This is my second visit for take out. For those of you local, it's a great DoorDash option The sushi is very tasty and delicious. I had the general Tso chicken. I love this version of it. The sauce tastes slightly different but it's delicious and smooth. This time we went for take out and was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful front staff. She was extremely helpful and had us read to run with our food so it stayed nice and hot for our 10-15 min ride home. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

The sushi rolls were delicious! The fish tested fresh and as someone who gets Kon regularly because of convenience, Saito will definitely be my "go to" take out sushi. The fried jalapeños were pretty good too but I bet they'd be better fresh out rather than sitting in the container with condensation (which was my own fault because I let it sit too long). After a number of orders from here, I've gotta say, this is definitely one of the best Asian spots that's ever been in the area! My go-to has been the fried dried chicken - honestly so good. Crab Rangoon is on par, same with their fried eggrolls. The only thing I'm not especially fond of is their kimchi - it's by no means bad, but it's just missing something. Haven't dealt with the service inside as I order delivery - but zero issues with any orders! I'm just glad another place took the spot of Jan Me 2 - it's really nice to see how not only I've progressed on my pallet since I was a kid, but also that the town is growing as well! This place has become a saving grace for the USM students. It is the quickest, best, and most inexpensive place to grab last minute dinner in Gorham, located right on the corner (a 2 minute walk from campus.) They have a menu that's grown exponentially since they started up and I've never ordered anything that was poorly made or that I didn't like. They also make sushi in house and all is wrapped to go for easy travel. read more

The food was excellent and service was accurate and on time. I was pleased to see the extensive menu and a nicely remodeled clean dining area and counter. The portions were larger than expected with fresh seafood choices, great sauces and assorted sides typical seen in Portland locations. This is just what Gorham needed. read more

We really like this place, how lucky to be able to get great sushi in that area. We didn't realize it wasn't really a sit down place, though there are takes, which we did enjoy, but everything came out in takeout containers. The food was really good, no complaints at all. I got the Thai Basil Shrimp and they're are SO generous with the shrimp, there were so many in there. We also got the Spicy Beef, and that was really good too. LOTS of peppers and onions. They also both came with a decent size rice. We really couldn't gotten by with just one of those, it was a lot of rice. Everything tasted amazing. I wish they had beer and wine for dining in at the tables, and I hope they get stronger forks because they're really flimsy and you can't really poke vegetables with them. The food was good. I enjoyed the Crispy Dried Chicken. It was something new to me. The white rice is the same sticky rice used in the sushi. That may be okay for some but not everyone. I dumped it in the sauce from my chicken and that made it a heck of a lot better. My wife had the Chicken Pad Thai. It was different compared to other places. It was orange in color and a touch spicy. She didn't like it and I thought it was okay but not my favorite. Ambiance. Well it's a very small place with 6? tables. The small 2 person sized tables. We recently stopped at Saito Kitchen on the way home expecting mediocre food. What we found was SO MUCH MORE! Their avocado cucumber rolls were the best I've ever had, and I ordered seconds and wanted more. It's a wonderful place, family friendly, and a great local business.
