My 22 year old son found him on Craigslist, did his research and got the best car (in his price range) and is thrilled. As a mom, I wanted to go check everything out and was not disappointed. After speaking with Hani I had no reservations about buying one of his cars!

The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.

(Bad reviews, That name) After signing all my paperwork, I told him I had a few things to square away before driving the car off the lot. We agreed I'd pick it up at a later date. because he had told me he was going to have it detailed beforehand. I even texted him at 7 p.m. to give him plenty of notice, and he replied, "That's perfect." We get there at 2 p.m., and Nestor isn't even there (would've been nice to know). I open the car, and it's obvious it was never detailed--stains all over the seats and gross gunk by the door. I mention it to the manager, and I'm told the detail shop is closed on weekends, but Nestor will get back to me. Monday rolls around, and I'm told I can bring my car back... but I have to leave it overnight. (Because apparently buying a car also means making another trip to the dealership and leaving it there.) Then Wednesday, I realize my windshield washer fluid doesn't work. I fill the reservoir thinking it's empty--still nothing. So, strike two. Fast forward to today, just two weeks after buying the car, and I notice a bubble in my tire. I go straight to the dealership after work, and of course Nestor is the first person who walks up to me. I explain the tire and the washer fluid issue. He takes one quick look, then tells me there's nothing they can do because they perform a "rigorous inspection." (So rigorous they missed a tire with a bubble and a windshield washer system that doesn't even work.) Then he gets the manager. And are you ready for this one? Gilbert. Another name that should've been my warning. Gilbert comes out acting like he already knows everything and repeats exactly what Nestor said. Then he asks me what my knowledge or expertise in tires is. I'm a 23-year-old woman, and at this point I'm literally shaking because I'm so angry. Meanwhile, Nestor has a smirk on his face the entire time while Gilbert talks to me like I'm an idiot and tries to convince me I must've hit a curb. A curb? I've had the car for TWO WEEKS. I haven't even gotten that far yet. Moral of the story: if you expect honesty, accountability, or basic customer service after the sale, this is not the place. I left feeling talked down to, dismissed, and completely unsupported.

    Yall beware!!! ACES AUTO 5828 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78201…read moreis nothing but scammers!!! Couldn't give me a price of a 2015 Toyota Rav4 kbb values it at $12,000 - $14,000. They wanted $2000 down then $550 a month for 48 months!!!! That's $28,400!!!! Finally! Came out and tells me $18,000. Why did I have to ask 10 times!!!! Then get pissed off because I'm not going to be F-ed over!!! most dealers can give you a price on the vehicle and can be straight up about it. This vehicle wasn't even listed on their website. They wouldn't show me the 3 that I saw on their website. 1 was on the lot... absolutely refused. Said they had to keep their vehicles in a secure area. Had a suburban on the lot by the front gate. It had been shot up! Now I know why! Just don't want anybody to get taken advantage of. We all need wheels. This place was horrible.

    They steal from clients and employees. They cancelled my paycheck first cars sold over 3 weeks ago…read moreafter I deposited it. They tell clients they're taking a sum for insurance and never pay it so the customer has a mess to deal with many calls regarding fraud not receiving titles tags ect. I witnessed 3 fights/scuffles where crystal and Orlando huc became violent with clients. They blame a man named GACI who apparently provides vehicles to them? They were shot up with a rifle over theft and mistreatment to clients and still maintain their behavior. Gun shots in the suburban and another vehicle on the lot. Clients would frequently return upset with a bevy of issues on cars they JUST bought. They're criminals and well know for theft in the industry.
