I went to 5 different us d car dealers on the day I went there. JC and FA were the most professional and had the nicest cleanest cars. I know this sounds cornet but they do treat you like family. JC introduced us to his brother and parents and made it super easy to buy a car from them. I am going to bring my mother, son and father in law there to get cars also. I didn't have to haggle for hours or wait for them to come back to talk to me after an extended period of time to come up with a price. I picked up my car on Friday and JC washed it one last time as I was finishing the paperwork. He would not let me leave until he had dried it off and made sure it looked perfect. I got a call today 1 working day after I got my car to tell me they had my license plates in. I don't plan on replacing my car anytime soon but, I would not hesitate to go back there to get another car and plan on going to them in a couple years when my daughter gets her license. Bottom line great place to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone. JC thank you again for helping me get what truly is a dream car. When we sealed the deal and got back to the yard where they had the trucks as we were trying to head out the engine light came on then we put in drive a second check engine light came on. Emilo said that it was probably a sensor that we needed to drive as it had been sitting there for a while. So we drove off and 75 miles into drive the truck got a third light " stop engine light" We couldn't drive more than 5 miles per hour. We immediately contacted Emilio and he tried to help at first but then said that it was our problem .. he didn't want to fix it or give us our money back, and we were stranded in Texas for two days we are now taking legal action against the dealer, so they won't continue to scam others.

He started the conversation with the statement that he had "reprimanded" his staff for trying to help me out of order. There was clearly a misunderstanding with his employees but he insisted he had told me something that he had not said and which was totally inconsistent with the conversations I had with his staff. He has poor people skills and even worse business instincts. I ended up taking my equipment and leaving the premises even though they were supposed to do warranty work. I would rather pay someone to do the work than deal with this knothead. I wouldn't be surprised if he has continual staffing problems. I certainly wouldn't work for him.
