They are the only used car salespeople in this city who I absolutely trust. They price everything to sell, and they inspect their inventory meticulously. They don't have a huge selection, but that's how they can do their work so well. They're focused. If you're someone who has a type of car in mind and see it on their page, do not hesitate to contact them for a test drive. I used to only pay cash for cars, and they were fine with this. There are seriously dealers who won't allow you to pay just with cash because they make more money with the financing. These guys leave it up to you. My only complaint is that they don't happen to work with my credit union for loans. I'm in the market for a used car again, and I'm trying to work with the places that work with my credit union. Problem is, the competition is not as good as this place! Honestly, most other used car salespeople scare me! They use high-pressure sales tactics and/or don't service their cars as well. When my husband and I got third-party inspections at Allstate (which I would recommend for anyone buying a used car), everything was already perfect and ready to buy. I may end up returning to Allstate for my next car, as they do have their own financing. At the very least, I wanted to write this review to let everyone else know that these guys are outstanding. I've seen just how rare it is to do business with a place this honest and skilled.

    This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I can't believe that we even considered…read moredoing business with them. Shady business, aggressive tactics and insecure data handling. Details: - They conducted business using personal cell phones and email addresses. They asked us to send in our Driver's license and utility bill to the sales rep's personal cell phone and a personal yahoo email address not tied to the business - We told them to cancel the application because the car was out of our price range and we were concerned about our identity. The manager became aggressive to get us to sign and started raising his voice. We declined again and he quickly said they'll continue working with the bank anyways and hung up on us before we could reply - After several calls back, they finally answered and the sales rep said they could no longer talk with us and that we had to go inside the office, which was not possible for us at the time. And when we finally got through to the manager now to cancel again, he spoke to us with very condescending words yet again. He said we had to go in to discuss what would happen with the deposit we had put down instead of telling us on the phone. When we asked how our personal data would be handled now that it was in the sales rep's personal phone and email, he replied that they'll "probably" delete it from there.

I reached out to my sales person Geno last week ago to check for my plates, my fiancé also reached out about my plates. We are going on two months. My temp tag will expire on the 31st and I still have not received my plates. We were told last week that they will send it out and I should get it in two days. first off I've worked in the car business for over 30 years and the least they can do is have a title clerk or whoever process plates to contact customer select customers know that the plates are in that's the first thing they should do. Secondly, they should stick by their promise here we are a week later. I still have no place. I reached out to Gino and he informed that he will send out the plates priority. I work for a company that requires that your license plates and your registration is up-to-date. I specifically told Gino that my ship is changing Night Shift. I live an hour and a half away from San Antonio. I have informed him to send me the tracking number so that I can have my plates before Monday of next week Here we are coming on Wednesday still no tracking number. No consideration to contact me or anything. This is unacceptable business practices. They need to have their tit clerk or whoever process their plates to contact customers to notify them that their plates are in and ask the customers how they want their plates either shipped or picked up that's best and certainly call customer service.

    I am updating my original review to reflect the full experience I had with Luna Car Center…read more My experience on 6/3/26-6/4/26 initially started very positively. From the first contact, Sam was courteous, friendly, and professional. I came in to test drive two vehicles we had seen online and ultimately decided to purchase one. Because we secured our own financing beforehand, the sales process was efficient and stress-free. Hamza, the Sales & Finance Manager, was also great to work with. During the test drive with Sam, I pointed out several warning notifications that were illuminated, including a tire pressure monitor malfunction, brake fluid warning, engine oil notification, and vehicle service indicators. I specifically asked whether these were simply sensor reset issues or if the vehicle required service, and whether the dealership would address them prior to purchase. I was assured the items would be handled by the service department, and I was later informed before the purchase that everything had been taken care of. Unfortunately, on the drive home, the same warning notifications reappeared. When I reached out to Sam seeking clarification about what work had been performed, communication fell short of my expectations. My concern was never about returning the vehicle or disputing the sale--I simply wanted transparency regarding the condition of the vehicle and any services that had been completed. After my review was posted, Hamza, the Sales & Finance Manager contacted me and asked for an opportunity to address my concerns. Although we had considered having the vehicle serviced elsewhere, we agreed to give Luna Car Center the chance to make things right. Hamza put us in contact with Abdul, the Service Manager, and we coordinated a date to bring the vehicle back in. I am pleased to say that management followed through. They acknowledged the communication issues, took responsibility for addressing my concerns, and worked with us to coordinate a resolution. On 6/19/26, we brought the vehicle in, and the dealership completed the necessary repairs and returned it to us without issue. Abdul the service manager reviewed the completed work with us and showed that the warning notifications had been addressed. Management was responsive and committed to resolving the situation. I believe reviews should reflect the entire customer experience, both positive and negative. While I was initially disappointed by the lack of communication after the sale, I appreciate that Luna Car Center ultimately stood behind its customer service, addressed my concerns, and worked to reach a satisfactory resolution. For that reason, I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome and updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. We appreciate Hamza's efforts to resolve the matter and Luna Car Center's commitment to customer satisfaction and following through.

    We weren't looking for a truck until we needed one, had an almost fatal accident because someone…read moreran a red light - but truck was a total loss. Now in an effort to get our life back together, we searched on Autotrader. We found the truck we wanted, 2021 Ford F150 work truck with lock boxes and ladder rack, on Autotrader and visited Luna Car Center on 7/3/26. Sam was our sales person that helped with the sale of the truck. Since we knew what we wanted, there wasn't much going back and forth, which made for a good experience. They did not have the keys for the lock boxes that were attached to the truck and one of the main reasons we were purchasing this vehicle. We were told that they would "send" a locksmith to our house to get the locks rekeyed and they would take care of the payment for the new locks/keys, not to worry, they'd get it all scheduled. When we left to go back to our bank and Sam told us he'd get the truck filled up with gas and get it ready for us when we got back. When we returned, we were told it was ready (they only put in 1/2 tank of gas). We signed the paperwork, and were given the keys. When I asked about the locksmith for the lockboxes, I was then given the name and number of Abdul with Luna and told to give him a call, that he would set it up. I called on Monday, July 6th. He told me that he'd reach out to the locksmith and would call me back, (he didn't). I called again on Tuesday, I was then instructed to call Steve at Keymasters, he would know who to refer me to. I called Steve, he didn't know anything about Luna Car Center, but said I could call Jonathan to schedule and that we had to take the truck there because that's where the machine is for cutting the keys. I told him we'd be there on Friday, and that Luna Car Center would be taking care of the rekeying. He told me ok. Arrived on Friday afternoon to 3700 Blanco Rd., no one knew anything about Luna Car Center or any appointment. We called Abdul back and told him to please call the locksmith to let them know Luna Car Center would be paying for the rekeying of the locks. After 2 hours of sitting and waiting, no call came through - frustrated, we paid for the rekeying just to get it done. I called Abdul back and asked him why he never called. He said he did but was told they were working on a vehicle. I said, yes, ours! While I had him on the phone, I tried calling the locksmith, so I could try to get them both on the phone at the same time - but it was almost 5pm on a Friday - not a chance. Switched back to talk to Abdul and he wasn't there. Now we're asking for a refund of what we paid - which should have been taken care of by Luna Car Center as they promised. We have the receipt and would like a reimbursement. I will update my review based on further communication with Luna Car Center.
