They wanted $2000 down then $550 a month for 48 months!!!! That's $28,400!!!! Finally! Came out and tells me $18,000. Why did I have to ask 10 times!!!! Then get pissed off because I'm not going to be F-ed over!!! most dealers can give you a price on the vehicle and can be straight up about it. This vehicle wasn't even listed on their website. They wouldn't show me the 3 that I saw on their website. 1 was on the lot... absolutely refused. Said they had to keep their vehicles in a secure area. Had a suburban on the lot by the front gate. They steal from clients and employees. They cancelled my paycheck first cars sold over 3 weeks ago after I deposited it. They tell clients they're taking a sum for insurance and never pay it so the customer has a mess to deal with many calls regarding fraud not receiving titles tags ect. I witnessed 3 fights/scuffles where crystal and Orlando huc became violent with clients. They blame a man named GACI who apparently provides vehicles to them? They were shot up with a rifle over theft and mistreatment to clients and still maintain their behavior. Gun shots in the suburban and another vehicle on the lot. Clients would frequently return upset with a bevy of issues on cars they JUST bought. They're criminals and well know for theft in the industry. read more

Great employees, we're very nice, but the application process was horrible, was told to come pick up the vehicle after I submitted the application, but when I got there, it was one thing after another after almost 2 hours. I wound up, leaving with no vehicle after a 2 1/2 hour drive round trip because the application wasn't fully approved yet. The employees seemed good but the business as a whole, I would not recommend it, it seems a bit disorganized and not very good customer service. read more

1 star Do not work for or do business with Aces Autos. My coworker and I quit due to ongoing issues, and we were both removed from the work system and group chats without any notice. They haven't paid us since Tuesday -- not because of any valid reason, but because they were "in a bad mood." Out of everyone, they only withheld our checks. When my coworker went to pick up her personal belongings, the owner threatened her, broke her things, and still refused to give her the paycheck she's legally owed. My wife found a vehicle online on a Thursday, chatted with a sales rep and I went by that day to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was not available due to it being in "their service department". I was told I could not provide a down payment at that time to secure the vehicle. I was also told that I would get a call on Wednesday the following week once the service rep was able to put eyes on the car. Fast forward to Wednesday and the car was already sold to someone else. The process to look at a car was very odd as there was too much information gathering before being able to look at any cars. The pressure to buy a car the same day was immense and unacceptable. I was unable to test drive any cars while I was there unless I guaranteed that I would buy it that day which is a major red flag for any car dealership. Called the lot before driving an hour out . To see if they can help they said yes did all the paper work just to get told they accidentally swap information for the person getting the with co signer. Awful dealership, went to test drive a Nissan Sentra from their lot and as soon as I gave it more than half throttle the transmission would slip and jump way past redline and then jerk very violently, thought that was weird so I thought let's see if it happens again and sure enough it did but even worse! After that it was slipping at any amount of gas I gave it so I drove back to the dealership and told the salesmen the problem it was having and that the trans was in awful shape and he tried to talk to me as if I was dumb and didn't know anything about cars ( ive worked on cars for over 5 years now ) and then wanted to be a smart ass as we left and said he was going to make me pay the bill for the repairs! Yelled some choice words at him on the way out after that and he thought it would be professional to try and chase us out of the parking lot in the vehicle I had just driven and pulled out in front of a vehicle and tried to floor it to chase us but he got nowhere due to the problems with the transmission LMFAO and he pulled off to the side of the road like a sad little puppy!! If they couldn't catch that obvious error with the trans I highly doubt they look at any of their vehicles so shop carefully here and bring someone that knows a thing or two about cars! read more
