Ruth was really helpful. I really recommend her and her team helped a lot!!!they made everything easy for us

On December 4, 2023, I, Samuel Thomas, entrusted my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado to Xnation Auto Group for a transmission check-up. Little did I anticipate the harrowing events that would unfold. On December 5, I received the devastating news that someone had brazenly entered their premises and stolen vital components from my vehicle. Amidst the turmoil, I was unable to address the situation until December 5, as I was en route to my night shift job. The ensuing days have been marked by emotional strain, financial hardship, and a sense of vulnerability. In an attempt to find resolution and understanding, I, Samuel Thomas, reached out to Xnation Auto Group, only to be met with a lack of cooperation and understanding. Miss Victoria, the office manager, responded with accusations of harassment, leaving me feeling disheartened and helpless. I sought refuge at Vara Chevrolet for estimates on the damages, only to discover that the cost of repairs surpasses my means, and it fails to rectify the initial transmission issue I sought assistance I, Samuel Thomas, sent a resolution letter to Xnation Auto Group, desperately hoping for a compassionate response, but alas, my pleas seem to have fallen on deaf ears. This situation has left me in a state of profound distress, compounded by significant financial losses. The response from Xnation Auto Group has added an emotional toll that I, Samuel Thomas, find challenging to bear. I, Samuel Thomas, implore your office to intervene, not only to address the security lapse at Xnation Auto Group but also to foster a resolution process infused with empathy and fairness. The emotional toll and financial burden this incident has placed upon me, Samuel Thomas, are beyond what words can convey. Furthermore, I discovered discrepancies in the police report, adding a layer of confusion and concern to this already complex situation. I, Samuel Thomas, have attached documents detailing the estimates from Vara Chevrolet, the communication with Xnation Auto Group, and the police report, hoping that your intervention will bring solace and justice to this disheartening situation. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Your assistance in seeking a fair resolution would mean the world to me, Samuel Thomas. WHERES THE FOOTAGE?????? What time was this done? Wouldn't they have needed all types of lights out there in order to make this happen? Didn't it take for someone to pop the hood of my truck and unlock it with the key in order to perform theses foul acts towards my vehicle?? How much time would it have taken to do something like this? Why does their police report say that I came back to them with $1500 when I don't even remember having a conversation about any type of money that I have for anything. Why are there lies in the police report? Why does it seem like they're saying I could have done this? Why are they asking me who could have done this to me? I have no idea who that or even hates me that much such a defamation of character instead of handling the situation at hand! I will never go to this company ever again, and I don't refer anyone to go to X nation Auto group, if they can't figure out how to secure our vehicles if we Left it to them for service. Our vehicles should be safe. and I'm not even going to lie to you guys. I actually loved X nation auto group until this happened. They are good at working with people, but definitely not protecting what's yours And owning up to their mistakes. I really hope that the owner of this company sees my issue and we come to a fair and just agreement.

While Ms. Chanti was assisting me, she noticed there was a recall on my vehicle related to an issue I had already experienced before the recall was officially posted. She took the time to explain how I could contact Honda and possibly be reimbursed for the repair -- which was a significant amount and greatly appreciated. She also informed me about an updated part that needed to be installed, and the team completed that while finishing my routine maintenance. In a short amount of time, everything was completed and my vehicle was fully updated. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. The free coffee, comfortable waiting area, and outdoor seating were also a nice touch. The team at Gunn Honda is outstanding, and I always look forward to having a positive experience there. Special thanks to Ms. Chanti for truly going above and beyond for the customers.

In the end all good, but feel that there could be better customer service upon arrival to dealership as well as communication during delays. Good customer service & communication keeps returning customers happy.

