To be honest, I thought it would be the cost of a whole new dress, but she was more than fair and she is such a kind and honest business woman. My friend just got married and was charged for every little pin and change that was made, but Chi told me not to worry. Instead of just leaving it at that, they offered to order the dress in my size and preferred color with just a $100 deposit. That way I could actually see the dress in person before making a decision. I was so impressed by how accommodating they were! About a week later, they texted me to let me know the dress had arrived and helped me set up another appointment to try it on. My stylist, Stephanie, was absolutely AMAZING. We started off by browsing the store and picking a few dresses, and Huong also recommended a few as well based on my vision. My mom and sister had fun being able to go through the selection and suggest some dresses. I came in knowing I wanted to try on a specific dress and Huong made sure to find it for me! Throughout the whole process I felt so comfortable and supported by Huong. I just want to thank her for being so patient and kind to me. She helped me get in to each dress and never made me feel like I was a bother even though we tried on so many dresses! And she even saved the dress I came in to try on for last, just so that I could be sure that there wasn't something unexpected that I ended up liking. When I finally did try on the one, I felt so relieved that I finally found my dress! Also side note, this was actually a rescheduled appointment because I had a family emergency happen the day before my first appointment, but they were so kind, understanding, and even remembered it the day of my rescheduled appointment weeks later. The seamstress who worked on my dress was super sweet and experienced - the hem was perfect, the bodice fit so well I never worried about having to adjust my dress despite it being off-the-shoulder, and the American bustle held up super well (even me jumping around the dance floor couldn't do any damage).
