Unlike a few other boutiques I had gone to, they actually had the dresses I chose available at their store so it seems like they actually do a good job of keeping their inventory updated. They also had a wide range of styles at different price points. From the jump, we were welcome to receive waters and other drinks from their fridge. They personalized the area we would be using with a cute sign. Hailey checked in with me and then I tried on the dresses. They were GORGEOUS and high quality. Hailey was a master with the clips so I could get a good idea of how the dresses would look on me. She also picked the perfect veil to go with the dress. It literally made several of us cry. I went to 7 different bridal shops before choosing my dress and Hailey stood out to me most for being genuinely thoughtful and helpful. She was patient in answering my questions. We all sat down and she asked what I want to look and feel like in my dress, if I have an idea of what I want (shape, fabric, color, etc), if I've tried any dresses on already, and my price range. We got to browse and point out any dresses for Erin to pull while she went all around pulling any dress she thought I might like. Erin clipped me in so well that I didn't have to tug and adjust the dress while seeing how I liked it. For each dress I got to walk out to the pedestal and check myself out in the mirror and lighting. For each dress, she asked how I felt in it, what I liked, what I didn't like, what I would change... and this all helped her narrow down which dresses to try on or others to grab to add to the list. I got to try different veils (which I didn't know I wanted and it totally completed the look, so now I'm getting a veil) and even go to different lighting to see what natural lighting would look like on the sparkles too. When I found the dress, I got to participate in the Mon Amie tradition of making a wish for myself, my fiancé, and my marriage, then ring the bell and celebrate! Measurements were taken and a detailed contract was written up with pricing and a quote for alterations. Parking was easy & there is a bathroom in the back! Unfortunately, my presentation appointment this past weekend was very different. I invited my maid of honor and future mother-in-law since it was just my mom and I during my initial dress shopping appointment. I expected a similar, celebratory moment, but it felt more like a quick errand. We were placed in a small back room, the appointment felt rushed, and there was little of the hospitality I experienced before. The biggest issue was trying on my dress. It didn't fit, which was stressful and disappointing, but obviously no one's fault. That said, I wish the staff had taken a more discreet and thoughtful approach, like adjusting or clipping the dress before bringing my guests in. Instead, my guests were brought in while the dress was visibly unfastened, and the conversation focused on fit issues. I was also asked about my weight in front of everyone, which felt uncomfortable and could have been handled more privately. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially compared to such a strong first impression. I still love my dress and hope this was just a one-off, and that the alterations process will be more positive. I'd just recommend managing expectations and not treating the presentation appointment as a special occasion for guests.

I called on a Thursday morning because I wanted to try on a specific dress that was listed on their website, and they were able to fit me in for an appointment that SAME day! When I arrived, I tried the dress on, but unfortunately they didn't have it in the color I wanted. Instead of just leaving it at that, they offered to order the dress in my size and preferred color with just a $100 deposit. That way I could actually see the dress in person before making a decision. I was so impressed by how accommodating they were! About a week later, they texted me to let me know the dress had arrived and helped me set up another appointment to try it on. My stylist, Stephanie, was absolutely AMAZING. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She helped me try different veils with each dress, showed me the various sleeve options, and made the whole experience feel so fun and stress-free. We started off by browsing the store and picking a few dresses, and Huong also recommended a few as well based on my vision. Every time she asked for a change, they refused, saying it would change the designer's intention regardless of how it fits on the bride, and they kept threatening her with rush fees for any further modifications. A dress should be altered to fit the bride, not to preserve the designer's work. 1 month before our wedding they had screwed up her dress, so we had to find another bridal shop last minute and pay extra fees to make sure it would be ready in time. They refused to refund her money and told her to take the unaltered dress or they would toss it, which I found very rude. My fiancé was left in tears and under enormous stress dealing with this shop. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying their dress here.

