The service is excellent, especially the waitress, who is always very kind and attentive. You can really tell they care about their customers and maintain a high level of service. One thing we really appreciate is how they handle any issues. For example, one time I ordered a beef pho and forgot to mention that I prefer the meat more well-done. They had no problem fixing it and brought me a new dish without any hassle. That says a lot about their commitment to good service. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it's definitely a place we always enjoy coming back to.

The woman who owns and runs it was so sweet & really worked hard serving several tables, assisting her husband who prepares all the food fresh and to order. I don't expect these places to use all crab and am aware most use an imitation, but this was down right unbelievable. Was it old? Idk I don't dare eat anymore. The cost was ridiculous. All this came to just around $100 and it all fit in a small bag. Granted, it was ordered on a third party app, but this was not worth the wait or the money. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is due to the moderately quick delivery, but I think this is more on the dash than Chia Sen.
