My experience with Premier Stop Motors, LLC has been absolutely unacceptable. I have gone back six…read moretimes in roughly a month and a half because of ongoing problems with the vehicle I purchased, and despite repeatedly bringing the car back, very little has actually been resolved. I originally went in because the left blinker needed to be fixed. Two days later, it failed again. Around the same time, I also had problems with the air conditioning. I returned to have these issues addressed, and then the bumper came loose/flew out. I brought that to their attention as well, but it was not properly resolved. Then the rear tail lights began staying on, and I was sent back and forth trying to get the issue fixed. Each time, I was told things would be handled, but problems continued appearing again only 2-3 days later. Now I'm experiencing additional serious concerns with the vehicle, including acceleration feeling abnormal and requiring more force while driving, along with braking issues. At this point, this isn't just frustrating -- these are safety concerns. What makes this experience even worse is how little communication and effort I feel has been provided. The mechanic on duty did not communicate effectively with me, and I repeatedly felt like I was being passed around instead of having someone properly diagnose the vehicle and fix the underlying problems. I have had to seek help from AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and local body shops just trying to understand what is happening with a vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The first salesperson who handled my purchase was Domingo, and shortly after I drove away with the vehicle, I was told he was no longer working there. After that, I dealt with another employee who appeared unfamiliar with what was happening with my situation. I was told to give them a few days while they figured things out. Instead, it became excuse after excuse. I was also told by Mario, who I was told was in charge, that they would either provide me with another vehicle or return my money. So far, I have not received the resolution I was promised. Mario and the staff: you need to understand that this is a safety issue. If you would expect someone in your own family to drive this vehicle, would you honestly be comfortable with the condition it has been left in? I also attempted to warn another customer about my experience, and instead of simply allowing me to speak about what happened to me, I was yelled at. Telling people about your own experience isn't wrong. Customers have the right to make informed decisions about where they spend their money. At this point, I have wasted time, gas, and money repeatedly traveling back to the dealership without getting a satisfactory resolution. I did not purchase a vehicle so I could spend the following month and a half chasing down problems and trying to get the dealership to take them seriously. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here do your research, carefully inspect the vehicle, get an independent mechanic to inspect it before purchasing, and make sure every promise is put in writing. Ask questions about the vehicle's history and make sure all paperwork and licensing information is in order. My experience has left me feeling completely disappointed and ignored. I expected a dealership to stand behind the vehicle it sold me and work toward a real solution. Instead, I've spent weeks going back and forth with no meaningful resolution. Premier Stop Motors, this isn't about looking good or making excuses. It's about taking responsibility for the vehicle you sold me and addressing legitimate safety concerns. Put in the work and make this right. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere or at the very least have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic first. 1 star because I can't give zero.
