Please BE WARY Please read this before considering a car here. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from here and to be honest And leave an un bias review that you can trust. We enjoy it. Was not a high quality vehicle and we knew that when purchasing Because i am working to restore it. But during the car buying process he had me sign an arbitration agreement That he explained to me was an agreement for them to pay up to 1500 dollars if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Turned out it was me signing away my rights to hold them legally responsible in anyway if anything goes wrong with it. As well as when he was explaining to me that the car I was purchasing had bumper to bumper warranty still. I asked him if anything could void that warranty. Which he assured me that wouldn't happen. After ward finding out that in truth CAN happen. if I knew that ,then I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle without asking for a dealer warranty of some kind instead of as is. The friendly caring persona turned out to be the false Shady dealership vibe that leaves a sour taste in my mouth And our salesman's name was Xavier If you look in the reviews an Xavier A left a review to bump up the star rating Wouldn't be surprised if most of the other reviews are fabricated read more

I wasn't sure what to expect because there are so many mixed reviews. But I was due soon for my 15000 mile maintenance, and was hoping to get this done by or before August. Overall, I felt like the customer service was just as exceptional as at Cavender Toyota and Universal Toyota. James Greene (one of the Assistant Service Managers) who checked me in for my 7 am appointment was really welcoming, friendly and courteous :) ! He updated me with both text messages and also by finding me in the huge waiting area. So I felt like he did his best to communicate both verbally in person, and also by text, The service technician was also pretty great about sending me a maintenance video to show me what he found, and made it really easy and clear for me see what he immediately recommended. In addition to what was included for the 15000 mile maintenance under my Toyota Care Plan, I decided to go with their recommendations to replace the engine air filter and cabin / HEPA filter because I could tell from the video they shared of my car that these desperately needed to be replaced. Perhaps it's because I made an early 7 am appointment on a Thursday. I was pretty happy that I was able to get my 15000 mile maintenance, and also get my cabin / HEPA filter and engine air filter, all completed within 1.5 hours! If I had really wanted to, I could have taken their complimentary shuttle to get to and from work. But when James told me that the estimated wait time for the specified service on my car would be 1-2 hours, I just decided to wait in their waiting area, help myself to their hot complimentary coffee, and get some tasks done for work on my laptop. There is plenty of seating, with sofa chairs and adjacent small tables around a TV if you would like to watch the movie at the moment. And for parents who must bring their young children with them, there is a play area to keep their children occupied :) ! Any payment with a credit card would incur a 3% fee. I didn't read reviews before making my appointment, or before bringing my car in. Unless you have read reviews by other clients about this, you only find this out when you come to the cashier station to pay, and there is a sign on the counter to notify you about the 3% credit card fee. I decided to use my debit card instead so I wouldn't have to incur the fee that comes with a credit card transaction. China (the cashier) was super friendly and courteous, and checked me out :) ! In regards to servicing your car, I would recommend this Toyota dealership :) !

The car was so clean (even the engine) and had new tires and a new battery. He allowed us to take the car to my daughter's own mechanic to make sure it was a good buy. The mechanic only found one problem which Akmet's own mechanic immediately fixed. There was never any pressure throughout. In fact he did everything he could to make us comfortable with the purchase. Financing was tricky but Akmet was so patient with the process. This a good, caring man - a rarity in car dealerships. We are so happy with our purchase.

The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.

I needed a replacement for my vehicle and had heard great things about Stone Oak Autoplex so I gave them a call. They were very courteous, asked all the right questions and after much searching and diligent work on their part, found exactly the SUV I was looking for. We decided it was the perfect vehicle for us and they made it look like new! I was even more impressed when we went to pick the truck up! The owner, Gabe, told me he had ordered a replacement part because he didn't like the way something looked and would call me when it came in. He did this and then replaced the part, without any additional charge. I recently purchased a 2006 Landcruiser from Stone Oak Autoplex. I live over 500 miles away and was nervous about making this long distance purchase of an 11 year old vehicle. However, their prompt service and attention to detail made me feel much better about it. I had many photos sent and many questions answered promptly. Worked through the credit union auto buyer website and found several cars that interested me. Gabriel was so professional on the phone that I decided to start there. Although it was a bit of a drive for me, Stone Oak Autoplex proved to be more than worth it. The bar was set very high for anyone else trying to sell me a car.
