I just love his name. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and they will offer you a coffee while you wait. The garage itself is fairly clean with lots of bays, an alignment machine and several technicians available. They charge on-par rates with other local garages and may be a bit more expensive than some small back alley shops, but they don't feel grimey like some cheaper places do. Overall I found them to be honest, direct and most of all polite to their customers. I trust them to work on my vehicles. I had brought my old Ford Exploder there and they treated it, and me, very well. I even had a comeback and they investigated it properly. Turned out not to be their fault but they still decided not to charge me for taking the extra time to investigate a battery issue. I would recommend family here without hesitation.

I told them the nature of my electrical issue, and they came out. If I had wanted a jumpstart and no actual mechanical work, I'd have called AMA for free. These people charged me 200 dollars for a jumpstart, and now I'm taking this to a real mechanic anyway. Avoid.

Sometimes around late December, my wife was on admission at the misericordia hospital and I was…read morealso not available to have the car fixed myself, these guys took advantage of my pregnant sick wife, they charged my wife almost $600 dollars to have frozen window of the driver's side of our dodge journey and lied that they changed the whole compartments, they couldn't provide evidence of work done and they couldn't even show her the parts they replaced, I gave them a follow up call recently and since then they've been acting dodgy, I am going to have them reported to the appropriate authorities.
