Over that period of time they had tried to convince me to buy other trucks they had even though I repeatedly told them no & showed absolutely no interest whatsoever. Finally came the most recent day I had enough & told them I don't even want to do business with them anymore cuz they clearly don't know what the fuck they're doing by trying to get me to sign random paperwork before l even drive, let alone SEE the vehicle. Are u fucking kidding me? Do NOT come here. I'm leaving the text message ss under this review.

I told him exactly what I was looking for, which was a vehicle under or as close to $10,000 so that I could have payments as low as possible. He showed me a few cars he had in stock and let me test drive them. After deciding to shop around some more (just to see what was out there) I ended up coming back to Roger. Even through out my shopping at other dealerships, Roger kept in touch and asked if I had found anything, if I was still interested in some vehicles and if I saw any that I liked. I told him yes and he told me to come back in so we could run and crunch some numbers to get the price down. So we did. At no point was anyone at 57 Auto Sales ever pushy, non attentive or rude! They really do care about their customers and making sure they get the best deals and best cars. Great job guys and thank you for all your help! Highly recommended!!!

Both vehicles are affordable and they both have a 1 year warranty with them. The staff there is extremely helpful and they bend over backward to get you into a vehicle within your budget. By the way, I have terrible credit and it did not matter at all! You would be wasting time and money if you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Why not go where you win all the way around? Oh, I read some other reviews and the people who talk bad about this place are either smoking something they shouldn't be, or they got this place confused for someplace else, or maybe both!

Within a very short period after the sale, the car began showing mechanical issues and warning codes that were not disclosed to me beforehand. When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was given excuses and inconsistent explanations. I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was sent to a generic service email and have not been given any verified way to contact the owner directly. The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance. At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I'm still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility or even provide proper communication. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before purchase and being cautious about the level of support you may receive afterward.