My experience with Cavender Toyota on my latest purchase was good overall. The bottom line is that…read moreI am very happy with the car that I purchased and feel like I got a competitive rate, especially considering some of the incentives in their pre-owned program. There were a couple of bumps in the process that I consider typical when purchasing a car at a traditional dealership. I initially set my appointment up with Francisco Berrios. After learning that I was interested in looking at pre-owned cars, he turned me over to Zach Drysdale, who was more familiar with the pre-owned inventory. Zach was the salesman who handled the primary points of the sales process. He did a good job of listening to the features that I was looking for in my purchase and helped guide me to some of their options including some special incentives on new cars that he thought I should consider. I still leaned toward pre-owned. The dealership had given me a nice, competitive offer on my used Camry and I had a specific price point in mind that I communicated. I was primarily interested in staying with a Camry model, but was interested in looking at a hybrid model. I was somewhat hesitant, but Zach was able to give me some data and personal testimony that eased my mind. After test-driving a couple of cars we sat down to discuss the price. I made an offer and, as is typical, he went to get an okay. We had settled on an amount, but Zach said that the offer could be applied to a different car than the one that I drove, although it was the same year and model, and seemed to be almost identical except for the color. I never did understand why the deal worked with that car instead of the car that I had driven. It didn't appear to be significantly different in any aspect and I actually liked the color better. Zach didn't seem to know of any other feature differences either. But this and the next steps were a bit confusing and could have made me step away from the deal. Part of the issue was due to my schedule. I had to put the deal on hold because I had a commitment, and I explained that I would be able to come back the following day. Francisco had returned and another gentleman who I assume was an upper manager who gives the final okay in settling on the deal came to speak to me. He made an offer $100 above what I had tentatively signed for-- and thought the deal was for. This was quite confusing because I had thought the price had already been established. He put a little pressure on me to stay and finish the deal. I explained clearly that I was simply out of time and could not finish the process that afternoon. So, I left and Francisco assured me that the car would still be there for me when I came back the next day. When I came back the next day, the price was indeed a little more than I had signed for, but as I said up front, I felt like it was still a good deal. It was a 2026 pre-owned car, with a pre-owned price, with only around 30 miles on it. I had seen '24 and '25 Camry hybrids at other lots that had a couple of thousand miles on them for about the same price. So even though there were some negative points in the process, I felt like the deal was competitive and I'm very happy with the car that I purchased so far. As long as it doesn't give me problems, I'll be happy with it for a long time, but that's why I usually buy Toyotas. Zach and Francisco were good to deal with, but as I say, Zach was my primary salesperson for most of the process. By the way, the financial officer who took me through the paperwork process, Ricky Rodriguez, was a delight to work with.

I sent an inquiry in about the vehicle and a short time later I received a call(after receiving a text to ask permission to call me)from a salesperson asking if I was interested in looking at it. I was in Dallas at the time so I wasn't going to be back in San Antonio until late afternoon so I asked if he could hold the vehicle until we got there. The salesman, Max Mandavi, said he would and he would get the car ready for us to view. My wife and I were dreading the car buying experience because we've both had horrible experiences buying vehicles. For the most part the salespeople we had dealt with in the past were over aggressive and pushy but Max was the total opposite. What we were dreading turned out to be a great buying experience because of Max. He was fairly new to the dealership but he was very good at his job and the whole process didn't take very long at all. He was so helpful and had the car so clean when we got there. After agreeing on a price he sent the car to the service department to wash it again and put more gas in it. We are both happy with the car and grateful to have had Max as our salesman. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, I highly recommend calling McCombs and asking for Max. I can assure you that you will be treated good! Thanks Max from Trent and Louise!

I drove over 3 hours from Houston to San Antonio because I was explicitly told by Manuel ("Manny") and another salesperson, Mike Hadley, that a 2023 Lexus RX 350 would be sold to me for $43,000-$44,000 out the door. Manny told me the day before my drive that he had spoken with his manager and that the deal would be honored--but that it would not be finalized over the phone. Based on those assurances, I made the trip. Once I arrived, Manny took me on a test drive. Afterward, he came back with the "numbers," which were not the numbers we had discussed at all. He even showed me his notepad where the originally agreed-upon price was written down, yet he proceeded to act unsure and tried to gaslight me into believing the conversation either didn't happen or wasn't clear. Then Mike Chambers (Sales Manager) came over and attempted the same tactic--asking me for text message proof or verification that the conversation occurred, despite the fact that he had just spoken with Manny moments before. This was extremely unprofessional and insulting. In the end, they quoted me a price $4,000 higher than what I was assured before making the drive. This entire situation felt deceptive and intentionally misleading, as if the goal was simply to get me into the dealership and then change the terms. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. A 3-hour drive was completely wasted due to poor communication, lack of integrity, and bait-and-switch tactics. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. If you value your time and want honest, transparent pricing, take your business elsewhere.

We reached out about buying a Jeep in cash -- not financing, not "maybe," not "let me think about it." CASH. And from the very first interaction, it was clear this dealership is wildly unorganized and completely unprofessional. At 5:30 a.m. -- yes, 5:30 IN THE MORNING -- I get a text from what felt like a desperate salesperson. Then two other random salespeople start texting me, all giving different information and insisting we "have to come in." No coordination. No professionalism. Just chaos. I told them plainly: come down on the price and we'll come in. Simple. Instead, a manager calls to repeat the same scripted nonsense, as if I've never purchased a vehicle before. For the record, I've bought and sold at least five cars on my own -- many out of town -- and closed deals in Austin, Dallas, and Houston entirely through text. It's 2026. This is not revolutionary. Then they call my husband claiming someone is "trying out" the vehicle. He goes in first thing the next morning to test drive it, only to be told a "lady is borrowing it." Borrowing it? Is this a dealership or a lending library? And suddenly, after that, it's "sold." So which is it? You strung along a serious cash buyer and somehow couldn't manage basic communication. Who turns away guaranteed money? Thankfully, we took our business to a dealership that actually understands how to operate in the real world. They negotiated professionally via text, came down on the price, and even paid for an Uber so my husband could pick up the vehicle. That's how you close a deal. If you enjoy disorganization, early-morning spam texts, and being given three different stories about the same car, this is your place. If you value professionalism, go literally anywhere else.
