I had been having some difficulty finding anyone who would deal with me due to some things that had hit my credit that I couldn't take care of bc I wasn't working due to a medical emergency in my immediate family (my father). This is gonna be a little bit of a read, but I promise it is worth it! This dealership is beyond amazing! Both Rick and Nathan are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are both extremely professional and treat their customers like family. My previous vehicle was an 08 Kia Rio that I got an amazing deal on back in 09. I never thought I'd be able to trump that deal or the amazing salesman who helped a 19 year old kid get into an almost new car...but Rick and Nathan took the challenge head on. They got me into a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL Premium for less than $8k! And to top it off they fixed or worked with us to fix the few small things that needed taken care of on the vehicle. Part of the reason we were able to get such an amazing deal was because the infotainment system was messed up, but they hooked us up with a mom & pop radio installation place down the street. Now I have an even better radio then what the car was manufactured with and I have Apple CarPlay! They also paid to have the alignment fixed and shared the cost of retinting the back rear windshield with me! Originally, Rick was going to have a guy he knows fix the tinting, but wasn't able to get in contact with him. We worked together to find someone else and it all worked out. Even though I had to call them numerous times, not once did they sound annoyed or ready to be done with me. They even put my tags and registration on for me when they came in. Overall, working with this dealership was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was so stressed about having to get a new car, especially in the middle of a pandemic. My credit is less than stellar, and I was planning to go to Drivetime or a similarly predatory lending agency. I took a chance on this place, and I am so glad I did. I probably should have tried to haggle on the price or negotiate the after-market power train warranty that was automatically added to the tab, but the payments were perfect for my budget, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the vehicle. I found a very clean 2015 Lexus ES300h on autotrader which was reasonably priced at $19,995. After checking Kelley Blue Book, the private party value was estimated at close to that figure. I called the dealer and communicated several times with Jason Miranda who was very helpful, non-pushy and not the stereotypical car salesman. I was worried about fee add ons as most dealers try nailing customers for additional fees. After negotiations we agreed on a price of $19,500 and Jason assured me only fee was dealer inventory tax plus that also included a Temp tag which added an extra $200 so my out the door price was $19,700. I took a one way flight from Chicago to San Antonio. When I arrived at the dealership , I was greeted by Jason who made a copy of my license and gave me the keys right away. I was very impressed with the car as it had went through the Lexus certified pre-owned inspection at 41,000 miles. The odometer was now at 54,345 and the vehicle had newer tires and both front and rear brake pads had 60-70% life left. I arrived at the dealer at 9am on Monday morning and by 10am I had test driven and inspected the car, finished signing forms and was on the road back to Illinois. I completed the long journey back to Chicago of 1,246 miles over 2 days and the car ran perfectly. It certainly was a long way to go to purchase a used car but the vehicles in Texas are much cleaner than the midwest as they are not subject to the hard winters, snow/salt and numerous potholes which are common in the Chicago area. Although I will pay more sales tax from buying from a dealer vs private party I feel very pleased with my purchase and felt that I got a great car for a fair price. The facility is also very modern, efficient and organized. I would highly recommend this dealer and Jason Miranda to anyone looking to purchase a reliable vehicle at a fair price. read more

A breath of fresh air!! I have been to MANY dealerships in the past year and gave up on the idea of having a "good buying experience." The following is my experience with Auto Showcase I only attempted to do business with because of the reviews: Auto Showcase listed a 2015 VW Gold TDI SEL for $19,995. On Saturday, July 27th I made an online offer of $19,000. On Sunday, July 28th Louis Rivera called me to tell me the vehicle was still in stock and he would present the offer to the owner, however, they had three inquires on the vehicle. Monday, July 30, Mr. Rivera called me to advise that the owner drove the car and would like to keep it for himself, and that he would locate another option for me, I told him that I am willing to go up to $19,750, he indicated that he would present it to the owner. Mr. Rivera called back and said the owner would let him know tomorrow, Tuesday, July 31st. Mr. Rivera did provide two options, which would be acceptable. On Tuesday, July 31st, I contacted Mr. Rivera to discuss that vehicle, and Mr. Rivera said that the owner would really like to keep the vehicle. I told Mr. Rivera that I would take one of the alternative options at the same offer of $19,750 with the following conditions: tinted windows, warrant at $1,300. Mr. Rivera stated he would talk with the owner. Mr. Rivera came back and said the owner would sell me the car for $20,750. I explained that it seemed like a lot and broke down the numbers, and we agreed to split the difference to $20,250, plus a $1,300 for warranty. Their final offer was as follows, sell price $20,478.00, $1,400 for warranty. I rejected their offer, because it is too high for the vehicle and the manner in which the owner behaved. My opinion is the following, (1) the owner did not want to sell the vehicle, (2) he was attempting to get more out of the vehicle because of my desire for it, or (3) he is just shady. If I could split the rating, I would give Mr. Rivera four stars, minus one for interrupting me during our conversation, but overall, he was a good sales person trying to make the deal happen. Me and my husband got a truck from this place in September. Less then a month later my truck no longer wanted to work and would only take reverse. I spent the next 3 months trying to get them to fix my truck and there was excuse and no calls all 3 months. From it being the holidays to the sales man Joe never returning mine or my husbands phone call. I contacted the bank that financed my truck and even they tried to help me out more. Finally had Rick call me and say he would be the only one contacting me amd 2weeks later NOTHING. I had to have my truck repo and now my credit will fail because of them. My nightmare with this dealership began about 6 months ago when I bought a 2015 Buick Encore. It immediately started having problems which my "awesome" warranty I purchased covered none of. The owner Rick, who will lead you to believe he's a Godly man, fixed some of them until they kept happening and got too expensive. In an attempt to salvage his bad sell, he traded me into a 2014 Kia Sorento. Made sure to let me know he was losing $1k by doing that but wanted to "help me out." The very next day 5 check engine lights came on. I have only had it for 3 months and have had to replace the clockspring, and the ENTIRE engine. As of yesterday, I now need a new Catalytic Converter which is at least $2k. All while I'm struggling to make my payments. Anywhere I try to trade in is impossible due to the mechanical problems and negative equity. Going to this dealership and meeting Rick and Joe has truly been one of, if not THE, biggest regrets of my life. PLEASE don't waste your time, money or energy here. This has taken so much money away from my two small children, and has thrown our life into turmoil. Edit as of 5/1/20: Still need a Catalytic Converter replacement which we haven't been able to afford. Now 3 more check engine lights have come on - there's a problem with the anti-lock brake system, Electronic Stability Control and tire pressure warning light keeps flashing. The dealership "fixed" these same issues right after I purchased the vehicle because the dashboard lit up the day AFTER I bought it! COMPLETELY unsafe vehicle. Once again, don't go here!!
