So I did. Once I got there this dude tells me he's got a broken down car in the middle of the road all my mechanics are gone bla blah. Mind you this is 5mins before having the conversation to come SO I said fine screw it I'll come tomorrow and he said OKAY please come tomorrow we will be ready for you same time. Ok cool. Tomorrow comes around and I go to work and after I go to this god forsaken dealership straight out of Baghdad and "John smith" who shares my same name says he's never heard of my situation and that the owner is actually out today for a funeral. Ok well the funeral didn't get planned AFTER we made plans for me because that was just F*****n YESTERDAY sooooo I said whatever man I'll go tomorrow. And John is like sweet ok awesome Last day I show up and this diaper head tells me my window is broke and then gets all pissed off and mad when I said ok fix it this is the whole reason I'm here. Watch you receipt, it never says what the hidden fees are for, which should be printed out on the receipt for transparence. The kicker is that when you ask the front desk staff about the hidden fees and or explanation....and she gets an attitude because you ask and now she want to throw you off the property because, she's having an anxiety attack for asking a question regarding were and what is my money going toward; deductions showing on the receipt but dose not indicate what the deductions are!!! It's a racket and a big ripe off for working families, and I would NOT advise anyone to purchase a car from Auto Solution. The parking lot is a bit small, but once inside, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and didn't smell like oil or cars like some other shops do (which I really appreciated!). I was greeted right away and even offered a complimentary ride home while they worked on my car which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. I chose not to fix a few things right away due to cost, but I really appreciate their transparency and the information so I can plan and budget for future repairs. Paul worked with me & the timing was not right to purchase a car. But as of September 18th, 2021 I went in confident I would be leaving the lot with a new car and I did just that.
