The Hosts attitude was not too inviting. The server was pleasant. With it being a Wednesday evening my food came pretty fast. The restaurant decor was BEAUTIFUL! Food was amazing. I ordered chicken & broccoli. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very good decoration! Because of Lunar Year! . We go in Baltimore too. We like the food in Luk Fu! There is no suprise! Always good taste and rich portions. I took Beejing Bellini, but there is no Bellini in it...They were right it doesn't write on the description. But when I see Bellini I thought there is oranges color thing. I like this one and took 2 anyway. But the color and taste wasn't what I expect. It's just lychee in Prosecco!

Stopped by for a drink while we were at the casino and ended up staying longer than planned! Great cocktail selection, and the food was solid too. We ordered the dry pepper chicken to go with our drinks, loved the bold mala flavor, though we wished the chicken was a bit crispier. The bartender was amazing and super attentive. Really nice ambiance overall. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

Inside the casino open late kitchen.. no sushi after midnight.. food is good we got Indonesian fried rice and satey.. adamami and wings.. was too much food the dishes served in a good side. Kusni took care of us very well.

I pour Black bean sauce all over my bowl of rice

My Husband and I love our Asian food. We grew up eating clams with black bean sauce and short ribs remind us of home in Hawaii. I would put the black bean sauce all over my rice bowl eat it with chopstick. While my husband and I were eating, I've notice the male staff were looking at us because I've noticed other customers only eat what they know. They look so happy and impressed that there's actually people know what's good! We were so stuffed and satisfied! The atmosphere felt like we never left home. Thank you!! We are definitely coming back our trip ends!

As of writing this, if you're staying at LIVE! Casino you can order from any of the restaurants through GrubHub. Post baseball game, we were only kind of hungry but the only thing open was Luk Fu. To their credit, the food arrived faster than we were initially told. Other than that, the food was absolutely terrible. Now, maybe it's different if you're a) dining *IN* Luk Fu or b) it isn't twenty minutes before the restaurant closes and c) don't have any dietary restrictions. Their menu is not labeled at all with what's vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, so we took some guesses and ordered: - 1 order of Vegetable Spring Roll (carrots, cabbage, celery): an order of three is weird, but that's what we got. They were so fried on the outside that they were both flavorless and very difficult to bite into; the inside was pure goo. I've never had a Spring Roll with an interior that texture. - 1 order of Seaweed Salad: Hands-down the worst seaweed salad I've ever (not) eaten. It was strands of slime and it tasted the way old fish smells. - 2 orders of the Vegetarian Roll (cucumber, avocado, pickled radish): it's very difficult to mess up a veggie roll, so these were - y'know - fine. Lots and lots of rice, one of our twelve pieces didn't have avocado, some of the avocado in other pieces was a bit brown. ^ after tax and tip, this came to almost $70 (and it pains me to admit this) They were abundantly generous with the napkins and the packets of sauce (which we didn't ask for and didn't know we were getting); we got probably a dozen or so both soy sauces and a dozen or so hot mustards. The point? If you're staying at LIVE! Casino for a nearby game... eat at the game.

Terrible. This was by far some of the worst casino food I've had in a very long time..

Terrible service. My food was not only cold but uneatable. General tos chicken was dry and hard. Some of the worst food as well as service that I've had in a very long time. This was not the first time I have had bad service here. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but never again.I will be sure to not eat there but not send anyone that I care or love for to eat there. BAND LUKFU!!! The food is horrible and the customer service is even worst. 0/10

This may be redundant. However, once again we visited for dinner again. The shrimp fried rice was prepared expertly. Perfectly cooked rice, nice size shrimp. Seasoned excellently. The beef lo mein took a little longer. It was well worth the extra few minutes. Portions were generous. Flavors were outstanding. The dining area was decorated authentic and felt like we were eating in a foreign land. The waiter took his time. Took very good care of the 2 of us. Needless to say. We will go back. If play at Live Casino. Comps are available. Based on your play. Discounts are given based on your players card. Large dining area. We did not try the sushi. I'm sure we will in the future. Fantastic selection of alcoholic drink or non alcoholic - if you prefer. We have tried most of the menu items. No complaints whatsoever! It's a must try.

Service was excellent, even help me choose a dish that I haven't tried before, and I was not disappointed! The waitress was courteous and polite and she stop by every like 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure I was OK or needed anything which any other time would be hard to find someone! Can't wait to go back !:)

Overpriced garbage. Very small portions for the money. Drinks were decent but, again, way overpriced. Typical casino price gouging.

