My experience with Premier Stop Motors, LLC has been absolutely unacceptable. I have gone back six…read moretimes in roughly a month and a half because of ongoing problems with the vehicle I purchased, and despite repeatedly bringing the car back, very little has actually been resolved. I originally went in because the left blinker needed to be fixed. Two days later, it failed again. Around the same time, I also had problems with the air conditioning. I returned to have these issues addressed, and then the bumper came loose/flew out. I brought that to their attention as well, but it was not properly resolved. Then the rear tail lights began staying on, and I was sent back and forth trying to get the issue fixed. Each time, I was told things would be handled, but problems continued appearing again only 2-3 days later. Now I'm experiencing additional serious concerns with the vehicle, including acceleration feeling abnormal and requiring more force while driving, along with braking issues. At this point, this isn't just frustrating -- these are safety concerns. What makes this experience even worse is how little communication and effort I feel has been provided. The mechanic on duty did not communicate effectively with me, and I repeatedly felt like I was being passed around instead of having someone properly diagnose the vehicle and fix the underlying problems. I have had to seek help from AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and local body shops just trying to understand what is happening with a vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The first salesperson who handled my purchase was Domingo, and shortly after I drove away with the vehicle, I was told he was no longer working there. After that, I dealt with another employee who appeared unfamiliar with what was happening with my situation. I was told to give them a few days while they figured things out. Instead, it became excuse after excuse. I was also told by Mario, who I was told was in charge, that they would either provide me with another vehicle or return my money. So far, I have not received the resolution I was promised. Mario and the staff: you need to understand that this is a safety issue. If you would expect someone in your own family to drive this vehicle, would you honestly be comfortable with the condition it has been left in? I also attempted to warn another customer about my experience, and instead of simply allowing me to speak about what happened to me, I was yelled at. Telling people about your own experience isn't wrong. Customers have the right to make informed decisions about where they spend their money. At this point, I have wasted time, gas, and money repeatedly traveling back to the dealership without getting a satisfactory resolution. I did not purchase a vehicle so I could spend the following month and a half chasing down problems and trying to get the dealership to take them seriously. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here do your research, carefully inspect the vehicle, get an independent mechanic to inspect it before purchasing, and make sure every promise is put in writing. Ask questions about the vehicle's history and make sure all paperwork and licensing information is in order. My experience has left me feeling completely disappointed and ignored. I expected a dealership to stand behind the vehicle it sold me and work toward a real solution. Instead, I've spent weeks going back and forth with no meaningful resolution. Premier Stop Motors, this isn't about looking good or making excuses. It's about taking responsibility for the vehicle you sold me and addressing legitimate safety concerns. Put in the work and make this right. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere or at the very least have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic first. 1 star because I can't give zero.

I bought my bronco and my previous car before that (Bronco sport) from this location…read more Today I got an oil change on my Bronco, when I got there the staff were at my window immediately asking what they can do for me today? I didn't know if I was going to be able to get seen without an appointment but they took my keys within a minute. The guy who took my keys told me there was coffee and donuts inside, said they could take me somewhere if I wanted to or I was more than welcome to wait inside. I knew there would be a long wait since I brought it without an appointment so I called a friend to come get me. They sent me a video when my car was being serviced and gave commentary on everything they checked and did. It took 4 hours which is longer than I'd like but I got Free oil changes with my car for a few years when I purchased it so I thought I'd take advantage. Overall still a good experience. I think my mechanics name was Domingo C. Thanks Domingo :)

I called on my way to let them know I was interested in a specific vehicle and spoke with Diego. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rey whom said that Diego had communicated with him my interest and he would be assisting me. Rey was wonderful to work with, patient, and communicative about our options. We then completed our sale with John in finance, and he was a delight to work with and very personable. Diego met with us briefly at the end and inquired how our experience was, I really appreciated the communication they all had. This was our first time purchasing from this dealership and we will definitely be back!

I know most reviews here speak about "how helpful, how courteous, how caring the staff is." How…read morethey helped "in spite of credit" and so forth... I am not taking away from any of that. I purchased a vehicle in late March 2024... I have not purchased anything on credit for about 20 years, cash on hand or else don't buy. However due to the economy this is the 1st thing since we are doing credit. We did not come here because of the dealership itself, we came here because we found a vehicle through CarFax. Once they sweet talked us into the office 3 different people came to tell us "Oh this is a great deal, oh you're getting a great financing rate, oh you got a nice low monthly payment". Now I see the tactic . We agreed on a price, monthly payment, no payments for 45-60 days, and the interest rate. Then right before signing the last documents the interest rate had gone up and instead of 45-60 days no payment, 1st payment would be due in 30 days. We purchased the extended warranty "bumper to bumper" (hardly). While test driving the SUV, the check engine light was on, the employee said "oh I'll make sure it is taken care of before you drive out the lot". They said it was old code for an O2 sensor. We drove off, we had the vehicle for 2 days and the check engine light came back on, vehicle was shaking while on idle. We had rain that week and there was water coming through the lift gate. Brought it back to the dealer and the sales lady took the vehicle to the mechanic onsite, we waited about 2 hours and he brought it back stating he'd changed the O2 sensor and adjusted the lift gate to avoid leakage. Kool, we drove off and within a week, the check engine light cane back on. So I returned and dropped it off with the same sales person (I will not use her name). She said come back in the afternoon. We picked it up and they said they took care of the issue and should not arise again, I was not given a print out nor explainition of what was done because the people who worked on it were gone for the day. Guess what happened after 3 days?!? Yup, the darn lift came back on. I went in but was told I needed to speak to the lady in charge of service department, but she was on vacation and would return next week. OK, I called next week and she was out for lunch, however I went in a different day and a different person helped me out after she called the lady in charge of service dept. but informed me I needed to take it to the Ford dealership and have them diagnose it and bring back the print out and they would be willing to work with me on the labor and parts.... "Wait, what?!?" I needed to pay Ford to have it diagnosed, and then pay for parts and labor for them to fix the preexisting issue that was never resolved.... In June the serpentine belt broke (of course warranty does not cover it) it is not part of the 'bumper to bumper ". Paid $500 out of pocket at a reputable repair shop. The following week, the AC went out. "OK kool, maybe the warranty we bought will pay for this!" Well not really, they did not cover the entire cost, we still dished out $800 out of pocket. We have receipts for everything. They diagnosed it for us and guess what came up regarding the check engine light? Yup, the darn O2 sensor. I went to this dealership again, hoping they would be willing to work with me and make things right... well, nope. "Sir your extended warranty is almost run out, you need to pay Ford to diagnose it, and then bring the print out and we can work with you on the parts and labor costs, that's per my manager." Moral of the story? I'll let you decide. Was I wrong for what I did? Hmm? Once this review is read by whoever sees them at Manny G, they'll respond with something along the lines of "we're sorry you had a bad experience" or "sorry you misunderstood the warranty " or "please give us a call to work things out with you". No thank you. BTW, while I was waiting this last time, one of the mechanics came to me and said "once they approve for me to look at your vehicle, I'll run the codes and erase them." ‍

Almost 2 weeks and keep changing the story every day you call and check on the car that you're trying to purchase they say everything comes with a three month warranty and their mechanics don't know anything and it takes them almost 2 weeks to do a thermostat a cooling fan on a simple GM vehicle. Three month warranty it takes three months just for the mechanics to fix something
