The manual said I should get transmission fluid, brake fluid changed, a tune-up, etc. Revolution Motors was recommended to me. The receptionist was efficient, explained the process and told me that when they finished the inspection of the car they would call and let me know the cost, and get approval for the work. They gave me a car to use while mine was in the shop. Long-story short my Forester is in great shape, and they told me that I didn't need to do the scheduled maintenance because everything was great (it is a very low mileage vehicle). Only charged me for the oil change - and gave me a great price. They have definitely won a customer for the future. So glad that the folks on Reddit suggested them. I'll be back as needed.

Requiring me to buy a new oil plug part (this happened twice!!!) They are doing marketing on Facebook and Instagram. The ad asks to book an appointment now foe $39.99 or $59.99 for synthetic oil and you get an email confirmation from the business saying your appointment is made. Then when showed up for the appointment, they claim they don't do any social media marketing and that cannot honor that promotion stating their prices are $49.99 and $99.99! I hate bait and switch companies and I forever will never go ti this specific location because they do try to scam you. I had my oil changed there a few times and twice they destroyed the oil plug requiring me to get a new one. Bc it's impossible to get off! Of course they upsell you a bunch of services you don't need. So just refuse them all of u do happen to go here. But if they do the bait and switch scam. How reliable can their inspection be? I wouldn't trust them. Be warned!

You can almost guarantee you'll have to go back a second time cause either a)the problem wasn't fixed or B) something else just happened to fail as soon as you drive away. So when the bunny's car had issues and needed some diagnosis and loving, she had trepidations, and I puffed up to help out and run interference (even though my hardware experience is centered around something many nanometers smaller than an oil dipstick). Neither of us needn't have worried. The staff at Ital Motors were reassuring on the phone, honored our Groupon, saw us the same day as the check engine light turned on, gave us advice and recommendations about not only the issue at hand but helpfully triaged the next needed repairs on the bunny's car. No pressure, no frisson of of sleazy, just well-communicated car love. Highly recommended.