This place is a straight-up dim sum and dumpling situation, and it delivers hard. We ordered way too much food, which I maintain was the correct decision. The spread: house special roast pork bun (pillowy, porky, perfect), pan-fried dumplings (crispy bottoms, juicy inside -- the way it should be), soup dumplings (golden, delicate, dangerous if you're impatient), scallion pancakes (flaky, savory, we did not share these equally), spring rolls (classic, crispy, no notes), and honestly some other stuff I've already forgotten because by that point we were deep in a dim sum fugue state. We finished almost all of it. Almost. We tried. And the price? An absolute steal. The kind of meal where you check the bill twice because you're sure something's missing. If you're in Philly and you want dumplings done right in a no-fuss spot that punches way above its weight, Nom Wah is the answer.

I haven't had proper dim sum since I was about 10 years old at the Imperial Inn (RIP) so I was really excited, and Ocean Harbor did not disappoint. We came at about 11 AM on a Sunday and were seated immediately even with a large party. The food started immediately, and it would probably be easier to say what we didn't eat than what we did! Some highlights for me (and I apologize for not knowing the proper Chinese names): -A steamed pork and shrimp dumpling sealed horizontally on the top. Definitely different than siu mai, and soooo deliciously tender and juicy. Really good portion size too. -Chow fun. It had that amazing wok-fried taste, and was perfectly chewy. -Egg tarts, just barely set, collapsing into your mouth when you bite them. -Others have mentioned it, but the fried shrimp green rice roll. I'm really not a huge fan of shellfish, but this was so flavorful. -I'm always going to love the chance to have some sesame balls, and these were no exception. Audibly crispy on the outside with red bean paste and wonderfully soft glutinous rice flour on the inside. -Honorable mention to the coconut jelly, which I was too full to eat but my friends crowned with the ultimate compliment of "not too sweet." Ultimately, Ocean Harbor blew past my expectations especially after reading these reviews. You aren't going for the service; there aren't waiters here. Nevertheless, I definitely wouldn't describe anyone as rude, and the pricing was very reasonable, coming out to about $20 per person for a table of seven (not including tip). I can't wait to go back.

Food is ok, has certainly decreased in quality after COVID and is more expensive. There are other dim sum places within a few blocks that are much better quality. As others have said, the situation with their staff demanding 15-20% tip has made it so I will not come here again. A tip is not legally required. It is only legally required to cover the cost of your food as stated on the bill. I think the BBB needs to be contacted to investigate their practices surrounding tips and almost harassing customers into paying more than they wish. In addition, they have loud trucks every day disrupting the quiet street behind. Many elderly live there and are woken up by the loud beeping from the truck alarms, as well as trash truck coming VERY early and waking up residents. No consideration for those who live right there. I will be contacting the city about this issue as there was a similar problem in Fishtown and now that restaurant is no longer allowed to have trucks outside of reasonable hours disturbing residents. The trucks are also TOO large to safely turn into their loading station and people park their SUVs making the space even smaller. They constantly case a problem with traffic blockages because of the trucks unable to turn into the loading dock.

This place immediately came to mind after I read the reviews, and I ordered takeout tonight. I am very pleased to say that this was an amazing experience! I opted to do fairly simple dim sum, mainly because a restaurant that has "dim sum" in its name should shine in this category. I was able to place my order online, and had the scallion pancake, the pork, soup, dumplings, the chicken and shiitake dumplings, and the shrimp shu mai. The order was prepared, extremely fast, but very attentively. The packaging was thoughtful and protective, without being wasteful. They included a small container of delicious black vinegar/soy for dipping, and some chopsticks. All of the dishes were fantastic! My favorite was probably the shrimp dumplings, and I was happy that it was two for one night. Everything tasted very fresh and well-made. The seasoning was spot on, without being overly salty. My only regret was that after going to pick these up, I noted that the inside of the establishment appeared to be quite quaint and comfortable, and would definitely recommend that people check this place out for dine in options. The staff were very friendly, and made the pick up experience a positive one. So, if you're in the area and really want to have some dim sum, I would definitely recommend this place. As other commenters have noted, it was rather salty too. That said, the flavor was excellent. Har gao were some of the best I've had in a while, bean curd was also a highlight.
