look around, the saleswoman asked what I was browsing for. So I said leggings. She then proceeded to pester me with further questions about the length, shape, compression, texture, moisture wicking fabric etc... So I left. Like I said initially I came to browse. Not to be judged about what sort of exercise I do or if I know what sort of moisture wicking fabric I prefer. Not to be hounded with questions and educated on leggings. As has been said in so many other reviews of this store, the sales associates here as downright rude. If you are in need of some workout clothes it is worth the drive to the Athleta at the mall. Do not waste your time being judged here. read more

I just had the pleasure of working with Marie, who was out on the sales floor. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. She was talking with another worker & stopped her conversation to assist me when she saw me waiting. She addressed my concern immediately- and even went out of her way to lend me some extra help. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with this location and will return, simply because of the gratitude that I have for the employees, such as Marie. Thank you Lululemon!! read more

This review is for their free Saturday morning yoga class. I was really excited to try this class out and was even considering buying their apparel if I was going to make their class a routine part of my week. However, it was probably the worst free yoga class I've experienced :(. The store setup is long and narrow, making it hard to hear and see the teacher. They arrived 20 minutes late, the lesson felt rushed, and lasted for only 40-45 minutes. They have a guest instructor from various local yoga studios. Our instructor that week was pretty good, but again it was hard to follow the lesson because half the room could never hear the instructions. I won't be going back. There are plenty of other yoga studios around Ann Arbor that offer free weekly community classes! read more

I LOVE the new Lulu location! I was very pleased to come back from summer break and spot this store in its new location on Washtenaw (conveniently located next to a Madewell, Anthropologie, North Face, Sur la Table, Whole Foods and future Zola Bistro). My bank account, on the other hand, is terrified. I have been in the store a few times and each time I have found new items and different displays. The sales floor always looks amazing - everything is clean, organized, and displayed in creative ways that show how to put items together, or make you consider previously "unwearable" items (like a running romper, leg warmers, or sweatshirt vests). I like that they also seem to get plenty of stock of everything, and I've been able to find all the products that caught my eye on the website. Have to give a shout-out to the staff here as well. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and considerably less fake than Lulu employees at some of the other locations (I've definitely had some grating fitting room conversations in the past). These guys let you do your thing and are there for help or to listen when you need them. I also love that so many of them jump into activities like the weekly run club; it's nice to talk with them on a 'real' level, and see them trying out the gear in an actual usage setting in addition to 'as a work uniform' (though I'm pretty jealous of that). read more

I've been going to the free yoga classes and don't get why people criticize them. They're free! Even a bad yoga class can give you valuable info. For example, there have been two teachers from Move this week. Today a teacher played an awful cover of a pretenders song during savasana. I almost got up and left, it was so bad. Teachers who play any music at all during savasana don't know anything about yoga. Teachers who play awful music are to be avoided. So now I know to never take there! Honestly, this is 5 minutes from my house and most of the classes have been challenging and good. I've taken for years and can get a decent workout with not much guidance. Not for beginners though. You will get no corrections and verbal instructions only. If you come late it will be packed. read more

The manager and team would not refund or exchange a regularly stocked pair of pants that didn't fit and I received the pants as a gift 40 days ago (most places have 60-90 day return policies - I had the receipt) I'm now stuck with a pair of expensive Lululemon pants that don't fit and had a very bad customer experience. I won't shop here again. Awful customer service and return policy for high end merchandise read more

Location has a parking lot. Store is of medium size, hence the 4 stars. Sales staff are super nice. No complaints about this location, but also no wow factor like in some of their other locations on the west coast read more

This rating is solely based on my experience in store not on the actual clothing Lululemon makes. I have shopped at many different stores all across the nation and have had the best experience and help in store. This store is an exception. Today is definitely the last time I shop at this location because the sales women are horrible. They're judgy and snooty from the second you walk in. The first time I came I thought I was maybe being to touchy about the way they acted but when I brought my mom and aunt here we literally left because they were so rude. Whoever manages this store needs to figure out their employees and start hiring kind and helpful people. Super disappointed. read more

Lululemon - Women's Clothing Near Me - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Drove 45 minutes to come to my favorite store and although the door said they were open until 6 and no one was there, always thought this store prided themselves on good service, but this is not that. I understand that there are circumstances that could make a store like this shutdown but I expected better communication to customers. read more

