I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Lube City did just what I asked.. an oil change. No checking the transmission fluid and push to have it flushed ( as some companies do and push to change it when it is not necessary ). In other words.. do not upsell me on something that will not be needed . The service was very quick and the staff were great. Actually the guy I was talking to had a wicked sense of humor.. which is what I really like. He must have worked at another place, because every time he did something like check the tires, wipe the windshield, he kept saying " and that's another $5.. " . I sat in the car laughing while he kept doing his tasks. " You know it will cost you $10 for us to lower your hood ". I loved his sense of humor. Overall, I paid a bit over $100 for the service and will be definitely coming back to get the oil changes done. Finally, a place that wont gouge you for every dollar you got.

I called around all the local places like Canadian Tire and so on, but nobody seemed to have a mechanic certified to do the inspection until I found Tirecraft. They were able to fit me in right away, and had the inspection done quickly and painlessly. The guys were super friendly and helpful and were happy to give me advice on the best time to put on winter tires in Edmonton. A couple months later I called/emailed around at least half a dozen local places looking for pricing on winter tire installation and storage. Tirecraft's prices came out the best of all the places I checked. Once again they were able to fit me in promptly and got the work done very quickly. While waiting for them to finish up near the end of the day on Friday, I saw two other customers come in without appointments within the last hour before closing, one to get winter tires on and the other for a tire pressure check and rebalancing before a long trip. Despite the lack of appointment, both customers were helped quickly and cheerfully and sent away happy. Despite the name, they also do other types of service besides just tires, so if you're looking for some work done, I'd recommend calling these guys for a quote also. Tip: if you have an hour or two to wait around for your car, the excellent restaurant The Workshop Eatery is a short walk away, and a very pleasant place to pass the time!

I needed to get my winter tires swapped over, so rather than go to my usual "Cost Company" warehouse store, I did my research and found a great local shop instead! I called, and Jeremy was able to get me an appointment within a week. I love that I don't have to drive to the city and waste hours to have my vehicle worked on. Located right off HWY 633, this business is located on the same property as Jacks Auto body, although they are completely separate businesses. Jacks Mechanical is on the right as you pull into the yard and has bright green doors. I chose to wait while the work was being done. I have to say I am very pleased with the efficiency, price, and professionalism here. Jeremy found a few issues (one serious, one not so much) and quickly got me a quote and an appointment for front brake replacement next week. Again, at a very reasonable price. I will continue to be a customer here and I highly recommend this business.

I would give it 0 stars if I could…read more. I was just at the Tirecraft store in Nisku Alberta. I had called on Monday to make an appointment for 8:00 am on Friday morning for a tire changeover. The price I was quoted was $135 for this service. I arrived to find out that the guy who I had talked to on the phone had lost my appointment - so instead of being handled immediately I got to spend 1.5 hours waiting for my tires to be changed. After the wait I was presented with the bill for $179.88. When I protested that I was told $135 - your clerk said... " well sir - I don't want to call you a liar - but ... the price is not $135" First off who the hell talks to a customer like that. Second your company's deceptive tactics are ridiculous. I'm seriously angry at paying $45 more than the quoted price. Called the manager - they really don't care about losing customers.
