Worked with David Baker and had extremely poor communication and expectations during the whole process. They entered my phone wrong AND failed to update it. My suv was there for multiple days even with me calling to check in and wound up being a simple battery replacement Now for today I called Friday to see if my battery was under warranty. Shame on me for not taking down the gentleman's name, but her advised the battery was still under warranty for another month. Kindly made me an appointment for today-Monday. I show up, and upon intake I get quoted $100 for battery diagnostic. Apparently since the battery was replaced under warranty it only had a limited warranty of 1yr and a certain amount of miles. I drove all the way across town just to turn right back around. Really should be careful of what y'all say over the phone so you set proper expectations Service department let me down yet again. Only thing I appreciated is that Jorge De Los Santos was transparent before the took my traverse back. Unlike David Baker three years ago.

We had negotiated terms on a Kia Sorento, had the loan in place and drove across town expecting to complete the purchase, only to learn just before we walked into sign the papers that the vehicle had sustained damage and required repair work. That information was not clearly disclosed during the sales process, which was disappointing after spending significant time working through the deal. The issue was not pricing -- it was transparency. They knew this would be an issue as they didn't prep the car (not detail, not gassed up) for us to take delivery. Terrible sales tactics and definitely not a dealership I would trust for any sales or service.

Better cars I bought a car in February 2024 on a Saturday &…read moreby Monday it broke down, we put in a new battery $250 didn't work because R & L said it's probably battery & didn't get reimbursed & had to use my insurance to get it towed $290 no reimbursed, they put in a used engine, didn't get car back till May & then I have it for a week & it broke again by the way they used my insurance to get it fixed so I had to pay $200 co pay so since it broke again I had to get my own mechanic my mechanic said it was the starter because they said it couldn't be covered well my mechanic said that was the problem & R & L said that it wasn't part of the warranty so I had to pay again (mechanic $400) to get it fixed again because they said they put to much into it...ok so they didn't pay I Did , Thats because we put a heavy down payment $3,050. So honestly I got screwed btw the mechanic guy I got he fixed it in a day...I was so stressed that I got sick so don't buy here