Let me start by saying I have been a lululemon customer for a long time...years before the A2 store opened. Is this store the most helpful, no. Do I care, no. However, when a customer specifically asks for your help, you should happily do so. Went in to pick up some alterations. Was just running in so only brought the yellow slip with me. Was told needed to have my ID. Went back to my car and came back with slip and ID. Asked if I could get my alterations. Once the sales staff were finished with their personal conversations, one of them went back to go get my alterations. I waited up front. Time went by, and then more time went by. I walked around the store a bit and then finally went to see what was going on. There she was, leaning over a table chit chatting about her personal life. I could see my alteration label on a small Lulu bag next to her so asked if I could take it now. She said sure, but didn't hand it to me, but instead continued talking to her coworker. I reached across and grabbed it. Ughh...the customer service here stinks! read more

yes, this lululemon location is beautifully high-ceilinged yes, this lululemon is located in a very california-esque plaza with lifestyle brands like northface, anthropologie, etc. and there's even a giant whole foods market across the street no, this lululemon does not have friendly sales associates and it went a little something like this: me: hi, i was wondering if you guys have any sale items sa: (with an attitude) no, we don't pick out the sale items and separate them into a rack, all the sale items are with the other non-sale items on the rack, look through them and you can see the marked down price me: oh... thanks (but no thanks) uh, are you kidding me?! there's a men sales rack erected smack dab in the middle of the men's section and you guys couldn't pick out the women sales item? what kind of double standard is this? needless to say, i wasn't in the mood to shuffle through ALL the items in the women's section to check for sales item. i have better things to do. worst lululemon store in history. no joke. i'm thoroughly disappointed. read more

This was the absolute worst lululemon I have ever been to. I went here about a week ago and instead of opening at 11 am like the app says they made us wait outside for 15 minutes and there was no apology given. I'm at the same location and they have a sign on the door saying they won't be open until 12:30 pm when the app says they were supposed to open at 11 am. It is now 1:30 pm and still no employees!!!!!! I am pissed. This is the only store close to me and I drove 45 minutes to get here at eleven to stand outside for an hour!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I would give them -100/10 if i could. Worst service ever. read more

Salespeople here -- beyond worthless. Attitude: "can't be bothered to actually help customers because I'm too busy blissing out on myself." I like hands-off sales associates, but these people take the cake for unfriendly. That's fine, I'm sure my credit card will be welcomed elsewhere. Namaste. read more

I've been here a few times now only because I like their tanks. They have a better color selection than my go to yoga clothing (Lucy), and the length of the tops is longer. That being said-I really am not a fan of this store. Their return policy is ridiclious-only 2 weeks at best. If you buy something marked down, even a mere $10-it is Final Sale. Making it more difficult are the dressing rooms with the awful florescent lighting. It makes one look at their worst in the clothing, and if I can't return something-I'm definitely not taking it home to try it on. Plus, what if I want to buy something for somebody else?! It can't be returned-so I'm not doing it. You'd sell more if you just treated people fairly. Maybe take a hint from all of the positive advice on your bags-Friends are more important than Money-yeah-not words this store lives by. It should say. "Profits are more important than happy customers', or "the customer is never right." Something funny, I went here just after a yoga class at my gym, still in my yoga clothes. I was looking at their yoga capris, and the salesperson asked how I intended to use the pants. I guess so many people shop here that don't do yoga-it's not even obvious. And, the sales people are so phony-Likely management is making them act that way, but really? Like you have to write my name on the door and act like you're my best friend?! You're not fooling anybody Lululemon..... read more

As expected they staff here is rude, judgmental, unwilling to answer questions, and not helpful at all. I was treated very poorly in this store and will not be returning. I tried on some Groove Yoga Pants, with slight hesitation due to the sheer fabric debacle a few months ago. Of course the quality of the product does not even come close to comparing with items made several years ago, but I was trying anyway. The pants still seemed a little sheer. I run, instruct, and weight lift so I need my pants to be able to do anything. I tried on two sizes, the size 6 was was too big, the size 4 was sheer. Upon exiting the fitting room, I told a staff member, I still wasn't please with the quality. She looked me up and down, and said "Well, maybe you should try and 8 because pants can only stretch so far before they become sheer." Unbelievable. I quietly replied, "Well that's funny, because I could a whole other person in the waistband of a 6 so I am not sure why I would try an 8?" She had nothing to say except a huff and walked away. If you would like to be talked down to, not receive any personal service, and pay a ridiculous amount of money for sheer pants then definitely shop this store. read more

I've been to this Lululemon several times since moving to the Ann Arbor area. Previously I went to the Troy (Somerset) location and didn't think their sales associates could be any more rude... boy was I wrong. I'm totally against the sales style of hounding a store patron. Acknowledge me when I arrive and ask me ONCE if I need help or have questions. Stop breathing down my neck in the tiny leggings section. It cracks me up that they have to "educate" people on LEGGINGS. They are leggings. Absolutely zero education necessary. And it's all BS "educating" to sound fancy (and seem worth the high price tag). "The compression here..." "The stitching here..." "The reflectors here..." It's all garbage. Yoga enthusiasts already know what they want/need. Everyone else that shops there just want the logo. Lululemon needs to get over themselves and hire people who simply friendly and attentive. read more

I was just in the Ann Arbor lululemon and I absolutely hated my experience. A worker with black long hair talked to me as if I was stupid.
