These dudes kept jerking me around all I needed was a window fixed on my company van. The owner (can't remember his name) tells me over the phone "ahhh 5 oclock is pretty close can you come tomorrow" and I said it's gonna be the same time so the dude is like rah rah ok find come over. So I did. Once I got there this dude tells me he's got a broken down car in the middle of the road all my mechanics are gone bla blah. Mind you this is 5mins before having the conversation to come SO I said fine screw it I'll come tomorrow and he said OKAY please come tomorrow we will be ready for you same time. Ok cool. Tomorrow comes around and I go to work and after I go to this god forsaken dealership straight out of Baghdad and "John smith" who shares my same name says he's never heard of my situation and that the owner is actually out today for a funeral. Ok well the funeral didn't get planned AFTER we made plans for me because that was just F*****n YESTERDAY sooooo I said whatever man I'll go tomorrow. And John is like sweet ok awesome Last day I show up and this diaper head tells me my window is broke and then gets all pissed off and mad when I said ok fix it this is the whole reason I'm here. And the dude goes "it's gonna take forever and I'm about to get off" mind you the place closes at like 6-7 or whatever and I'm sitting infront of him at 4:30 these people are lazy Highly not recommended read more

Panda Motors is the place to go to if you are looking for a car. Sami, Basam and Salah are very Honest Since I moved from California in 2015 , i have bought 6 cars from Sami, Basam. All of my family only go to this place to by cars. Even if they do not have the car you are looking for , they will find your desired car and call you to get it , with the best price that you could find in the market. All staff , Maria and Alberta, always help people and they go above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want. Transaction is fast. They also get the best loan for your finance. Buyers beware! They come across like they actually care about their clients. My son bought a car here (against my apprehension), so I went out to look at the car. It seemed to run ok, but the tires were dry rotted. After some negotiations they decided to do the right thing and replace the tires. We took the car to get it inspected. Oil change, fluids and some underbody work was needed. 6 days later the fuel pump went out. $1400 worth of repairs were needed. Sammy seemed like he would do the honorable thing and at least take some responsibility, but instead he decides to find the $700 need part for just over $100 and say he would buy the part and I could pay the installation. So, I call the repair shop just to make sure that that was the correct part and that they could install a part bought elsewhere. No and no. It was not a good part nor would they install a part for elsewhere due to warranty. Long story short, this lot is preying on young college kids trying to stand on their own. I wish I would have been more stern about my opinion, but at some point you have to let you kids make their own decisions. Just make sure that if you or your child want to buy a car from Panda Motors have it fully inspected by a mechanic of your choice. They seem very nice and convincing about the quality and care of their cars. DON'T TRUST IT!!! read more

My daughter and I went to this dealership for the first time on June 26, 2021 to look at a 2012 Chevy Cruze listed for $5500. When we were there we dealt with Kelly who was really nice. I decided to have Lemon Busters to come out and look at the car. They determined the radiator hoses, and front brakes and shoes needed to be replaced. Radiator hoses were leaking fluid on the ground. The dealership agreed to replace the parts as they have on site mechanics. On June 30th, Kelly called me to tell me the repairs were complete. On July 1st my daughter and I went back to have a final look and test drive of the vehicle. I had asked Lemon Busters to come back out again prior to us finishing the deal. I made it to the dealership first and took the car out on the highway. It overheated and smoke was coming up in the cabin of the car. I turned around and went back to the dealership. Upon doing so, Kelly indicated that was "strange" and the car had not overheated prior. Mind you, I was only in the car all of 20 minutes! When the mechanic put the car in their on site garage to have a look, there was some type of fluid all over everything as if something had blow up under the hood. It was then that Kelly informed us the "oil cap was missing" and that someone test drove it the night before and "must have taken it." I usually don't write reviews but in this case I am for several reasons: #1- When I told them the findings from Lemon Busters they said the hoses did not have a leak (when I argued Kelly said "yeah, we found a pin size hole in one" , then she said the brakes would be replace but not the shoes because they were fine, The key fob was broken and would not open all of the doors or the trunk. At first they tried to make me pay for it. I refused as you are selling me a car that I will need to get into. I'm not taking it if I cant get in the trunk. Then the fact that you called to tell me the car was fixed when clearly it was not! If, and I doubt this, that the mechanic had looked at it, how did they not see what was wrong. And when I went prior, no lights were on. But yet, the car could not make it to 85 miles per hour without overheating and check engine light coming on in the middle of the highway. This was my first and last time dealing with this dealership. I cannot speak for their other cars, but I would not buy from here or trust them! Kelly had several conversations with me about this car as I was purchasing it for my 21 year old daughter's first car. Could you imagine if I had given away all of her hard earned money as the car comes with no warranty. Final straw was they told me I had to pay $600 for 6 month warrant or a $1000 for 1 year warrant for a car that can't even make it down the road. For the short version, scroll to the bottom and read the all-caps closing statement. For a detailed explanation of my grief with this place, carry on... This was the first time I bought a used car from a dealership instead of from an independant owner... biggest mistake of my life! I ended up with more mechanical problems than any PROJECT car I've ever owned, and I've owned some rickety projects... First off, on Bandera you can't test the car at highway speeds. On the way home I discovered a hideous vibration over 60mph and during hard braking. I figure it's a tire or brakes thing, no biggie, "I can fix that!" I thought. When I go to jack the car up to take the wheels off and diagnose the vibration I discover that the frame rails are rusted and they just crush from the jack straight through to the passenger compartment! After I find some barely suitable jack points, I find that many of the brake components are rusted and one caliper is warped. So I replace pads and calipers and get the rotors machined and the vibration is almost gone (probably just need to get the rotor machined a little more). Then I take it to Autozone to find out why the test engine light is on and of course there's a misfire in the most difficult to get to cylinder (thanks Mitsubishi!). On the way home from work that night (just a few days after buying the car), the car overheats and leaves me on the side of the road until my family can bring a couple gallons of water out to me. Usually I fix my daily (a Nissan) whenever I can, but I just didn't feel like working on this Mitsubishi that I had JUST BOUGHT! So I take it to a local mechanic, who's a good guy who does good work and won't cheat us, to fix the overheat and misfire. Like anyone would, he tests and determines what the most likely cause is and replaces that first... but no matter what he did both the overheating AND the misfire persisted to be a problem (and I had agreed with him on the next logical cause every step of the way). So here I am after replacing about 8 parts and out almost a grand in parts and repairs. I bring it home to attempt to diagnose it myself, and just before I get home the transmission stops moving forward (and it has full fluid still). I had to drive the last mile home in reverse, and when I arrive the temperature gauge is through the roof... so I ended up with more major problems than it even went in with! Of course, Panda Motors told me "Yeah, everything is good on it! It runs really great! I've outrun Mustangs in this car!" Not to mention when I arrived to look at the car it was out for cleaning, and when it got back it was obvious why. They had left the windows down the night before when there was a downpour, and they were going to try to hide that from me until I got in the car and figured it out from the intense humidity inside the car. Oh yeah, and they were very sure to always open the doors for me... so when I stop at Walmart after having just bought the car I find out I can't lock the car cause ALL of the door locks are JAMMED! I later find that they had tossed in some battery they had lying around (I know cause it had Panda written on the side), which of course had a dead cell in it and wasn't even the right type of battery for that vehicle! The effect of which was whenever the car overheated on me, after I would fill her with water and got back into the car, it wouldn't start and left me stranded... Need I go on? This is, without a doubt, THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE YOU COULD BUY A USED CAR FROM!!! PERIOD. read more