I was actually referred to Chia by another seamstress who was not taking new clients at the time I…read morecalled her. Chia turned out to be wonderful and very skilled at her profession. Being a designer and dressmaker herself allows her to understand the intricate construction of wedding gowns. On my first meeting with Chia, I told her what changes I wanted to make to my dress and she also made her own suggestions, which I followed. After our consultation, she calculated everything and allowed me to make the decision of whether or not I wanted to proceed. I didn't feel pressured at all and found her prices to be pretty reasonable. I made an appointment with Chia to return in about one month for my first fitting. When I came back I expected my dress to be almost completed (Chia mentioned she usually does 2 or 3 fittings and then the final fitting) but I found out that Chia likes to work in stages on your dress. This allows her to make adjustments to your taste as she continues working without having to redo something or make corrections. The one change I made towards the end of the process was to make the neckline of my dress more sweetheart. I brought in photos as an example and she was able to make the alteration perfectly. These are the alterations Chia made for me: tightening the bust, adding bust cups, sweetheart neckline, shortening the length, tightening the dress under my booty (I had a fit and flare style) and adding a bustle. The resulting dress fit like a glove and I did not have to worry about adjusting my dress the whole day. Looking back, the only thing I would have changed was the thickness of the bust cups she added. I kept insisting to Chia I wanted to "enhance" my chest so she added the extra thick bust cups but I think it caused the bust to gap away from my chest a bit. It wasn't noticeable looking at me from the front but it was from the side (and consequently in some of our photos). However, I wouldn't fault Chia for this because I was persistent and she was trying to make me happy. I would highly recommend Chia because she is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. Overall, I think I had 4 or 5 fittings total before I was able to bring my dress home (about 2 weeks before our wedding date). She is also quite accommodating to your schedule and was always able to see me in the evenings after work, around 6:00pm or 6:30pm. Tip: Each fitting lasts about 30-45 minutes and make sure to always bring the undergarments and shoes you'll wear on your wedding day.

Linda was sucha sweetheart!) and came here after that appointment to try on more dresses. As we excitedly go up to the store, Chia greets us and I tell her when my wedding date is (Beginning of next October) and Chia says that it's too early to be looking for dresses and suggests us to look elsewhere like David's Bridal and such and try on dresses there, then come back when I know what I'm looking for. Chia then hands us her business card and we had to ask if we can still look at all the dresses and try them on, but after her rude dismissal, we just left since we felt unwanted there. The reviews here of her were splendid on Yelp; however, our experience was such a big disappointment and we decided to go to other bridal places. Definitely suggest going elsewhere :(

I highly highly recommend Kaya Bridal for any dress alterations! I went to another seamstress first and she told me my dress was not alterable. This was not acceptable to me because I bought my dress from a designer overseas who I met in New York for a custom fitting. I think the designer messed-up the torso measurements and I was unable to close the back. As a custom made dress, I could not return it or go back to the designer for alterations. I was so worried after the first seamstress told me the dress could not be fixed! Thank you Kaya Bridal for saving my dress and helping me have the PERFECT wedding day! I came in to get a dress altered for a friend's engagement party and the experience was 10/10. The consultation was free, and the seamstress listened to what I wanted while offering her own expert ideas. We hemmed the length and brought in the sides of the skirt to give it a more fitted, flattering look around my legs. She even suggested cleaning up the back corset area to make it look neater. In short, Dorie and her team are miracle workers! After the initial consultation in May, I had my first/final fitting and was able to take the dress home in September. Some other things to note - her studio is within her living space so street parking on the weekend can be tough. She does suggest to park in the public parking lot across the street. She accepts cash or check before she starts any proper work, understandably so.

Before my final scheduled fitting, I received a call asking me to approve additional alterations to the top of my dress for an extra charge. At that point, I declined because I didn't feel there had been much noticeable difference from the initial alterations, and I wasn't completely sure what was being done to my dress. Unfortunately, my experience during the final fitting was very disappointing. There was little to no customer service, and the length of my dress was never checked. I also had to ask how the bustle worked, which I feel should have been explained to me during the fitting.

I yelped seamstresses/ dress alterations and found Taty. I read through all of her reviews and they were all great, so I reached out to her and was able to schedule an appointment with her right away. She was able to measure what needed to be altered and also made helpful suggestions regarding what alterations she could do to make the dress fit better. The two dresses I ordered were made of specialty fabric but she was able to work her magic and the dresses fit like a glove! Her work is truly seamless and the dresses looked brand new and perfectly made for me, as if no alterations had been made. Before, when I tried on the dresses in the larger size, it felt like a lost cause. Taty is so warm and welcoming when you meet with her and her communication is great! She was also very flexible with my schedule and was able to accommodate me and have the dresses ready by the time I needed them. She did such an amazing job that I also reached out to her to hem men's jeans/ pants as well in the same week! Taty is truly amazing! I would highly recommend going to Taty for any alterations you need.

