Location, Location. Not all Luby's location service is the same. Worker's take pride as employees. Love the atmosphere here, and the food quality is fresh and good. I would come back on this side of town just for Luby's. Only location that still have a Fuddrucker's to my knowledge around. Must be doing well here.

Food was ok on thanksgiving. Tall man w/beard standing behind food was angry & talking about walking out on the job & how they want him to do some other stuff. He was the man who served my mashed potatoes. My silverware was wrapped up in a nasty, dirty napkin. Spoon/fork had dry food stuck to it. Napkin had food dried on it.Waitress walked away when called.A young man who worked there brought me another set. Whoever wraps up silverware knew this & still wrapped up the dirty silverware in a clean napkin, soiling it and placed it with the rest. All the black ppl working behind the food did not look very happy & the tall one was the only one speaking out. I'm not sure I will be back. This is the 1st time I been to this location. San Antonio had a better dining experience and friendlier faces. Today's was just bad and kind of sad.

I didn't even know there were any Luby's still around till recently. The one on my side of town closed awhile back. Growing up, Luby's was our go to lunch spot after church every Sunday. So for old times sake, some family and I decided to have lunch here on a weekday. To my surprise, this spot was busy like a Sunday afternoon. My first observation after all these years was that all the salads and desserts were individually packaged in containers now. It didn't have that homey vibe like it once had. The entrees and sides were the same as I remember it with a few new additions. My go to since I was a kid has never changed. I always go with the chicken fried steak, with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and jalapeño corn bread. Depending on how hungry I am, I'll get an additional side of fried okra. Taste wise, everything tasted just like I remembered. It's good ole comfort food. What we did notice was how room temp/lukewarm everything was. I'm not sure if they're steam tables aren't working or if this is what they do on purpose. The meal would've been much better with hotter food. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. It really did take us back to the good ole days and the food wasn't bad. Would I come out of my way from Pearland? Not likely. I'd stop by if I was in the area or invited back here.

I have not been to Luby's in a long, long time. Everything was very delicious. The salmon was tender. The cabbage was flavorful, and red potatoes were delicious the unsweetened tea cake like me and not water.

Stopped at Luby's in Webster for an early dinner. Food tasted ok but was COLD. I prefer my food hot when paying for it. Won't go back!

I forgot her name but she did a great job with a big group of 16; she was really on top of it. Manger came by twice to check and thank us for coming! It seemed a little awkward how long he hung out, because my party was not paying attention to him, I think I was the only one making eye contact. My SIL said this placed closed for a bit and reopened so I'm assuming that's why he was so enthused to see us! They do have a lot of screens & accommodated us on our college of choice game on the TV closest to our table. But it wasn't busy there for a Saturday night by any means. She was very kind and patient with my husbands grandma who mis-ordered what she wanted Ok so to the food....it was just ok for me! I would return if invited, but not a place I would seek out. It's typical bar food. The Margarita was not great for the price $15. Normally I would have 2-3 but I stopped after one. We ordered a Sampler platter - online it says NACHOS, wings, cheese sticks, and o-rings. But when you get there it's SW Eggrolls instead of nachos. Which was fine. But we just thought the boneless wings were alright.... wouldn't go there specially for the wings, the cheese sticks had good cheese pull, but the egg rolls seemed emptier than I was used to like frozen Cisco food. I ordered the Taco Salad had to pay extra to add a meat (odd but ok). Went with Ground beef - it had a good flavor, but mushy pasty texture not typical taco meat. I'm not sure how to explain it....like the was so tiny pieces of meat.... anyways...the refried beans at the bottom were super runny. And the presentation just wasn't great. I ate some of the guacamole with my BIL's nachos and they were just alright also. We walked out of there with 3 people (one was a kid) with a $109 tab - with only 1 alcoholic beverage on it... a little pricey we thought for the quality/amount received. I think it could be a cool place to hang out and watch the games...but it's going to take some menu revamping... Suggestion: Maybe host a watch party? Again our waitress was awesome! Manager seemed genuinely appreciative of our family choosing to celebrate a birthday there...the food just didn't do it for me.

It's like Luby's without the cafeteria style pickup, which was all ways my least favorite part of Lubys. I will say this location is nestled between freeways, but thanks GPS for not steering me wrong (pun intended lol). On a weekday, location was not packed and I was greeted and taken to my prefeered seating of a booth right away. Tammy, my server was very sweet and hospitable. I asked about one of their entrees I saw on the menu that seemed relatively new but defaulted to my fav- the blackended salmon! I was given a complimentary honey butter croissant while I waited for my order (which by the way was scrumptious). Order came out swifty and was a picture of perfection! Apologies that I didnt take a picture of my entree but not eating breakfast, a Yelper was hangry! Rice was cooked to perfection along with the salmon. I also enjoyed my green beans and the baked potato all the way. The whole plate was delicious from the first to last bite. Once finished dining you just check out from the mini table kiosk and go. Very efficient and delicious dining option if you are in the Webster area.

The service has been great every time and we were able to enjoy our food and our event without multiple interruptions. The food is always good, and while most things on the menu are good but not really anything to write home about; the Monte Cristo is absolutely the best I've ever had. Not just at this location. They're consistent at every Cheddar's location I've tried - which is only 3 or 4. They have delicious croissants and they used to have a wonderful bread pudding made from said croissants. They don't have that anymore, but they should definitely bring it back because it was *chef's kiss* fantastic! I took off one star because it seems as though every time I've been here, there gets to a certain point in the meal when drinks stop being refilled and you see your server less and less, making it hard to get one last drink or your check so you can get going. Other than that, it's been good experiences all the way around.
