The check engine light came on not long after, and there was no communication from Andy or anyone at Auto Blvd. I had to find out through an outside source that Auto Blvd brought my car to a mechanic with a 2-star rating (and honestly, those reviews are super questionable). When I called the mechanic myself, I was told my catalytic converter was "switched out" and fixed on Monday the 16th. But now, I find out from the mechanic -- not the dealership I bought the car from -- that there's a coolant leak. So either: A) Auto Blvd has been lying to me this whole time, or B) They're selling cars without properly checking them. Either way, if you're thinking of buying from here, make sure you have an outside mechanic inspect the car first. There's no reason it should take 8 days to change a catalytic converter and fix a coolant leak. read more

Joey worked with me to get pictures of specific areas that I had questions on and offered to Facetime or send videos if that would help. I already had financing in hand and knew the car that I wanted. There was no questioning my selection, they did not try to coerce me into buying something more expensive, or any hidden fees.