I rescheduled for two weeks later and even texted her two days prior to confirm the appointment, as I was worried about being canceled on again. She confirmed. I woke up the day of my appointment (2 hours before) to a text saying she has a migraine and needs to cancel. I am taking my business elsewhere at this point, as I don't have time for her to flake again and I don't trust she will stick to a promised timeline with my dress.

I brought my mom and best friend. We all sat down and she asked what I want to look and feel like in my dress, if I have an idea of what I want (shape, fabric, color, etc), if I've tried any dresses on already, and my price range. We got to browse and point out any dresses for Erin to pull while she went all around pulling any dress she thought I might like. Erin clipped me in so well that I didn't have to tug and adjust the dress while seeing how I liked it. For each dress I got to walk out to the pedestal and check myself out in the mirror and lighting. For each dress, she asked how I felt in it, what I liked, what I didn't like, what I would change... and this all helped her narrow down which dresses to try on or others to grab to add to the list. I got to try different veils (which I didn't know I wanted and it totally completed the look, so now I'm getting a veil) and even go to different lighting to see what natural lighting would look like on the sparkles too. When I found the dress, I got to participate in the Mon Amie tradition of making a wish for myself, my fiancé, and my marriage, then ring the bell and celebrate! Measurements were taken and a detailed contract was written up with pricing and a quote for alterations. Parking was easy & there is a bathroom in the back! There was a ginormous selection of dresses of all fits, fabrics, and styles.

She even pulled dresses I wouldn't have chosen myself, one of which became my dress. The hospitality, including sparkling wine and a beautiful try-on space, made it a truly special experience. Unfortunately, my presentation appointment this past weekend was very different. I invited my maid of honor and future mother-in-law since it was just my mom and I during my initial dress shopping appointment. I expected a similar, celebratory moment, but it felt more like a quick errand. We were placed in a small back room, the appointment felt rushed, and there was little of the hospitality I experienced before. The biggest issue was trying on my dress. It didn't fit, which was stressful and disappointing, but obviously no one's fault. That said, I wish the staff had taken a more discreet and thoughtful approach, like adjusting or clipping the dress before bringing my guests in. Instead, my guests were brought in while the dress was visibly unfastened, and the conversation focused on fit issues. I was also asked about my weight in front of everyone, which felt uncomfortable and could have been handled more privately. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially compared to such a strong first impression. I still love my dress and hope this was just a one-off, and that the alterations process will be more positive. I'd just recommend managing expectations and not treating the presentation appointment as a special occasion for guests.

She actually designs her own dresses and talks to the manufacturer directly so your dress is produced quite quickly. I received my dress after 3 months! But she said that she could have the dress made in one month! Also pto tip, if you have a dress in mind, she could help you bring it to life! My whole dress experience went very well. My whole bridal party was able to come see me try on dresses in a very clean and pretty studio. There was adequate lighting and it felt so comfortable like home. Michelle is there to help you along the way with your dress journey Also if you need recommendations for further alterations she has a handful! So helpful!! I was contacted before the appointment by my stylist Hailey asking which dresses stood out to me so that she could make sure I tried them all on during my appointment. Unlike a few other boutiques I had gone to, they actually had the dresses I chose available at their store so it seems like they actually do a good job of keeping their inventory updated. They also had a wide range of styles at different price points. From the jump, we were welcome to receive waters and other drinks from their fridge. They personalized the area we would be using with a cute sign. Hailey checked in with me and then I tried on the dresses. They were GORGEOUS and high quality. Hailey was a master with the clips so I could get a good idea of how the dresses would look on me. She also picked the perfect veil to go with the dress. It literally made several of us cry. I went to 7 different bridal shops before choosing my dress and Hailey stood out to me most for being genuinely thoughtful and helpful. She was patient in answering my questions. She was efficient with the time we had, but I never felt rushed. I would 100% recommend Blush to any and all brides and especially Hailey as a stylist!
