I bought a car from this dealership and thought it was a good deal until the next day, while…read moredetailing the car, I noticed two pieces of plastic with black paint in certain areas of them covering up the check engine light, ABS light, and another light that should not be on. When I called the office and informed them of the problem, their first response was, "Is it running OK?" I said yes, but that is not the point. When they asked me what I wanted them to do, I said I wanted them to refund my money. They said, "That is not happening," so I had to take them to court, and I WON. They tried to justify why they are not accountable for this problem by saying they did not know those lights were covered up, so it is not their fault. They lied, saying they offered me to come in and have them check the car about these lights, which did not happen until we were in court with the mediator. They told the judge that they had sold so many cars in the last 3 months with no problems, and since I had the car for 3 months, how do they know I didn't do that? I called them about this problem the day after I bought the car, and it took that long to get a court date. While test driving the car, I thought it was strange that the brake light did not show when I applied the emergency brake, and I said so, but the escort in the car said NOTHING about my comment. They wanted to appeal the judge's decision, but decided not to. I would give them a zero rating because this is not how a customer problem should be handled.
